Terrible delivery service. Didn't go to my house during the delivery window that they set. They were early and I wasn't home yet so they rescheduled the 2nd attempt over 2 weeks away. There's no one helpful on the phone or email - same generic answer. It's the afternoon before the delivery date and I still have don't have a delivery window tomorrow so I can plan my day ... but it's not like they're gonna stick to it anyways. :/ read more

RXO provides terrible service. lied about delivery time between 2-6pm, made me take off work, and never showed up. No return phone call, just a woman in the Philippines saying they're on the way. Raspy voiced guy with an accent called me at 11pm at night sayIng, "teen minutes away." Are you crazy? First call of the day, no apologies for being 5 hours late. unethical business. Lowes should not use these people. Canceled the order and will always check to see if RXO is a potential deliverer. Second botched delivery from this service over this last month. Yesterday the driver canceled last minute at the end of the day, lying stating we were not home. Phone number given to call is oversees and cannot contact the warehouse or driver or even reschedule delivery. I scheduled and paid for an RXO installer, through Home Depot, to come out to the house to measure the insert where our new oven would be installed. If any adjustments needed to be made they would let Home Depot know. They scheduled us for a week later on March 15 and told me that the day before the installer comes out they would leave an automated call to confirm either a morning or afternoon appointment. I did not receive a call the day before. The next morning I called RXO at 8:30 am and asked when the technician was coming to my house. She looked up our account and said she would have to call me back because a technician had not been assigned. I never received a call back. At 12:00 pm I called RXO and spoke with Ann. She told me that they still did not have a time and the manager would email me with the information. At 2:00 PM I called again and spoke with Ben who tried to look up our account by our phone number and said there was absolutely nothing in their computer for us. I questioned why the other account representatives could find our file and even our address. They lied and told me not even our phone numbers was in their system! Then I gave the P.O. number for the installer and was told they could not look it up without the Home Depot store number! Can you believe that they wanted me to look up the store number? Then they told me to call Home Depot. This company is a total scam that took my $69 dollars and now tells me that I am not in their computer system. They will not let you talk to a manager or give you anyone else to escalate the problem. This company was also suppose to take out and install a new double oven for us after quoting us a price from the installer. Well, the oven is suppose to arrive next week and I can't rely on RXO! So after waiting two months for my oven, I will be cancelling with Home Depot and going to an appliance store in town. I will also be reporting this to the BBB! read more

Reading other reviews, I'm sure the people doing the deliveries/installs are decent people that do a good job, but the fact that this company has an average 4 star rating is laughable. They are the worst courier service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. LG customer service even told me that RXO has been a total headache for anyone involved and they aren't sure why they use them. I purchased a product from LG 11/15 and it was received by RXO 2 days later with a scheduled delivery day of 12/26 (which is already a ridiculous, but hey holidays are busy, I get it). They then cancel my delivery and schedule it for 1/7. Their customer service assured me that they will put in an expedited request for a sooner delivery but come to find out from their other customer service reps that's total BS, they can't do that. I call them asking to pick it up instead and they said "sure, LG just needs to approve the pickup and then you can just drive to the facility." That was actually not at all the case. LG has approved the pickup, and RXO acknowledges that the pickup is approved, but they refuse to let myself or LG actually schedule the pickup. They tell me that I will receive a phone call to schedule the pickup, but they are unable to schedule it themselves, or provide any estimate of when I will be contacted. They are essentially holding my goods hostage with no way for the shipper or myself to do anything about it. Wish I could give them a 0-star rating. Ordered from Lululemon and scheduled a delivery for 12/3. Waited around all day just to receive a cancelation from this company and was asked to reschedule. Next available date was 12/8. Same thing, waited around and then received another cancelation and was told the next available "delivery date" is 12/14, with no guarantee it will even be delivered then. Reached out to customer service and was basically told I'm SOL. Their excuse was they had no drivers...a DELIVERY company that can't DELIVER? read more

They suck! I placed an order from Samsung on November 8th and the delivery date was for December 14th. RXO was supposed to deliver it and it was cancelled on route, I was given no phone call, no text or email telling me that it was cancelled. Peloton uses this company and it is absolutely terrible! Worst customer experience I've ever had. When you want to move the Peloton Tread, you have to call their outsourced service team (RXO) to move it annd it costs $300 dollars and the service team is TERRIBLE! We have tried to have them come out for over a month, with 2 reschedules on their part, once they finally showed up the delivery guys thought we were getting a mattress delivered, they were late, didn't have the correct tools and said they would come back, never came back, and support is an utter nightmare to deal with. I am 5 months pregnant and trying to set up our nursery for our baby. We have asked to speak to managers, they say they will call us back and never do; they marked our ticket complete and refused to change the status when the delivery guys didn't have the tools and no showed on us; you call to complain and they have no suggestions on how to fix and just simply say they'll submit a ticket; there's no accountability - they told us they couldn't call their drivers, only message them "through their system" so we could never get ahold of the no-show guys. One of our reschedules was because they overbooked 26 times for the appt! WORST COMPANY IN AUSTIN EVER. Can't wait to NEVER speak to them again if we can EVER get the service we've been waiting on for over a month read more

