We have had to leave the establishment numerous times to enjoy our food. Last, but not least, the napkin holder was dirty and the staff were NOT wearing gloves to prepare the food. This was a big no-no for me! This is a health/safety concern, especially being they are prepping and serving raw, uncooked foods. I also did not see any hand washing. This is NOT ok with me anytime, but especially during flu season! These sanitary issues alone may be enough to stop me and my family from going there in the future. Just hate to see such beautiful food, at this price point, being served so carelessly. We may try their other location in the 28277 zip code area, to see if they're any better with their sanitation procedures or if it's just the company as a whole. This location is farther away, so won't be able to visit as often. Hope the Stonecrest location tightens up on their cleanliness/sanitation, as well as consistency with their products taste, because I would love to keep going there!
