There isn't many in California so I didn't except anything out here. Boy was I wrongggg!! The woman at the front was sooooo helpful and helped explain the extensive menu. I ended up getting a low calorie, no sugar peach tea and a low sugar low carb 200 calorie banana caramel shake. I am so addicted. I will be back every day before I leave and I will make sure to visit this place every time I come back to SC!!

When we pulled into the parking lot of this store, I was a little dubious, but I went inside, and spoke to a well mannered clerk who was very knowledgeable about their offerings. Then a second person, I assume the owner, came in and went into further detail about the health benefits of the shakes, teas and coffee drinks available. It ordered a pecan pie shake and my friend got peach and strawberry tea. They were GREAT! And, fairly healthy. I'll be back.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive-through so I am not sure about the space inside, although it looks pretty cute on the outside. I am not sure if it was because I picked up on a Sunday or if people usually go inside, but there was nobody at the window for a few minutes. When the worker did appear at the window, she was pleasant. I ordered the Queen City Bowl. It is one of the more typical açai bowls consisting of a very berry base, strawberries, blueberries, and more. It was really fresh and tasty! As well as a bit tart. I probably would add extra honey drizzle and granola next time. The açai bowl held up well in terms of how much it stayed in its sorbet form even after 15 minutes of picking it up. I would come back to try their other bowls!

I placed an order online for the first time on Monday & picked it up at the drive through window. Everything was correct, just like I ordered & it was ready when I arrived. I got the snack size protein bowl, which I though was amazing! The fruit, peanut butter, granola - it's all so good. You have to order online to pick up at the window, so I did that again today! I was early for my pick up but they had it ready in no time. I'll definitely be back, the pick up window is so convenient! I also hope to dine there sometime to get a feel for the ambiance.

Yet, I was still charged the $3.99 delivery fee. When I saw this on my receipt, I called the store and spoke w the manager - she was not willing to compensate the $3.99 error - saying their website is managed by a 3rd party! As a customer, I don't care who manages their site - I had to pay an unnecessary $3.99 to order from them! And, when I asked to be compensated for my next drive-thru purchase - as they keep a log of orders they mess up, and names of these type customers by their register - I asked her to add my name and credit $3.99 - she refused. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I order from this location at least 5 times a week, smoothie and flat bread! They could care less about my loyalty to them, and my orders.
