WE got a new Samsung dishwasher thru Sam's Club, and were very happy with the installation. The two gentlemen who came to install the dishwasher were prompt, polite, and very efficient. The installation went smoothly, everything worked as it should, and they were gone in under an hour. They took the old dishwasher and all the trash with them. Scheduled a delivery and took off work for a Friday. No one delivered Friday. We called to follow up and they said they were 'just going to deliver on Wednesday the next week'. Wednesday comes, we take off work again. We were told I our order would be delivered between 3-7 and we would receive a call 30 minutes before. We asked that they call us within this time frame, because we would be around the corner. The driver calls us and tells us he's 15 minutes away. We say, please make sure you're there in 25 because that's how long it will take us to get home AND it's within the 30 minute frame. He says ok. We go all the way back home and they're gone and not answering the phone. No help at customer service (although very nice) and the best they can do is reschedule for a 3rd time. Bad experience all around. My mattress was delivered from the company to XPO ( as shown in the tracking) but no call and no text from XPO. I called and was told to wait. My order was pending. THREE TIMES! I finally called and said I'm not taking that answer anymore. Call the warehouse and FIND IT. They found it and delivered but refused to remove the heavy plastic. My husband and I had to do so ourselves. I had no choice but I wouldn't use them again if I did. read more

They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a treadmill from Peloton on Aug 6th. The same day my husband and I decided we didn't like where it was placed. We reached out to Peloton, paid a relocation fee, and scheduled a date. The relocation is contracted to XPO. The first time it was rescheduled due to the truck breaking down. The second time they stated they need a relocation waiver (Peloton said there's no such thing). The third time they canceled due to rain, there wasn't a cloud in the damn sky, and the job they were doing only required the walk from the truck to my front door. Yesterday they cancelled because a 4 man team is needed, but when they delivered it initially there were only 2 men. It's always an excuse. Every time we call we're told the issue will be escalated to the resolution team and we will get a call back. We never get a call back, just a new "delivery" that gets cancelled for ridiculous reasons. Oh and no one every calls to tell us they aren't coming. I look at the tracking online and see that they've cancelled us. XPO has made zero attempts to resolve our issues. read more

Easy to schedule. Gave a courtesy call 20 minutes ahead of delivery and we're on time when they said they would deliver.

My original delivery date was missed due to "truck mechanical issues" with no phone call or notification. When I called, I was then told by multiple reps on the phone it would be delivered 3 days later. When my tracking number updated, it then said 3 weeks. Of course, it was not delivered the 3 days later, and I'm still without my fridge. The phone reps have continued to lie and make false promises about earlier shipping dates, and they seem to know nothing about the situation that caused my original delivery date to be missed. Horrible customer service and handling of a problem that is not the customers fault. read more

My washer delivery was excellent. My old washer was being replaced. It was on top of a pedestal. Instead of removing the just the washer, he took the pedestal and washer unit outside to the truck. Then removed the old washer and replaced it with the new. This made so much sense instead of trying to remove and then install the washers inside my narrow laundry room. I have dealt with XPO 3 to 5 times this year. I have experienced really, really poor customer several times, some mediocre customer service once but, the last delivery was awesome! The two men who delivered my appliances this week provided the best service I would expect anywhere. The inconsistancy of XPO's customer service care raises red flags for me. Who will come the next time. The really, really bad employees? That is a strong possibility! I am tired of people mistreating their customers and getting away with it. Lying is not acceptable. Not providing crucial information is not acceptable. No call, no show is not acceptable. Being unyielding on some basic customer needs is not acceptable. XPO does not have one specific person to be the quarterback for each delevery project and they should. This ensures that confusion, misunderstandings and angry customers will be the exception the rather than the rule!!! read more

The delivery process has been a nightmare due to the fact there are 2 delivery services used. The foundation was delayed several times but the mattress was scheduled to be delivered without the foundation. We had to keep up with the delivery of the Ck foundation and keep rescheduling the mattress. The only person that seemed to care at all and was very helpful was a supervisors that I finally asked for. His name was Jordan Morano McClure. He seemed to understand our frustration and tried to help. I would NEVER buy from Casper again because the deliver process was a nightmare! On our original delivery date no one ever showed up nor did we receive a phone call that they would not be delivering our $4000 item. We had to contact who we purchased the item from to which they were not able to help because RXO had the item and were responsible for delivering. The next available delivery time was one more month. RXO had our $4000 item for two months before delivering. On the next delivery date I received a phone call stating that since the item would be upstairs, they did not have enough people to carry it up and needed to reschedule again, to which I replied, that was unacceptable, and they needed to find more people as we have been waiting two months. They then hung up the phone on me... I contacted the local distribution hub and finally they were able to deliver the item and put it together, although they did not set it up like they were supposed to, and also tracked grass and leaves all throughout the house. I have nothing positive to say about this company and they should be embarrassed by how they treat customers. read more
