When I went, there were two employees; the woman was very sweet and nice, but the man appeared somewhat annoyed, but he could have just been tired. Unfortunately, we did run into the issue of one of our orders being forgotten, and we waited a while to get it. However, they apologized and fixed it promptly when we asked about it. Overall, I wouldn't return here, but perhaps I just ordered the wrong things as I know some locals love this spot.
