I've been here several times and they just can't seem to get it right. Either the service is terrible or the food is cold. Today we stood at the front door for several mins waiting on someone.. Anyone to acknowledge us and seat us. Finally a girl from the back walked up to seat us. They had everyone in the restaurant sitting on 1 side in 1 section..packed in like sardines. We waited for 15 mins 4 someone to take our drink order..we were getting ready to walk out when our waitress showed up. She was very sweet and polite but slower than molasses!! Everything took way longer than it should have. App was.... Ok... I couldn't tell if they used a kettle chips for our loaded potatoe chip app or if they were just very stale... Main course was brought out by the manager (I guess) he dropped the food and left and didn't ask if we needed anything or if the order was right... Which.... It wasn't. Lol and both our glasses were clearly empty. Skip to the end.... It took 23 mins of waiting to get the check and have it brought back! I was so annoyed I timed her.. Lol Needless to say.... I'm done. read more

Very solid chain with great service the ribs and salad bar are unbelievable Tuesdays are great for a burger deal for lunch as well

Got there around 2pm on Labor Day and waited for 20 minutes or so. Most tables were dirty. I only saw one man that was doing everything! He was very pleasant and awesome customer service. I asked his name and of course I forgot. Our beer was cold and our food was delicious and hot. I felt very sorry for this man doing everything. I hope he will be acknowledged by his manager. read more

Very disappointed by our recent visit. Waited at the hostess stand to be acknowledged for several minutes. We were finally seated and the first thing I noticed was that everything had fingerprints all over it- the menus, the table, even the silverware after it was unwrapped. The salad bar cucumbers and tomatoes looked like they had been cut for several days and were turning brown. Our waitress was not friendly, but she wasn't rude either. We watched the hostess having a personal conversation on her phone while people were standing at the door waiting to be seated. Dirty, unfriendly, food was mediocre at best. Will not be back. read more

Very gross food. My burger had a rotten tomato on it and the meat was tasteless. Slow service even though it was very empty when we went. My friend got mozzarella sticks and they did not have any cheese in them (just fried empty shells). read more

I would have left a more detailed review if I actually got seating before I walked out after waiting 20 minutes . Terribly understaffed

Called for pick up and waited at counter for a while - when someone finally acknowledged me just said name and handed me my cold food. No greeting or thank you. Will not go here again. read more

My husband and I had never eaten at a ruby Tuesday's before so we were a bit weary but we were happily surprised! The food was AMAZING!! The salmon was cooked so perfectly! It was so flavorful and moist, by far the best I've had yet! My husband got a burger and they made it just the way he asked and that sadly doesn't happen often so that was a plus! The drinks were kept filled, the tables were cleaned off. The customer service was amazing, the waitress Leila help give us an amazing experience. We will not only be coming back but recommending to our friends and family! Thank you to the staff, y'all were amazing! read more

Came here for our free birthday burgers. We got the Smokehouse Burger. Wow, it was one of the best burgers we've ever tasted! And the tater tots we're also really good! I was pleasantly surprised...it was really good food!! read more

It was deserted f both customers and personnel to help the few customers they had. So no bartender and only 2 waitresses to help out, so you can imagine how slow the service was. Food was just ok. Will not be back. read more

Let me start with the positives: On a Friday evening we were able to get a table with no waiting Our server was friendly and polite Negatives: I got the Chicken Fresco with mashed potatoes and a Cesar salads. The food was bland. I could probably have made a better tasting meal at home. I was given green beans instead of the salad ( which was brought out when I mentioned it) The best thing I ate were the croutons on the salad. My husband got the pork chop. It was over cooked. We also had the Tai Phoon Shrimp. There was so much breading on it. It was more breading than shrimp. We left feeling underwhelmed and I was still hungry. Around 30 minutes after leaving my husband and I were both feeling ill from the meal. We will not be eating here again. I would not recommend it. The only reason I did not give this location 1 star is because the service was good. read more

I decided to give this place another try even after my poor experience last time. I ordered the salmon once again because I remember it being good last time. The atmosphere was a lot better this time around but turned out that my salmon was undercooked and I ended up with food poisoning. And I'm pregnant so obviously it was pretty bad. Then when I tried to call to advise them of their undercooked fish, no one would pick up the phone. I tried 6 times and no one ever picked up the phone. Will never go there again. I wish there was a button for no stars. read more

