I really enjoyed the coffee, the staff, the "bragles". But all good things come to an end. Unless you go on a day that has a special you end up spending ~$10 for a large coffee with oatmilk. The last few times the coffee tasted burnt - okay, I can give them the benefit of the doubt they were just having a bad day. The bragles started tasting more microwaved, thrown inside a horrible tinfoil wrap so it's soggy and chewy and boiling hot. This last visit sealed the deal - I'll never go back and I hope you consider your options before going. My husband went to pick us up 2 large coffees with oatmilk (I have a dairy intolerance and whole milk KILLS me, I'm also breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter who has a dairy intolerance as well) and a turkey havarti bragle. It was $25!!!! I have 1/4 of my coffee and a few bites of bagel before I can tell something isn't right. The coffee was definitely made with whole milk, but even more than that I was VIOLENTLY ill. My husband calls the store to talk with a manager about the coffee being made wrong. They said "sorry, there's not a manager here, we can't tell if the coffee was made with whole milk or oatmilk because we all collectively make the coffees together so there's no way to tell, come back tomorrow to get a new coffee" I spent the day in the bathroom - again with a newborn and 2 toddlers who need their mom at 100%. I call the next day hoping to speak to a manager, I get the same "there's no manager on duty" I told them I thought I had food poisoning and wanted a refund and to speak with someone. The kid suggested I go to "biggby dot com and fill out a complaint because that would be quicker". I told him I'd prefer he write down my information because I'm a mom of 3 and I have food poisoning - I don't need to hunt down an email to speak to someone about getting a refund. (Hindsight he never shared my information because I never got a call) I ended up going online to fill out a complaint. Got the full run around, the owner reached out and apologized - asking questions about the visit and then radio silence for 5 days. I reached back out appalled it had taken almost a week to hear back. The owner got an attitude - saying they had a family emergency and they would refund me. TLDR: go literally anywhere else for coffee, you'll save money and you won't get the wrong type of milk in your coffee. read more

Disappointed with the coffee at the Waffle House, I headed here and spent an hour this morning sipping away at a small coffee that was actually the size of a small oil drum while I wrote a couple Yelp reviews. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash this morning, expecting it to be quick and convenient since I had my baby with me. When I got to the drive-thru and told the employee I was there to pick up my order, she told me I had to come inside. I explained I had a baby in the car and asked if they could hand it through the window -- she refused, without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. I had to park, unbuckle my baby from his car seat, and go inside just to pick up an order that was already sitting on the counter. The girl who handed me my order had an attitude on top of it all -- no apology, no sense of customer service, just a bad attitude like I was the problem. I had my baby in one arm while trying to balance a drink tray and a bag of food in the other. It was completely unnecessary and frustrating!! What makes this even worse is that just a few days ago (Friday), my husband picked up our DoorDash order from the drive thru WITH NO issue at all. Clearly, the policy is inconsistent depending on who's working. If you can't pass a prepaid order through the window, you shouldn't offer a pickup option on the DoorDash app. And honestly, what's the point of having a drive thru window at all if you can't accommodate basic situations like this? The staff are incredible, every time I walk in I feel welcome into this biggby's home. Even after I was indecisive, the staff were patient and made sure they got my order right even though I assured them it'd be okay with the original order. The bragels are amazing, I love the maple waffle, the only complaint would be its out of season right now I think. New coffee shop in town. Very nice and helpful staff greeted us and welcomed us in. The shop is super clean on the inside and they have plenty of places to sit and hang out or work. WiFi is free. There isn't a front patio but there are two comfy orange rocking chairs out front that are nice to sit in. They also have a drive-thru which is super convenient if you're on the go. The menu is huge. They have plenty of offerings on the board but there is also a paper list with 100's of options. On Monday's you can add a muffin for $1.99. I didn't try one but might have to come back for the lemon muffin another time. They warm they up for you if you'd like. I tried a chai latte with oat milk. It was very good. Super sweet. I only drank half. My only knock is that a small (16oz) iced chai with oat milk was $7! That pricing isn't something I would run back here for. I know SB's is a major corporation but to compare a venti iced caramel oat milk chai there is $7.25. I snagged a free loyalty card which is always a plus. I think you get something free after every 12th visit. Double check that. Anyways, it's always nice to have options and here there are tons. I don't drink coffee so maybe the true coffee drinkers will review in the future and tell you more about their experiences. read more

The customer service was great as it was my first time! Yes they have coconut milk and lemonade although I did not see it listed on the drive thru menu they sell it so just ask. I got a seasonal cookie drink. It was at a warm temp which I like since I hate drinking hot coffee that burns my tongue. lol either way judgement free they took good care of me! Excited to try a new coffee spot in this area, sad to say it was so disappointing. I will not be back. Upon entering the establishment, staff was not friendly. The coffee is disgusting, burnt espresso tastes similar to that burnt taste you get occasionally at Starbucks. The bagels were horrible, the cream cheese comes on it and they heat up the bagels with the cream cheese so it's extra hot when you eat it. Not worth the money, McDonald's iced lattes would have been better. I'm not sure how they afford to pay 3+ people behind the counter because the place was dead inside, which was the first red flag walking in.. I've never seen an empty coffee shop, especially in the morning time. Avoid this place and don't add to your coffee list! read more

I was so excited to see that a Biggby to this area b/c I visited the one in Raleigh and loved it! Krystal helped me decide on what to get and shared with me to sign up on the app which I did. She was very helpful & friendly. I ordered the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, which she offered to warm up, and an iced cinnamon latte w/marshmallow syrup, oat milk & cold foam. I did not actually purchase anything, because as I was waiting on a friend to order, I did not like the way the MANAGER was talking about one of her employees behind her back, she stated the "new employee is so stupid". Then I witnessed her call the same (I assume) employee "Stupid" for not knowing how to make a certain drink. If the employee is "new", how is she to know how to make a certain coffee? Is that not the purpose of TRAINING? I will spend my money elsewhere. And folks wonder why no one wants to work. I suggest that whoever is the owner of this establishment look into retraining their manager, to treat their employees better. Happy employees work better, and provide excellent customer service. Everything we had was ok. Typical chain coffee with lots of sweet flavor addition options but little coffee flavor. Bagel was Dunkin' Donuts level with plain cream cheese the only flavor available. The maple waffle "bagel" recommended by the cashier was tasty and very sweet but not a bagel. It was the waffles that they are using to make breakfast sandwiches.
