A bit odd, but I guess this store runs their online pickup on an honor system? They have their own decently sized parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue.

They tried to charge co-pays because of mistakes in their billing insurance. Transferred all of my medications to get out of this cess pool. Always being located on a corner spot, they are an easy in and out off the main road. The handicap parking is also very centrally located close to the doors which is not always the case. I am always pleased when I am properly greeted when I walk through the door. I am especially happy when a clerk or cashier look up from what they are doing to acknowledge a customer walking through the door. This store, like other Walgreens is big and bright with clean isles to navigate through. I needed a few items ranging from pharmaceutical to paper goods. They had plenty of items to choose from and I pleased that their house brand is a substantially reduced price and the same item. I had to make an 8 X10 enlargement and it was an incredibky easy task from transmitting the photo from my phone to submitting the photo to the printer. $4.95 is a price to pay to a print and they had a great frame at 60% off for 4.99. Overall a really easy and simple task from beginning to end. Check out went very quickly and I received the same cordial greeting as I left as when I came in. Kudos to a nice team here at Walgreens.

Plan on a very long wait at this pharmacy- it's always understaffed, with usually just one person at the window (sometimes two), leading to snaking queues with chairs down the aisle. I've waited 30+ minutes multiple times, even with vaccine appointments. Calling is no better; you're on hold forever due to the backlog. They're slow and overwhelmed. Switched to insurance-covered delivery--tipping the courier is cheaper and faster than dealing with this hassle.

The process to refill medications is easy and the mail order I receive is always shipped promptly by Fed Ex. I can track the package in transit. They have good customer service and their response time is FAST. I have KAISER but they don't cover the medication I need. So Kaiser partners with Valor and I can obtain the medication at a very reasonable price. If you're a Kaiser patient ask your Dr. to use Valor if you need a compounded medication not covered by Kaiser's formulary. They can mail the medication to you.

In this case, I placed an order on Walgreens.com for 12 items and was willing to pay a shipping charge since there were 12 items and I could spread out the relatively high shipping charge across those items. When the items arrived, guess what? there were only five items - but they still charged me the full shipping charge and cancelled the rest of the order. Had I known that they would do this, I never would have placed the order. I would've placed it from a competing company. When I called Customer Service and asked for a proportional refund of the shipping charge, I was told that there was no way to refund it because I had not ordered enough items to trigger free shipping. They also told me that I had ordered an out of stock item - but there was no way for me to know that I had ordered an out of stock item because the website didn't tell me that the item was out of stock. This seems like a relatively straightforward scam: allow the customer to place an order that cannot possibly be fulfilled, then charge the customer a surcharge which cannot be refunded, then deliver the customer less than what they had ordered and give only a partial refund. When I asked who was responsible on the customer service call, they told me that the items did come from the store so that is why this is the place that is receiving the one star review. But I suspect that the Walgreens e-commerce team is the guilty party here. In any case it looks like my one star review won't do much additional damage to this location since it is already in the dumps on Yelp. We stopped by this CVS location to pick up some photo prints after lunch. They have a pretty good…read moresized parking lot, but the spaces are a bit cramped for when you're pulling out. Especially if there is someone behind you that parked with their rear sticking too far out. We also noticed that despite the large lot size, the parking lot was nearly at capacity even though there did not appear to be very many customers inside the store. This leads us to believe that some people are using their lot while shopping/running errands nearby. We didn't check out much of the store since we were only here for some photo orders. But the cashier was pretty friendly, and we were able to get our orders and leave in fairly good time.