Ordered to go here tonight. None of the four orders were correct. All were missing dipping sauces, some were missing ingredients (standard for order, nothing customized), our cheese sticks looked like a Jackson pollak painting. Our daughter ordered the wings - one of the celery sticks was rotten. How did that even make it pass the prep station??? Lastly, called the restaurant multiple times to talk with the manager about the bad order and could not get anyone to answer the phone!!! Husband said he saw this while waiting on our order as well. Staff was right by the phone and just ignored it. Don't waste your time or money. Will give the manager kudos, received a call from him this morning and he apologized for the meal & is refunding the check. He agreed there was no excuse for getting such a bad meal. Refreshing not to hear excuses. read more

This visit was terrible. I never review places, in fact I would say this is my first review, and yet wanted to take the time to write this since we waited almost 10 minutes after being sat to be greeted and get drinks ordered. After that we ordered our food and appetizers. It's been 45 minutes and we just recieved appetizers. A family eating their apps as we were seated just got their entrees. This to me is not a waiter issue, it's a mangement issue. read more

Quick service. "T" was excellent at the bar. Was always checking to see if we were okay. Took great care of us. Food was good. Would definitely go back. read more

Good Service Nice People but the food was so horrible it was ridiculous don't come here and if you do don't order the nachos

Recently, my family and I (and my son's friend) visited this restaurant. The food was plentiful and good. The service was fantastic as the wait staff was friendly, halpful, and efficient. The set up was fine and our party of 7 was accommodated nicely at a large round table for our convenience. The menu, as usual, provided a wide variety of tasty choices. It wasn't until I received our check that I regretted stopping at RT! I was shocked that 3 salad bars, 2 burger plates, 2 kids'meals, and 5 sodas resulted in a $76 bill ($90 including tip). For many folks, this high-dollar meal wouldn't be too big of a problem. For me, I won't go back; I certainly don't think our experience was worth the price...and our experience was good. I just felt the food, although good, was a little basic for the cost. For those with deeper pockets than I, more power to you as you go back and visit. read more

Never really tried anything from here except for the salad bar but I went outside of my comfort zone and got a burger from here!! OMG probably one of the best burgers I've had in awhile. I got the triple prime house burger and the cooks are AWESOME! I love it I don't care what the other reviews say ...you must try it out!!! The salad bar is very fresh and everything is made with love! Try the hickory salmon or chicken it will send your tastebuds to heaven!!! read more

The last time I ate at this restaurant, has tainted my experience with any of the restaurants. We went in with the coupon and we even read the small print. We knew the exact expiration date, so we came in a couple days before. For whatever reason they would not except our coupon when we went to cash out. The food was less than desirable, and if I was a Little younger and sassy or I would've walked out as soon as I saw a couple of bugs on the salad bar! So I don't think I need to further explain help for this visit was. It went from bad to worse to kind of a flushable experience. read more

Ordered online for pick up two steak dinners, onion rings, tater tots, shrimp, baked potato, and a side Caesar salad. No salad was with the order. The food we picked up was good. I'm just upset I did not get my salad. read more

Casual dining with a salad bar. By now most people have been to a ruby Tuesday. It's never my first choice. Our most recent visit provided mediocre service with below average quality food. The big reason to go is their salad bar which is spotty at best. Many of the items are almost out and some are weird like dicing cucumbers. If your looking for casual fare there are better options nearby like Texas Roadhouse or longhorn. read more

I've eaten here twice and amazing both times. Their salad bar is always stocked with fresh pasta salads and plenty of topping for a garden salad. And I LOVE their turkey burgers. Soooo good. The fries are always hot and crispy. Burger is cooked to perfection, and the bun, mmmm. I love it. Servers there are super nice, and the manger is great. Definitely going back, and again, and again. read more

Came for lunch and the prices are so high! We then read the yelp reviews and left after paying for a coke.$3. We were leaving and had no to go cups. The waitress was nice, but i think new because normally a resturant would comp the coke because it wasnt even touched yet. We will not be back. read more

