We came in a mini van of people and ordered 8 drinks. We had to wait in the car line and unfortunately we could not see the menu until we were in position to order. We felt stressed to pick fast without reading the menu bc of all the cars behind us BUT maybe anything you order there will be good! We ended up all liking our orders. Anyway once we did the pickup window one of our car riders decided she wanted another one so we got back in the car line haha. Anyway we left happy. We've been to Swig several times since they have opened. We have tried a variety of their menu items. I will list some of the drinks we have ordered. We've tried: Endless summer, Spice queen, Loop t loop, Shark attack, Pumpkin please, Just peachy, Spice spice baby, Hula girl, Poppin pineapple and pretzels with white cheddar and strawberry cream cheese. My favorite item has been the Spice Queen. However it was better the first time I ordered it. I like the pretzels but they are a bit salty for my taste. They need the dipping sauce to cut some of the saltiness. Customer service has always been good and we get thru the line pretty fast. I love swig. I was so excited to find one outside Utah. We drove up from Charleston. We got in line behind other cars. Once we begin to turn in Misty who I assume is the manager comes out and begins to snap at us for not observing her cones in the public road. First. I didn't see them at all. Second I got in line behind other cars so I'm not sure why only a few of us got yelled at. Third it's a public road in which you cannot place those. Fourth you need a sign directing entry. Fifth those cones you claim were out were actually stacked together on the corner. The whole interaction was unprofessional and rude. I was so let down and I looked forward to my visit. I can buy buy a drink for both myself and my daughter for less than one persons drink at Starbucks. People are always nice and friendly, drinks are always right. read more

Nice drink options! We tried the Pretty in Pink and Summer Splash. Both are good. The Summer Plash has a little sweetness from the strawberry puree, not too sweet. The Pretty in Pink is not sweet at all. It's a good refresher if you don't want a ton of sugar, but all these drink you can get them sugar free. read more

Ok, I was skeptical and was thinking it was just another trendy spot but was I wrong! It made my favorite Soda even better! There wasn't a drop left. I had the Cherry Bomb with Coke-(let's not go down that rabbit hole Coke vs the other one) Extra ice - I could have use more ice but I get it they are selling soda not ice. So creamy and yummy and the coconut came through but so did the vanilla- kudos Swig!! My hubs got the Texas Tab and it was also delicious if Dr Pepper is your love language. The line was out to the road but it only took 10 minutes to get through and get our drinks so don't get too intimidated about the line. I would definitely stop again and try different combos. Also I was expecting prices to be more like coffee shops and was very surprised when two drinks were less than $8. All in all, worth the hype if you are a soda lover like me. Overall great experience, this is drive thru only. It took about 15 to 20 minutes, since it is still new with high demand. I was disappointed that they sold out the seasonal items. The staff were friendly and moved as fast as they can do. I ended up with Bloody Wild, it tasted great. Will be back for sure for more. read more

Overrated. I tried buttery beer and loop-T-loop (peach/strawberry/watermelon/sprite). I got there at 2:30 and ordered by 3:20. The line has been long since they just opened but it wasn't any better than a root beer and cherry limeade from Sonic. Prices are meh. If you have a tween bugging you, it's a fun thing to do to waste some time and chat. If you're trying to go here between errands, I'd skip it until you have time to kill. First time at Swig and overall not a bad experience. Waited about 20 minutes so the line does move but in the meantime, we used that time to download the app and decide on what we wanted. Ordering was easy and finally got our drinks. We ordered the Save me Jade and Mango Breeze. Both drinks were good but had a lot of ice. So next time we are going to make sure to say lite ice. We will try Swig again. We won't wait 20 mins for it though and will be sure to say "lite ice". It's a good soda but it's still a soda. read more

Got 5 drinks, 2 of them were not made with the flavors we ordered, tasted awful. Emailed customer service, they thanked us for the info! Asked for a refund, they did not reply. They do not make the drinks with the right flavor mix options. Employees need training. read more

Horrible service!! it was our first time at Swig and we were very excited we had a very big order because it was multiple of us. We tried two of the flavors and we did not like them at all so we decided to go back to see if we could get them replaced the girl who took our order was so disrespectful and had an attitude. We basically explained how we had two separate orders and didn't like our drink drinks and see if we could get them replaced, but they still made us pay for one drink. How does that make any sense? We had two separate orders??? I spoke to the shift lead and she did not apologize and just said I hope you decide to try us again. What? Why on earth would we ever do that? Finally!! This location in Indian Land, SC has been so busy and having such long lines for weeks I didn't bother waiting in the line until I drove by yesterday mid-morning and lo-and-below the line was almost nonexistent so I stopped by. So many choices, so many ways to customize the drinks and great customer service. I choose a mango concoction in the 32oz size using plain water (not carbonated) and light ice and it only cost $5.29. It was great and refreshing. If not for the usual long lines I'd give it a five (5) star rating. I'll certainly be going back again to try a different favor. read more
