They have amazing cooked sliced sirloin. That is wonderful on sandwiches or cooked with eggs for breakfast. I can buy my hard boiled organic eggs in the bag so I don't have to peel them. They have so many wonderful choices for healthy food, even the ice cream! If you have not tried ice cream for bears yet? You have to give it a shot and yes, give the vanilla or the honey bear a try. Their kale salad with apples is also wonderful. Oh! Don't even get me started on when they have the lemon fest! I stocked up on the lemon white chocolate popcorn Seriously, really nice people as well. One of my favorites is San-Dee but the young man behind the counter in the deli is such a sweetheart. Everyone is extremely helpful, very professional and kind. I returned my scones because the bakery changed the recipe, and the woman actually went to the shelf to find another package and said open it and taste one to see if it was an issue just with the batch you got. Who does that?! Sprouts does! Again, just really love the staff and I found wild caught frozen halibut so that I could make it at home! OK, I guess I should stop raving and just post the review, but I'll share some pictures of my recent shopping trip. Oh! I almost forgot! I did take pictures of the homemade jalapeño focaccia bread, and it is phenomenal! This is also the only local grocery store where I could find organic sourdough bread and they have different flavors! If you're in Ballantyne, give them a shot. It is absolutely worth it in my experience and opinion. Oh, and I edited this to add that you could find some really great sweet treats! They have chocolate from Dubai and I love their organic dark chocolate with a hint of salt. There are tons of gluten-free options from pasta to bread and crackers. You name it. They also have a couple of aisles of health items and really great dog treats as well.

The one at SouthPark is about the same size but more of a challenge to get in/out of since it's in the midst of the SouthPark traffic. I was tasked with the purchase of the Christmas Turkey. My mission: to find a fresh NOT frozen whole turkey, about 12 pounds, won't expire before 12/25, organic and NOT a Butterball brand. A challenging mission you might say but I felt like I was up to it. The Thanksgiving birds where purchased at the Peach Stand in Fort Mill. We got two of them and they were exceptional, two birds easily fed 30 hungry people. Sadly, they had only the frozen ones that were left over from Thanksgiving. After several google searches and calling around, I ended up here. There must have been about a 1/2 dozens birds that all fit the bill though most of them were more in the 13 to 15 pound range. Size matters here because it's going in a deep fry cooker over propane with limited capacity. I took some photos and reviewed it with the Chef and got a 'thumbs up AND a 'smiley face' emoji. I looked in the regular section and while I was looking, Noelle introduced herself and asked if she could help me find anything. I asked if they had the gluten free cake and she went to the back and brought me some options that they had. She was so kind and thoughtful to take the time to look for me even though they were close to closing. Customer service like this is why I choose to come to Whole Foods rather than a different store, even though the prices are kinda steep. Thank you Noelle!!! You can fill out a 'do not send' list online if there is anything you don't like, and you can update it at any time. They also have fresh eggs you can add, as well as other add ons from local companies. You can change your preferences at any time, including how frequently they come (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). All the produce is organic and it's all been delicious! It lasts so long as well. If you have an issue with something being fresh, their costumer service is great. The portion sizes are great as well. I've been very pleased and would highly recommend their delivery service!

When I was about to paid, she saw my card and mentioned that only the ppl who has money has the contactless thingy in their cards. (What?!) I paid and then she started to offered and showed me other products, I did not want to buy more items that day, so we came back to the cashier station and she asked me to swipe my card again... I asked if the previous transaction did not get thru, and she did not responded. (My bad!) Meanwhile, I was in my phone activating the free rewards program and she told me that the app offers more coupons and I must download it. (I did not do it). She said me that I was a VIP customer, blah, blah, blah... I said thanks for your help and left with tons of points, a $10 coupon, and the feeling that something was not right but I had to go. Well, later on I realized that she DID enroll me on a PRO membership for $39.99 less a discount she managed on my ticket. She discounted the other items so I did not notice she added the membership there! She folded the ticket before she gave it to me. But that is not all, I got an email about my AUTOMATIC Pro membership RENEWAL for $39.99!!! Two young employees were there, apparently they did not know about what was happening. I called the VIP pro membership number, they apologized and cancelled the automatic renewal. The lady told me to expect a refund which until today the charges for the membership she enrolled me in an unethical and dishonest way were not retuned on my bank. But they do not even care about this unethical practices. Look online... it is a common thing and nobody does anything to fix it. I went back on a Monday and talked to Eric about their cigar selection. The have quite a selection but he said their Perdomo Bourbon Barrel aged cigars were their most popular.