We recently stopped at this Ruby Tuesday on our way to PA. There is not too much you can say about these types of Restaurants, they have their concept and you know what you are getting when you walk in. What you don't know is who will be helping you while you are there. The restaurant closes at 10pm and we arrived at 9:35 and there was not another person there, not one. So instantly I thought we might be turned away and like most people who have been driving all day and have just arrived at a hotel we were hungry and were hoping to not be left with only fast food. I asked the Hostess if we were too late and she smiled and said we had plenty of time. Phew! We were happy. Then Andrew came over and we told him we would order fast and he said again we didn't have to rush. That made us feel relaxed and happy after being in the car all day it was nice to not feel rushed. Anyway, long story short, Andrew was awesome and we were grateful he was there to help us even though he didn't think he was doing anything special. He is just a nice guy. The food was good, so thanks to the kitchen guys for preparing everything properly even though it was close to closing time. read more

I am solely basing this review on our take out experience New Years Eve. Ordered online at 5:15 and requested a pick up at 6:00. Arrived to a complete fiasco. Not ready, no idea when, frantic people packing up food for the many orders they received. Hello! It's New Years Eve,,, all hands on deck. But what really aggravated the whole experience was a young, inexperienced bar tender with zero hustle, zero customer focus and obviously very little training. My sister sat at the bar waiting for 45 minutes before anyone could even tell her our food was being prepped, no water, no offer or attention, just poor planning and disjointed execution. The food turned out fine by the way. read more

Very nice service and employees. We loved our server. They have a good menu and a nice salad bar. Drink menu was great. Ruby Tuesday - Burgers Near Me - Rock Hill, South Carolina

There's nothing all that special about Ruby Tuesdays. If you like the Applebees and Carlos O' Charlies of the world, Rubies will be right up you alley. The food is typical American fare with a pleasant wait staff. This location isn't one of the nicer or spacious ones I've been too, but it still has the nice salad bar. I frequented Ruby Tuesdays years ago for the salad bar alone. Try: The salad bar with those delicious pumpernickel croutons Avoid: Expecting too much read more

My husband and I have been here several other times. We were here for lunch today, we were greeted and seated right away. The server was very friendly. We chose just to get the salad bar. They have made changes to the options, different greens and added toppings and different dressings. The pasta and potato salads were not very good this time. They also increased the price from 6.99 to 9.99 a person. The salad was good but we probably won't be coming back for a 9.99 salad we make ourself and have to leave a tip for. That is more than we care to pay. read more

To Go order of Turkey BLT and Caesar salad side. Salad mushy (too much dressing) with a couple of pieces of lettuce hanging outside the container. Turkey BLT - Avocado was hard as a rock with no flavor, but had black spots indicating age. Sandwich was slapped together and very messy. No thank you! Perhaps the worst combination of food and kitchen service that I have ever experienced. We were a party of three and were met with indifference and seated, by request, at a table (personally I despise booths). Our waiter eventually appeared to take our drink order and failed to recognize that two of our party of three did not want Ice in our drinks. DELAY: DELAY: DELAY! Finally the waiter took our order and disappeared for 18 minutes only to re-appear to explain nothing about our food delay but with 3 complimentary sodas....again with ice. Delay: Delay: Delay! I was standing to leave when the food (cold) arrived and my companions insisted that we stay. Our meals were over-cooked and stale with the chicken cooked in VERY OLD OIL. I've worked in and owned food service establishments and carelessness coupled with poor management, food and service is unacceptable. We returned home thankful that Arby's, Taco Bell and McDonalds is in town and I am not so cursed so that I will eat at 'Rude and Rotten Tuesdays' again. read more

Dinner was good. Service quick, polite, and efficient. Steak was cooked just right!

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in forever, but still have a great salad bar. Without the salad bar it would get 2 or 3 stars. Sandwiches and rest of menu average at best. read more

My wife loves Ruby Tuesday. We decided to stop at the Rock Hill SC Ruby Tuesday the day before yesterday for lunch with family. That was a big mistake! The waiter brought out our drinks and spilled all of our drinks all over everyone at the table. There was an extremely poor attempt by who I believe was the manager or assistant manager to move us (black family) to another table, which another hostess attempted to seat another family (white family) at while we were standing there, so we were moved to yet another table. I don't like to accuse any establishment of being culturally insensitive or borderline racist, but not much else was done to make any of us feel like remaining there to eat. We left and we'll likely never return. We instead ate at O'Charley's and received excellent service from a waitresses there. read more
