I really enjoyed the coffee, the staff, the "bragles". But all good things come to an end. Unless you go on a day that has a special you end up spending ~$10 for a large coffee with oatmilk. The last few times the coffee tasted burnt - okay, I can give them the benefit of the doubt they were just having a bad day. The bragles started tasting more microwaved, thrown inside a horrible tinfoil wrap so it's soggy and chewy and boiling hot. This last visit sealed the deal - I'll never go back and I hope you consider your options before going. My husband went to pick us up 2 large coffees with oatmilk (I have a dairy intolerance and whole milk KILLS me, I'm also breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter who has a dairy intolerance as well) and a turkey havarti bragle. It was $25!!!! I have 1/4 of my coffee and a few bites of bagel before I can tell something isn't right. The coffee was definitely made with whole milk, but even more than that I was VIOLENTLY ill. My husband calls the store to talk with a manager about the coffee being made wrong. They said "sorry, there's not a manager here, we can't tell if the coffee was made with whole milk or oatmilk because we all collectively make the coffees together so there's no way to tell, come back tomorrow to get a new coffee" I spent the day in the bathroom - again with a newborn and 2 toddlers who need their mom at 100%. I call the next day hoping to speak to a manager, I get the same "there's no manager on duty" I told them I thought I had food poisoning and wanted a refund and to speak with someone. The kid suggested I go to "biggby dot com and fill out a complaint because that would be quicker". I told him I'd prefer he write down my information because I'm a mom of 3 and I have food poisoning - I don't need to hunt down an email to speak to someone about getting a refund. (Hindsight he never shared my information because I never got a call) I ended up going online to fill out a complaint. Got the full run around, the owner reached out and apologized - asking questions about the visit and then radio silence for 5 days. I reached back out appalled it had taken almost a week to hear back. The owner got an attitude - saying they had a family emergency and they would refund me. TLDR: go literally anywhere else for coffee, you'll save money and you won't get the wrong type of milk in your coffee.

Disappointed with the coffee at the Waffle House, I headed here and spent an hour this morning sipping away at a small coffee that was actually the size of a small oil drum while I wrote a couple Yelp reviews. There's a very comfy single-seat booth in the back that was pretty darned awesome with a power outlet and a nice view of the comings and goings. The coffee was excellent and the space was lovely. New coffee shop in town. Very nice and helpful staff greeted us and welcomed us in. The shop is super clean on the inside and they have plenty of places to sit and hang out or work. WiFi is free. There isn't a front patio but there are two comfy orange rocking chairs out front that are nice to sit in. They also have a drive-thru which is super convenient if you're on the go. The menu is huge. They have plenty of offerings on the board but there is also a paper list with 100's of options. On Monday's you can add a muffin for $1.99. I didn't try one but might have to come back for the lemon muffin another time. They warm they up for you if you'd like. I tried a chai latte with oat milk. It was very good. Super sweet. I only drank half. My only knock is that a small (16oz) iced chai with oat milk was $7! That pricing isn't something I would run back here for. I know SB's is a major corporation but to compare a venti iced caramel oat milk chai there is $7.25. I snagged a free loyalty card which is always a plus. I think you get something free after every 12th visit. Double check that. Anyways, it's always nice to have options and here there are tons. I don't drink coffee so maybe the true coffee drinkers will review in the future and tell you more about their experiences.

I was so excited to see that a Biggby to this area b/c I visited the one in Raleigh and loved it! Krystal helped me decide on what to get and shared with me to sign up on the app which I did. She was very helpful & friendly. I ordered the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, which she offered to warm up, and an iced cinnamon latte w/marshmallow syrup, oat milk & cold foam. I felt the muffin could have tasted fresher but other than that I was happy. They have a drive thru which is convenient and ample amount of seating.

We ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and left a 20% tip. Afterward, they let me know that I had accidentally been charged for an extra coffee. They refunded the coffee, but the portion of the tip associated with that extra charge was never refunded. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Overall, the sandwich was good, but the bacon was way too salty. At first, I thought maybe it was just me, so I had my partner try it--and he agreed. Definitely salty. My caramel coffee was also pretty watered down and just wasn't what I expected, especially for what I paid. On the other hand, my partner really enjoyed everything he ordered, so our experience wasn't all bad. It's definitely a cute neighborhood coffee shop with some great breakfast options, and I can see why people enjoy it. Just a heads-up: if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend ordering ahead. They can get pretty busy in the mornings, and there can be a bit of a wait when ordering in person. I really wanted my second visit to win me over, but unfortunately, I'm still not quite there.

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautifully designed interior. The café has a cozy, modern vibe that's perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends over coffee. We ordered a couple of lattes, and both were rich, smooth, and well balanced. They also have a nice selection of bakery items, so we couldn't resist trying a muffin and a slice of cake. Both were fresh, delicious, and paired perfectly with our drinks. Even though it was just a quick stop, the quality of the coffee, the tasty pastries, and the welcoming atmosphere left a great impression. It's the kind of coffee shop that makes you want to stay a little longer. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're passing through Pineville!

They have wifi here and I had my laptop with me, so I powered on and checked in on work for a bit which mostly meant sipping coffee, watching people come and go, and sending just enough emails to look like I was being productive while enjoying the quiet rhythm of the place. Parking was tighter than usual today because some construction had blocked off the street spaces and the adjacent lot was completely full, so I ended up across the street in a municipal lot which worked out fine. Pineville almost always has parking somewhere if you're willing to shift over a block or two, and today was no exception even with the congestion. I also am drawn to the color scheme of the shop, but I'm biased because my favorite color is purple. On my first visit, I chose the Bananas Foster - vanilla, brown sugar, banana, and cinnamon - this did not have a strong banana taste, but it still tasted soo good, I gave 'em a pass. I also got the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich ($5), which was good and had the traditional taste of most breakfast sandwiches. On my second visit, I ordered through the app, which allowed me to fully customize my order. I got the Iced White Chocolate Cappuccino - ($6.35) - espresso, almond milk, sweet cold foam (+0.70), vanilla syrup (+$0.75). It was superb because it was made the way I requested. Service was great, no issues there.

Very pleased to learn they have three different sizes, 16, 18 & 20 ounce. With the 16 oz you get two shots of espresso. Not really exceptional but good for the price of $6.99. They will let you use your own cup, but no discount. So much for saving the plant with PJ's. Their staff is nice and they are quick and efficient. The location is in the middle of the parking lot in a strip center with Food Lion, Lee's Chinese and Kids to Kids consignment.
