Still really good food coming from here. The nachos are a little soggy but still good.

Food was delicious and just like I remember in the Sierra in Ecuador. Service was excellent, they were very polite and attentive. Enjoyed my visit!

Pretty decent Mexican food in the area. Price is above average but pretty decent. Haven't ate at the restaurant yet. Only did takeout. Ordered the burrito and it was good. Came with a mixed avocado salad on the side. Only complaint is it was quite the wait. I was the only customer there and took about 15-20 minutes before my order was ready. Will definitely be coming back to try the other stuff on the menu!

There is look, there is taste, this place has all of the above, but the smell.. I promise you, you will smell your food before it arrives it is so amazing. Outside it says Spanish and Italian cuisine, I had no sense of the Italian end (more than likely due to my order), but the Spanish food, everything about it, delicious. We had her Bistec Encebollado (steak with sauce and onions), it seemed like a tomato and garlic sauce, either way, the acid here has permeated through the meat and topped with what would seem like an entire pickled onion. Each bite bursting with flavor. Prior to this, my girlfriend and I had a little back and fourth because I don't normally like a saucy steak, so I put my foot in my mouth once I tried hers and liked it very much. Now I had ordered Palomilla asada, despite how good her steak was, my plate beat it but not by much. It wasnt until i had taken one of two oranges in my plate and squeezed the juice over that it took the flavor wayyy over the top, and really completed the dish. Very rich smoky steak topped with maduros (sweet plantain) that came with a salad and a side of white rice and red beans. The beans were good, I typically enjoy mine with heat, so I had mixed in some pique they have at the table. I must warn you though, this steak is thin, but they give you 3. You can overlap them to seem like one normal size steak, whatever is comfortable for you. Also, they will not ask you how you like it, as this is a thin steak, it's impossible to have much less than well done. The only flaw at all, was that while the staff was nice, they weren't the most attentive, and that's fine sometimes, but i couldnt get another napkin to save my life and if I didn't get up and go to the counter for the check, I would still be sitting there now. We had dessert, we decided to go with the flan and my first taste, it was not like other flan that I had had, even my partner admitted that it was not as good today. Who knows, maybe you'll try it and like it, I've yet to try too many flans. I've passed this place many times and finally decided to take a step inside, I'm very glad I did. I may return again soon!

The employees are wearing face masks and the owner speaks to me personally whenever he is not busy. Awesome team of friendly hard working people. Room in the back yard and outside to eat.

I haven't written a review in a long time but Sabor Andino inspired me to ! A great local gem in Brooklyn . Most definitely the best authentic ecuadorian food you will come across . The food portions are big , prices reasonable and a very polite attentive staff. I come here very often but my favorite plate of all is the Sirloin Steak with shrimp ! So delicious and satisfying ! Best time to come is on the weekends where they have food specials :) I recommend there tostones with guacamole , they are to die for . Everything about this place is welcoming and always a great experience :)

Buenas su atención, pero Su comida estaba algo insípida, su langosta de arroz marinero no tenía NADA de sabor.

Rude Staff, especially the lazy person loading goods from the truck to basement. Gave me attitude in the morning during rush hours.

I am a self acclaimed loner and This bar is very welcoming! Food -I have the garlic, salmon and fried pork chops. Both I would definitely give an A+. Garlic Salmon was lightly grazed with garlic scampi sauce, which made the dish excellent. -Fried pork chops, (which I always have a special request every time I order), is always tender and reasonably seasoned My favorite is the Sangria, which is my favorite drink. Their sangria is excellent, made from scratch and strong!

Shout out to the really nice girl sitting at the front that gave me and my mom such a warm and lovely greeting on our way out. Now to the food. We had the All-American brunch which consisted of two eggs your way, bacon, fries and toast, and I opted for the fried pork chops, trying to feast on what the place is famous for. It came with yellow rice, one or two maduras and a really flavorfully dressed salad. To be honest, my favorite parts of that dish were the rice and salad which I ended up mixing together and eating that mostly. The fried pork chops were a bit on the tough side and a tad salty. Otherwise it was an enjoyable dish. My mom enjoyed her eggs and bacon and said they did that very well.

I walked in and got in the short line and ordered my homeostasis meal of a half chicken, sides of yellow rice and beans, and plantains. I also added a beef empanada, as when I see an empanada on a menu my hands are tired. All of this food for $18.06 is a STEAL. I got my plate and took a seat in the back of the restaurant where there is ample seating and black film over the windows to keep the sun at bay. This chicken was fantastic, although not top 5. I have it right at the top of my A-tier rankings for chicken spots, just barely missing S-tier. S-tier is special though, reserved for the Casa Adelas, Malecons, and Caravan Chickens of the world. Sides were great and the beef empanada was special. The beef was so well seasoned and reminded me of how my Granny used to make it. Shout out to Granny! As I'm doing research for this review, I realize they sell a Henny Colada. My only regret in life may be not getting this Henny Colada. If I lived in the area, I'd be in here at least twice a week but unfortunately it's a PUSH from Lower Manhattan. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__
