What I do mind is being treated rudely for asking about an incomplete order. Good customer service is about communication and respect, especially when things are delayed. Some places serve hot drinks super lukewarm and I don't like that. Not here! I ordered a croissant and they brought me a chocolate croissant so I asked the server what happened and I guess they were out and I was a little confused and disappointed bc I didn't want a sweet croissant. So there was a bit of a miscommunication there but she was very kind and offered to refund me, but I kept it. No biggie really. It was good, just not what I wanted so I didn't finish it. Also, a server was walking around giving out free biscoff cheesecake slices and I thought that was super cool!!! I got one and it was delicious!! The shop is super cute and is located where a plant shop used to be. It's cool to see how they repurposed the space. I love Haraz so I'd come back if I'm ever on this side of town.
