I've been wanting to check out this cute location since it opened and I finally was in the area…read morearound lunch time to give them a try. I was a bit early for lunch arriving around 11:30 am. There was only two people in this very cute restaurant. Lots of table and chairs inside and outside for seating. I was a bit overwhelmed trying to take everything in. They have a counter top where you can see them cutting actual chicken and potatoes for the fries and placing them into what appears to be high pressure deep fryers. This place has been set up to make you the best pieces of chicken you can get. I ordered The Beaut (minus the mayo) a large chicken breast covered in a crispy batter and perfectly deep fried! There was a good amount of pickles with the sandwich, like 4 or 5 which really covered the entire sandwich so you always got a bit of them. The bun was not my favorite. I'm not sure how to describe it. A little smushed is the best way I guess. I also ordered a 6 piece bites package. These things were full on huge chunks of chicken they seasoned and deep fried. I don't normally like to take pictures of food partially eaten but I had to show what one of the bites looked like after taking a bite. They were large, hot and cooked to perfection. I did try some of their BBQ sauce. Not a big fan but it wasn't bad. I also got an order of the skin on hand cut fries! OMG they were so good! They gave me a large bag of hot fries that just totally completed this meal! And I'm talking they should have come with a warning they were so hot! Loved it! As I was waiting for my order to be bagged I notice the large cookies and the glazed hand pies they had on the counter. This isn't like other major food chains so the price is a little higher but you are getting quality food. If you are looking for some good fried chicken and hot fries then I highly recommend this place!

The restaurant is casual yet comfortable while the customer service is just as dynamic as their food. The staff was very welcoming, which heightened the experience. The SW BBQ Chicken Salad (Grilled chicken coated in their homemade BBQ sauce, served on a bed of salad mix with black beans, fried corn, and egg, sprinkled with spicy French fried onions) had fresh, crisp veggies, an excellent combination of flavors, but the star of the show was the BBQ chicken. The sauce on the chicken was irresistibly delicious. I loved the Build Your Own Burger (BYOB) option, which I loved because my burger was cooked to perfection MY WAY. The Egg Salad Sandwich (Fresh, homemade egg salad with your choice of bread) was enjoyable and nostalgic not only because of the fresh ingredients, but also because of the grilled sourdough bread. The egg salad did not have sweet relish, which is how I am used to eating it, but it did not impact the taste.

Price was slightly high, but the ingredients and allergy safety made it worth it. Atmosphere is cute, but barely any spots to sit, and service was great! Detailed review: The Mint Cookie smoothie was pretty good, tasted just like mint chocolate ice cream! And my husband's was a solid strawberry smoothie. Ingredients are a huge win, with all-natural, fresh ingredients. I LOVED how allergy-friendly they were, from their vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options to the emphasis on letting the cashier know of any allergies so that they can be extra safe. Price was slightly high, but again, you're paying for good ingredients and allergy safety. Atmosphere is cute but lacking seating making it more of a "stop in and go" rather than a sit-in spot. Would definitely recommend!

I came here during my lunch break, as I entered the energy wasn't very welcoming but ignored and ordered the caramel apple smoothie. The restaurant is located inside a strip area and was very cute inside, so while waiting for my shake, I decided to take photos. My shake my ready shortly after and even though nobody was in the restaurant except me, the young lady that prepared my order made me walk near the back of the restaurant to pick up my order (which is where you pick up, but literally no one was inside)! Once I walked back, she then inquired if I was taking pictures and the tone felt a little interrogational. I immediately responded that I was, but not of her. She then said something to which I didn't hear and I left. Honestly I left feeling a little embarrassed, I've never had anyone questioned if I was taking a photo. My shake was very flavorful and light which I enjoyed. However, 2 hours later I felt the worse pain in my stomach and to be as nice as possible. I spent the rest of the day until Thanksgiving morning in the bathroom. The shake was good, but the after effects and the mediocre service was not worth it.

First Watch was a place I hadn't been to yet so we gave it a try. We arrived around noon but it was barely half full at that time. We were seated quickly but unfortunately we sat there for quite a while before a waitress finally showed up. Seating was good. Lots of half booth/table and chairs. On to the food! We ordered the million dollar bacon to go with our french toast with a berry compote and the biscuits with turkey sausage gravy and eggs. The bacon was amazing! Sweet with a bit of spice to it. My challah bread french toast was good but not as custardy as I'm used to with french toast. The berry compote was great with it. We were given a warm bottle of syrup to use which I love but I wish the bottle was clean before being put in front of me. There was a buttery smug probably from the last users. Mom's eggs and biscuit was great according to her. Food was ten outta ten but the service was slow to non-existent. If it had been a full house I shudder to think how long a wait you may get for service but then again it might have been a fluke. Either way the food was delicious.

There was a line but it went fast as usual. The one thing I have to complain about this time is that they shorted me on one of my ice creams and then still had to pay full price. The sundae that I got was supposed to come with 3 scoops of vanilla but I asked for one scoop of strawberry and the other two be vanilla. When I got to the window the guy once again said one of each and I corrected him twice and still ended up getting just one of each once I looked at the sundae. The sundae was good but after being corrected I feel like the employee should have relayed the message to whoever was making the sundae.
