Ruby Tuesday used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Great value when you used to be able to get the salad bar as a side at no extra charge. Those days are gone. Prices have gone through the roof. I guess the word is out because the restaurant was empty. All I wanted was a small salad, but that was going to be $15. My daughter ordered a soft drink. They never refilled it for her, so she ate the last half of her meal with nothing to drink. Then they charged us $4 for it. Pitiful!! We wont be back. read more

I ordered the salad bar and grilled shrimp. The shrimp were very small and had little to no taste. The salad bar was a lot to be desired. The lettucemixes were already turning that pinkish brown color, the mushrooms looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. The broccoli mixed salads were also looking old and wilted. The dressings were incorrectly labeled and the thousand island dressing was mixed in with the blue cheese dressing. Basically, itvwasa hot mess. Our server was nice and polite though so I felt bad for him. The atmosphere was grim and danky. I was quite disappointed because I hadn't been in a long time. Our grandchildren live in St. Augustine, so we are there frequently. Usually, our kids feed us, so we seldom eat out. However, on this day, they were all headed in different directions for sports that they participate in, meaning we were on our own for lunch. This was nearby and I was craving an AYCE salad bar, so this fit the bill nicely. They had a wide variety of the leafy stuff along with all the crunchy veggies, pickled stuff, cheeses, meats and yummy dressings. I was only able to make two trips before throwing in the towel. My wife had a shrimp dish with just the right seasonings and sides. Our server was pleasantly talkative, twisting my arm into having a adult beverage instead of an iced tea. My favorite hands-down is always the broccoli salad, but everything was delicious. Courtney took amazing care of us. While my family and I were on vacation we saw Ruby Tuesdays. Ours all here in KC have closed but I used to LOVE their salad bar. This one was right there memories and all. My BF and I enjoyed the salad bar while my son ordered from the menu. The salad bar was fresh and kept stocked which was great. My son said his food was delicious and served hot. Our waiter was really nice, I wish I could remember his name. The restaurant was open and bright since it was day but would have been darker at night. It wasn't overly crowded so I don't know if it gets loud but it was tolerable while we were there. We would recommend it if your missing yours at home, but the area has tons to offer as well read more

This Rudy Tuesday is worth the drive. We didn't have the salad bar because we had not eaten all day and order appetizers and meals. Everything was cooked to order, it came out piping hot, (I have a pet peeve about my food coming to the table like warm.). Everything was delicious my husband had the scalp and shrimp, I had the rib eye, and my daughter had the filet. The staff is very professional and the places is clean. Definitely recommend them. My friend and I hadn't been to this restaurant for a couple of years, but were glad we decided to go there tonight. They had a special - 1/2 rack of ribs with 1 side for $11.99, and it was delicious! We both got the ribs and enjoyed them thoroughly. I also loved my grilled zucchini side! We shared the brownie sundae dessert, and what's not to love about that? Our server, Katie, was very attentive and helpful, and had a sparkling personality - refreshing. It was nice to go to dinner and have good food and service without spending an arm and a leg. There's a lobster bisque that we will try next time we go. Every now and then it's nice to again try a chain restaurant that you haven't been to in a while - highly recommend! read more

I've visited this location several times. No time sticks out in my mind any more than the others. The ambiance is quite lacking. The restaurant is in dire need of renovation. There is NEVER any wait as at least 1/2 of the tables are always empty. Most often, the service less than inviting and snail-pace SLOW! With that said, the food is good and the salad bar is kick ass! That is definitely the only reason we continue to patronize this location. read more

Went for lunch and got two salad bars 2 drinks and popotato skin's and this was the bill?? Ugh the wwaitress was slow acted like she didn't remember anything or the menu at all. Bad service was not happy and I'm not cheap, at all but that was to much money for a light lunch. Plus bad service ill never go there again. read more

We paid a $1 more for a large Sangria and received a glass full of ice. Supposedly it was 3 oz more of liquid and double alcohol. However... I would not order it again. We ordered the trio-1/2 rack of ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders. The chicken was overdone and the ribs a bit dry. The saving grace was the fried shrimp snd loaded baked potato, both good. Although the food is decent, the service has declined. My fiancé and I have been coming here over the last few months and seems the service has gone down. Waitress does not come around to check on anything. Recent visit noted that the waitress only had two tables and could not find time to see if we wanted anything else after the main meal. It took forever to get food and service. Poor customer service. Staff was just okay. Some of our food order did not arrive..such as our soup. So, we ended up cancelling it. We decided go back thinking they may have changed but it's same crap tastes. We got valentine dinner special which included two salads bar, two entrees and dessert. We had bourbon salmon and two sides. Mine was with mashed potatoes and roasted corn, everything was overcooked and potatoes looks like warm in microwave. Taste so crap snd my wife said hers same. I can definitely recommend this place- it may be a bit tough to find (next to Cracker Barrel near the Outlet Mall), but the price is pretty cheap, food is pretty good, and the service satisfactory. Like I mentioned above, because of the price, be prepared to dine with plenty of seniors, you will probably have to navigate through a lot of them in line at the salad bar, but it's all worth it. If you're going in expecting five star gourmet cuisine and candlelit dinner, you're going to be quite disappointed. If you're looking for a good dinner at a good price- you're in the right place.
