I am sure they are honest but not competent. You need only to bring straight forward issue that not complex with them and be ready to provide buyer service.

I received a very detailed estimate quickly, but it was from their Kirkland location which was fine because the price was good at either location. I set up the appointment online, which was quick and easy, at the Bothell location. The day of my appointment, Paul was ready and expecting me. He arranged to have a Lyft give me a ride home which was a huge help. Within about an hour, I received a very detailed inspection report online which included photos and a list of suggested maintenance and repair items for my car. I was really impressed with how thorough the inspection was. I approved the additional work. My car was completed on time and the quality of the work seems good so far. My car was returned to me as clean as I dropped it off. No finger prints, smudges, dirt, spilled fluids, etc. I hate that. Oh, and when it was done, Paul arranged for Lyft to pick me up at home and bring me back! All this, and the work was reasonably priced. I should note that I live within 5 miles of their shop so it's great to have a shop I can trust close by. I should also mention that I like their website. They have a customer portal that is great and offers a rewards program and records your visits and invoices making it easier to keep track of maintenance. Overall, a great experience.
