Delivery was quick and easy. I wanna say it took 15-20 minutes tops. It was amazing how fast they delivered it, removed my old one, and replaced it with the new one. The dryer is an LG (highly recommend them, I've done my research) the value is consistent and lasting which is what we all want. The team quickly did the set up and tested the washer/dryer set to ensure everything was working properly. They removed all the boxes and other packing material, leaving nothing behind. RXO failed to deliver a large order of cabinets because they supposedly didn't have the entire order. The company who had shipped it informed us that the order was complete and that they hadn't given permission to hold the order. For the initial delivery we were given a 13 hour delivery window, which is insanely unprofessional. They didn't deliver and never called. Their customer service is entirely offshored, so it isn't possible to talk to anyone in the local site where the cabinets were being delivered from. When I complain to the cabinet company, RXO first said that they would reschedule for a week later - which was unacceptable. This was for a remodel, and work was scheduled. The delivery people were professional - it is a problem with the company's logistics. Ironic since RXO bills itself as a high tech global logistics company. read more

Just had a mattress delivered by RXO and had a great experience! Having had items delivered from other Austin delivery companies with very negative experiences, I was a bit nervous. I appreciated that I was sent a link to schedule a day instead of having to deal with answering unknown numbers. I noticed my mattress came in early so I was also able to reschedule the delivery to a sooner day which was great. I was given a delivery window exactly as noted and on the day of I was sent a text 30 minutes prior to delivery that showed a map to track how close the truck was. My only suggestion is to have a way to leave a gate code or note an apartment complex to make delivery even easier. The guys that delivered the mattress were nice and efficient. The RXO delivery service has what appears to be an excellent idea re the location of their delivery truck. How nice it would be if that web page were updated and accurate. However, the truck was still 50 miles away when the delivery truck arrived - that kinda sucks. The delivery guys, however, did their share of the delivery w/o any problems and were courteous and kind. Couldn't ask for more on that front. Bottom line - that website notification of where the truck is needs to be fixed, we all have things to do, and appreciate the thought, but wanted you to know you're paying for something that doesn't work. read more

RXO scheduled my delivery for yesterday September 12 between 3 and 7 pm. I waited and waited. No show. No contact. I called at 7:20 and was told they were running behind but would be here. They would have driver call or text me with more info. He did not do that. I called back after 8 and was told the same thing. They would have driver contact me. Nothing. I watch the tracking of the item and it goes from out for delivery to red and order placed. I call back and am told the driver had reached the limit of time allowed to work and when the product was returned to the facility I will be contacted and rescheduled. This is the absolute worse. So right now I am in limbo. It looks like this company has many bad reviews but I was not given a choice on delivery company. I give them a zero. read more

Ordered dishwasher from LG direct, purchased install + haul away. Got notice night before of delivery between 3-7pm. Got call around 240pm that they were about 30 min out. Showed up around 320pm. Mauricio and Rey got started right away and knocked it out. Was right at 45 min start to end, would have been faster if not for some small challenges with my kitchen. Before leaving, they checked for water leak, ran a quick check and hauled off the old dishwasher. No complaints. Price is a little steep ($170+$25) but saved me from doing the work and it was done fast. I would use the service again if there were any more appliances I needed to get replaced. read more

Called customer service and they called driver and they would not answer. Called again today, now they say we weren't there. We were. We have cameras and can prove it. These guys are bad. If I could get XPO Logistics 10 stars I would. This is one of the best customer service experiences related to a delivery that we have ever had. The communication was exceptional. We were notified even before our appliance had shipped that they were on the lookout for it and would notify of us once received so we could schedule delivery. During this time of Covid having our refrigerator go out was not just a nuisance it was serious. We needed a counter depth model and a very specific width due to the space allocated ---so short of tearing down the kitchen we had to find one that met those requirements. (Refrigerators seem to have gone the way of toilet paper with everyone trying to have a spare one or upgrade theirs and put their current one in the garage as a spare so they could avoid famine I guess.) This made it very challenging to find a refrigerator that could be delivered without a months long delay. I finally found one that we could get in three weeks and purchased it at a big box discount store. We knew that delivery and installation came along with the price but did not know that XPO Logistics would be the carrier. Boy did we luck out!! The delivery was scheduled for September 17th , 2020 by the big box store as that when they anticipated it would ship from the manufacture and get XPO Logistics. At that point in time we had been babying our refrigerator along, but it got to the point of being unsafe running @ a temp of 50 or 60° instead of the desired 37° or less. I shifted everything I could into the freezer and we prepared to live out of the cooler for three weeks. About five days later I received an email from the store where we purchased the refrigerator that it had shipped. I was super excited because I figured that might mean an earlier delivery. Sure enough two days after we were notified of the shipment, I heard from XPO Logistics letting me know that our appliance was there and they were ready to schedule delivery. They telephoned me and left a message as well as texting me. They used this method of communication throughout the duration of our service from them. I could hardly believe it. I don't think I've ever had anyone over communicating related to a delivery and I certainly didn't consider this too much... but I was so happy that it looked like things were moving forward and we would receive our new refrigerator before the 17th and they were keeping me updated DAILY!! I called them, the same day they notified me and we scheduled delivery for today 10th of September. They advised that the day before they would call (and send a text message) as to the four hour window of time we could expect the delivery to be made. This is simply their process. I did not have to ask or beg or cajole!! XPO Logistics Delivery let me know that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the actual delivery. That allows me to great OutDogs and get the few things that I was still keeping in the refrigerator out and onto the counter. I might add that all along the way there were options to call and change the delivery date and/or time but of course I was delighted to have it early! I am happy to say that today I received a call notifying me that they would be at our home in 20 to 30 minutes to deliver our refrigerator. And, that is exactly what happened. They confirmed they would be picking up our old refrigerator. They anticipated installing the new refrigerator with a new water connection. I have never experienced a team of 2 gentleman that were so extremely efficient and extremely polite.One gentleman came in and walked the route to where the refrigerator would be placed to make sure that everything was cleared (which I had done in advance as requested.) He immediately unhooked the old refrigerator and relocated it across the kitchen and out-of-the-way, in the meanwhile the other gentleman unloaded the refrigerator from the truck and brought it into the house. Together they placed it and hooked up the water. They removed the exterior protection and also had me come over and inspect the refrigerator. At that time they took a small wrench and lowered the front legs so that the refrigerator was stable and that I would understand that those legs would have to be moved back up before pulling the refrigerator out for cleaning or I could accidentally pull it over on myself. They explained the process for making sure that the water was clean and the ice as well and not contaminated before we would use it. They then removed the old refrigerator and all the parts. This whole process took less than 30 minutes. I could hardly believe it, but I guess that's what happens when you know what you're doing! I highly recommend XPO Logistics delivery, in fact if we ever need another delivery I will be asking if the carrier utilizes their service as they would certainly be our preference!!! They continue to make false promises to deliver my item and after the window delivery passes, I have to call back and they give me the same excuse as the last time. I even offered to pick up the item, which I was denied and told to contact Samsung. Which I did, and Samsung told me RXO will not allow me to pick up the item. They're the worse. No one has called, I have reached out to them and each time have been told someone will call within 24 hours and I do not receive a call. Extremely frustrating poor service.
