Had three total pest control services come in. The first said it was a raccoon and didn't do second-story work, so referred us to S+W. I had one other company come in because scheduling trapping/trap checking around the holidays was tough. He said it was rats and a full service would be $1600, discounted to $1350. Whoa. What! Back to S+W I went and asked it there was any way we could get them in sooner. Vicki was always accommodating in my several calls about scheduling, even called on her off-day. And Wyatt came and relaxed our nerves. The most immediate problem was squirrels - probably one - and he put in a one-way exit door on the hole. There was definitely a critter jumping from our neighbor's tree and apparently making himself at home, so we had the trees trimmed by another company, and Wyatt sealed the hole with a small, unobtrusive and color-matching wood piece. Both of his trips were wrapped into a very low price. No more critter in the house! I see they now have handyman services, so I'm happy to use them in the near future for happier tasks! read more

We had squirrels that had chewed holes in the attic, and in the side of the house. A big mess on our hands. Wyatt came out and did a great job. Very professional. Wyatt came out to do an estimate on our new home. He checked the exterior for entry ways for rodents can enter. He helped us find a few holes that we hadn't seen. He checked out attic and assured us we don't have any rodents :) yay! He also educated us on different ants that we have around our house that we were concerned about. He recommended trimming the trees, patching holes, and doing a one time spray to see if that would help with the minor ant problem we had. He said we could call again in 30 days if we still saw ants. He had a recommendation for a tree trimmer person, so that helped. My husband and I never felt rushed. He had all the information, he was very pleasant, and funny. I think their prices might be slightly higher then other pest people, but that is because they do more then just rodents. Wyatt is VERY informative. Definitely worth a free estimate call. I cannot say enough great things about Wyatt and S+W. We have had a rodent problem since we moved into our home. Great service from a locally owned and operated business. I had birds that had infiltrated and damaged a couple of my siding exhaust vents. Wyatt came out on time as scheduled, was friendly and professional, and provided an estimate and options upfront before doing the work. Considering the bird and nest removal also included handyman services by replacing the vents and the recommended installation of covers to prevent the issue from happening again, their pricing was very reasonable. It also saved me time to have 2 services (pest removal and repair) done in one appointment. Great company- both the woman who took my call/scheduled service and the man who came out to my house were super friendly. At the consultation, he was able to quickly find & patch the spot where critters were finding their way in. We even got a quote for some other repairs we needed around the house. We had a scheduled pest service from 2-4pm. Initially we believed no one would be home so we would leave a key under the mat. However, it turned out one of the people living in our home would be there from their scheduled arrival time so we removed the key from under the mat. Rather than ring the bell or put in any effort to attempt to grab someone's attention they called me (who told them we had a meeting that day, hence no one would be there) and told us to pay for a rescheduling fee in a voicemail. Once again, instead of trying to get the person living on the second floor by ringing the bell. Things change and it is insane that the exterminator would just give up after not finding a key and have them call me saying we owe them money when he or she could've rang the bell... We spoke with another pest control company and they actually offered us a discounted rate (per landlord approval) due to their competition's professionalism. read more

Found these guys on Yelp and I am very happy with their service. I called to get an estimate and set up an appointment for my scorpion issues. Dylan answered, gave me an estimate and set up my appointment with Wyatt. He was very polite and friendly. Wyatt was very nice and thorough. He sprayed around the house and informed us that we could have the attic sprayed but it wasn't necessary. It was up to us. What!!! I thought to myself.....your not gonna try to scare me into thinking I needed to spray the attic or just spray the attic anyway and automatically charge me. Squirrrrel, you almost got the better of me. I heard something up in my attic for a couple of months now, when the cold front blew in back in November. My husband thought i was hallucinating but i finally called a pest place a friend recommended. They came out and said i had some animal activity and i needed to secure my vents but my vents were too high for them so they gave me S+W name because as the tech said verbatim: "He's good, he can do anything." She was right. I called S&W after I called roofers and tree trimmers and our own handyman to see about putting on some hardware cloth on our 6 attic vents. Wyatt came by, took a look around. Man definitely knew his way around an attic. He skipped around on beams like a tight rope jumper. Said it was an easy fix and could do it right now. Now! Ok, let's do it! I like to get quotes and work done all on the same day! 3 guys went up and came down in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. Work they did was impeccable and looked very well done. We were introduced to S & W by our next door neighbor right after we moved in. We have been very impressed with how effective this pest control service is, particularly since our property backs on to an HOA green space which leaves us constantly exposed to new invaders, since I'm sure it is untreated. What a great surprise also to learn that they do handyman helps since my husband has had 4 surgeries and we pretty much need help on all small items.
