Pretty major damage during delivery and they refuse to pay to repair. XPO contracts out to other delivery people who caused damage to my floor when they delivered a refrigerator. I filed a claim with XPO through lastmileclaim and they forwarded it to the company that they contracted. The claim was denied stating it was normal wear and tear. Clearly the damage was caused by the delivery team as it is directly in front of the refrigerator and directly under the refrigerator. This is not wear and tear. XPO stated since it was the contractor who caused the damage they are not responsible and nothing can be done. read more

The worst installation experience ever. Today (1/15) Jose Hernandez of XPO Logistics San Marcos came to my home to deliver and install a gas dryer I ordered online from Best Buy. Jose moved the dyer in place and then looked at the gas line and said he could not finish the install because the line did not have an adapter to install on my gas tap. They left. I looked at the tap and I immediately noticed he was lying. I unscrewed the existing adapter from the tap and screwed the new one and the new line in place. It fit perfectly. I called them back, hoping they would come back to finish the installation but they sent me to voicemail. I sent pics of the new line installed in place, but they ignored them (though the iMessage indicated READ). Unbelievable! They just didn't want to perform the installation. I don't understand. Obviously, I figured it out but I ordered a gas dryer INSTALLATION due to the fact I had never installed a gas appliance and was concerned about leaks. I did use the yellow gas plumbers tape and there were no leaks that I could find resulting from my work, but still. I mean, I waited two weeks for this installation. I could have just picked up the equipment a long time ago if I had known I was doing the install myself. I can't fathom how these morons are employed. read more

These guys were amazing! I received plenty of updates on when my delivery would arrive. Then when they unloaded my fridge it proved to be extremely difficult. The delivery guys took their time and were extremely careful. The handrailing at my house made it nearly impossible to get the fridge thru the door. The xpo guys took it off the dolly and carefully carried it by straps and never once touched a wall. I gave them a standing ovation. read more

If I could give negative number, I would that. They delivered my dryer and told me someone will come next day and install the dryer. They even didn't keep the dryer in laundry room. They told me when they will come for installation they will bring this laundry room from my garage. Now I calling their customer care number. None of them knows English and could not help me with anything. This is absolutely not acceptable. read more

We used this company to deliver chairs into a business for us. Not only was the driver extremely rude, but he asked for "Male" staff of ours to help bring the chairs into our suite for us. Keep in mind we paid extra for inside suite delivery. Then the driver had to call out one of his peer drivers as his truck didn't have a lift to get the chairs off the truck, but had the audacity to ask us why didn't we have a lift prepared! Low and behold, they dumped the chairs at the front of the building outside in the rain and took off. We had a customer come in and tell us the chairs were abandoned on the sidewalk. What a terrible company! Will never use them again! read more

The two gentlemen from XPO Logistics were very courteous, punctual, and gave me a courtesy phone call when the truck was within 30 minutes of arrival. They confirmed where I wanted the large and very heavy pallet placed (queen Murphy bed ordered on Amazon), and then carefully unloaded it. The drivers worked quickly; overall it only took about 10 minutes for them to unload and place the shipment, and then obtain my signature. Very pleased with XPO. read more

Well between Costco and XPO my mattress was delayed. But no one knew exactly where it was. I called last week to check and XPO immediately checked their warehouse and Costco checked theirs and then it was expedited and delivered today. Great crew was very pleasant and efficient. I am amazed how quickly XPO and Costco corrected their error and then kept me posted on the status and wa la, the mattress is here and FABULOUS. read more

We definitely did not have a good experience with this company. At first, despite the fact that I changed my email address on Costco, they used an address that I do not use anymore and did not see their emails for the delivery. Then, they apparently left a message on my home phone which I did not have as my home phone does not take text messages. I also gave my cell number on costco and on their website, but the website does not work. Therefore, they did not come as planned and nobody called. I had to call to reschedule and of course missed an appointment that I had. Nothing better than a simple telephone call But the worst is that the technician inverted the cold and hot pipes and on 2 loads that we made prior my husband understood the problem and fixed it, we have for at least $500 of destroyed clothes, either burnt or too small now. So, there is a part of bad luck, but maybe this company is too busy and mistakes are made. And again, at least for me the website does not work read more

Impossible to get ahold of, and no one takes responsibility.... you are now a cog in the system thanks to XPO and Best Buy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Rec'd a Nordic track treadmill with white glove delivery through XPO. Very poor pre delivery service. They have me a delivery date but would not give me 4 hour window or whether they would come in am or pm. Only the day before delivery did I receive a robocall that the delivery would be between 1:30 and 5:30. At work I rec'd a call from the delivery guys at 10 that they were ahead and would like to delivery sooner. My refusal (since I could not leave work before 1) did not make them happy. Upon arrival at 1:30, they assembled the machine with power tools ( despite clear instructions not to do so), did not use several washers or the grounding screw that came with it. When I asked why, they answered that they had assembled it correctly and I should call customer service for problems. Thankfully despite their unwillingness, I choose to keep all the washers and grounding screw. The machine started developing static all the time. I contacted Nordic track and after giving me a run around if about 3 days they sent out another repair person who had to dismantle the whole machine and was not happy with the previous use of power tools as several screws were destroyed. I paid $199 for the 'white glove' service only to undergo so much hassle! read more