Ordered a washer/dryer from Samsung and was expecting delivery on 6/15. Got a call the day before saying XPO was "overwhelmed" and could not deliver on 6/15 and needed to reschedule. The agent told me the next delivery date was too far out and someone would call me and to "keep the lines open" for their call. Later that night, got an email saying delivery was scheduled for 10 days later (without checking with me). Called the next morning and they said that was the best they could do so I cancelled the order because we can't go that long without a w/d. Not sure where the disconnect is between the local hub or call center, but definitely an issue with scheduling/delivery. read more

I had the same experience as another reviewer; my washing machine was stolen while in RXO's possession. On the scheduled delivery day, the driver showed up 30 minutes early. My son watched him pull into the driveway, pull out again, and drive away without coming to the door. I then got a notice that my delivery had been canceled. I called RXO immediately and they contacted the driver, but he refused to return. The washing machine never made it back to their warehouse. The store I purchased from was able to verify that RXO had "lost" the washer and luckily refunded my purchase and allowed me to order a replacement. read more

Refused to take out old mattress when that is what we paid for. The delivery went fine but they didn't want an old mattress (they claimed there was a stain on it) on their truck with "new product". I don't believe they ever meant to take the old mattress. This might be good if you only need something delivered but do NOT use this service if you need something removed that isn't in nice condition (and let's be honest what 20 year old mattress doesn't look stained and worse for wear). read more

Two delivery drivers drove into my condo complex today to deliver a mattress. Once they realized they couldn't drive around the U drive in their truck they started reversing their truck. They hit one of our beautiful trees and caused a giant branch to drop on my neighbor's unit. She came outside to see the damage and they laughed at her as they drove away telling no one what they did. When I called they denied causing this damage even with photos of the damage and their truck sent over text. I never received a 30 min call ahead or a call when they were on the property before they pulled the truck in. We have clear signs stating no trucks are allowed in the driveway and no trespassing. I would never use this company and I want to warn others to never use them either. I never post bad reviews but I only have an email to file a claim so I felt the need to notify the public. read more

I just had them cancel on me today after I took an entire day off. They threw salt in the wound by rescheduling three weeks from now. I cannot even describe how many sacrifices I had to make to get today off (took off of work, missed my son's basketball game and stepped away from my brother in the hospital) only to learn at 1:30 (after I called to confirm this AM!!!) that my new date will have to be in 3 weeks. My experience has unfortunately been terrible. After scheduling 6 weeks in advance the delivery was set for 1/12/2022. I received multiple email notifications the Samsung refrigerator would arrive on 1/12/2022 so I took the day off and waited. Around mid morning I called the 800 number and was informed I was the 4th stop and would get a call 30 minutes before delivery and to practice social distancing. Later that afternoon I still did not receive a call so I contacted XPO again and was informed I would get a call 30 minutes before delivery, the drivers work unit 8pm and to practice social distancing. At 7pm I called again and was informed the item never made it on the truck, would get a call the next day and an urgent email is being sent. Its the next day at 4:30pm and did not received a call, so I called again. I was informed they will reschedule for 1/21/2022 (a week and a half later). Since this item is a refrigerator I kinda need it, I requested to be put on the delivery list for tomorrow. The answering service for XPO Logistics is offshore and basically said no can do and there is no one else I can call. The only recourse they appear to have is communication by urgent email. There is no one local that can be contacted per their offshore representative (even though the warehouse 25 minutes from me). If XPO Logistics has a local Austin number that can be called please advise. I will update this review once the delivery is made. read more

WE got a new Samsung dishwasher thru Sam's Club, and were very happy with the installation. The two gentlemen who came to install the dishwasher were prompt, polite, and very efficient. The installation went smoothly, everything worked as it should, and they were gone in under an hour. They took the old dishwasher and all the trash with them. Scheduled a delivery and took off work for a Friday. No one delivered Friday. We called to follow up and they said they were 'just going to deliver on Wednesday the next week'. Wednesday comes, we take off work again. We were told I our order would be delivered between 3-7 and we would receive a call 30 minutes before. We asked that they call us within this time frame, because we would be around the corner. The driver calls us and tells us he's 15 minutes away. We say, please make sure you're there in 25 because that's how long it will take us to get home AND it's within the 30 minute frame. He says ok. We go all the way back home and they're gone and not answering the phone. No help at customer service (although very nice) and the best they can do is reschedule for a 3rd time.
