We have walked down here a couple more times and it is so good!! We have gotten the breakfast sandwiches since my last review and they are AMAZING which is why I gave them 5 stars this time! The coffee is always delicious and I love the water station where you can help yourself.

The decor is modern relaxed but all of the plants are dying they seem to take better care of their coffee beans though. The coffee was good. I ordered a mocha and my guest ordered a vanilla latte, both of which were enjoyed. We sat down to enjoy our bagel sandwiches at a table that was as stable as jello. Thankfully we managed the balancing act and consumed our food. I got the lox which was tasty but very room temp. I had hoped it would at least be toasted or warmed as it is a bagel sandwich. But overall, good food that did the job. It seems like a good place to set up shop for working as well. There is plenty of seating and a good number of outlets to keep you charged and going.

We absolutely loved this coffee shop in Pineville! We arrived shortly after they opened on a rainy sleepy Sunday morning. We tried 2 of their breakfast sandwiches and a blueberry muffin. I'm not sure if they bake the muffins in house but I told my husband, this was the best blueberry muffin I've had in a long time. The whole thing was so moist and delicious. My everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese was delicious as well. We ended up staying so long, we ordered 2 drinks. The seasonal coffee drink was delicious with cold foam on top, and the peach tea was light and refreshing. Downtown Pineville is cute and we were able to see the train drive by! Just the perfect cozy Sunday morning.

Found this cute little cafe, love the interior! They have nice modern looking furniture and a bunch of small tables perfect for people who need to get work done on their laptop. The staff were nice and friendly and helped answer any questions I had about their menu. My husband and I ordered the Sunshine Morning, avocado toast, Americano and their specialty drip coffee. The avocado toast was good but I personally thought there was a bit too much balsamic vinaigrette other than that it was good. The specialty coffee however was kind of sour tasting and had a hint of tea flavor, I didn't really like it so I wouldn't recommend. One other downside is if you're sitting near the big windows, you'll see a lot of dead bugs, so I hope they get around to cleaning it as it was really unappealing. Other than that the breakfast sandwiches were good and the cafe is cute, and there's outdoor seating.

I stopped in on a Wednesday morning while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. They didn't have a dark or bold roast brewed coffee so I opted for the Vietnamese mild, it was just OK. The lady offered me a French press or pour over...not! I also got the NoVa Lox bagel with cream cheese. It came with unadvertised red onions, yuck! I made the mistake of assuming the bagel would be toasted. They had a staff of two ladies, both very nice & professional. They have street side tables & chairs on the sidewalk. Park on the street or look for a space across the street if you're feeling lucky.

Came here on a Saturday morning around 10am to get some coffee with my family. The place is super cute and quite spacious with lots of seating inside. When we walked in there was only maybe two people ahead of us in line. The menu had quite a few options and I loved all the different syrup choices for drinks. We placed our order fairly quickly and stood at a nearby table to wait. The line after us quickly became quite long and what we didn't realize was all the customers sitting when we walked in were all still waiting for their drinks! Knocked a star off for that as we waited a LONG time for our orders unfortunately. They also didn't take most of our names so you had to make sure you really paid attention when they called out orders. Despite the long wait, my order of a lavender vanilla breve latte was quite delicious! I also grabbed a pumpkin chai cookie and it was so soft and moist with a perfect amount of sugar on top for a touch of crunchy texture. So good! The rest of my party enjoyed their drinks although I'm not sure a few of them loved the Vietnamese coffee. Overall cute place! Hopefully they can bring in more baristas to get those drinks out quickly :)

Really cute atmosphere. I came on a Thursday morning and multiple people were doing work inside. The wifi was great, but it got a little loud if you are looking to do work in a quiet area. All of the staff were super nice. I got an iced chai latte. It was good, but a little more on the milky side. It was around $5.

Iced latte, green tea frappe, coffee cake, chocolate milk,

My baby sister bought a drink she didn't like and they replaced it for free!! Sweetest staff ever. Love this place too, the coffees were amazing.

First time here and glad we came. Service was sweet and they were doing a great job with how busy it was! We sat at the counter and had a hot latte along with an espresso flight which were both delicious. Loved the clean vibe inside and plenty of seating is always nice! Will definitely be back, especially since they have a large selection of syrups- regular and sugar free. And a nice assortment of bakery, gluten free included!

Unless…read moreyou go on a day that has a special you end up spending ~$10 for a large coffee with oatmilk. The last few times the coffee tasted burnt - okay, I can give them the benefit of the doubt they were just having a bad day. The bragles started tasting more microwaved, thrown inside a horrible tinfoil wrap so it's soggy and chewy and boiling hot. This last visit sealed the deal - I'll never go back and I hope you consider your options before going. My husband went to pick us up 2 large coffees with oatmilk (I have a dairy intolerance and whole milk KILLS me, I'm also breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter who has a dairy intolerance as well) and a turkey havarti bragle. It was $25!!!! I have 1/4 of my coffee and a few bites of bagel before I can tell something isn't right. The coffee was definitely made with whole milk, but even more than that I was VIOLENTLY ill. My husband calls the store to talk with a manager about the coffee being made wrong. They said "sorry, there's not a manager here, we can't tell if the coffee was made with whole milk or oatmilk because we all collectively make the coffees together so there's no way to tell, come back tomorrow to get a new coffee" I spent the day in the bathroom - again with a newborn and 2 toddlers who need their mom at 100%. I call the next day hoping to speak to a manager, I get the same "there's no manager on duty" I told them I thought I had food poisoning and wanted a refund and to speak with someone. The kid suggested I go to "biggby dot com and fill out a complaint because that would be quicker". I told him I'd prefer he write down my information because I'm a mom of 3 and I have food poisoning - I don't need to hunt down an email to speak to someone about getting a refund. (Hindsight he never shared my information because I never got a call) I ended up going online to fill out a complaint. Got the full run around, the owner reached out and apologized - asking questions about the visit and then radio silence for 5 days. I reached back out appalled it had taken almost a week to hear back. The owner got an attitude - saying they had a family emergency and they would refund me. TLDR: go literally anywhere else for coffee, you'll save money and you won't get the wrong type of milk in your coffee.

We ordered a mocha and a latte with oat milk. I had mine with vanilla and caramel, and even added extra simple syrup. Unfortunately, the drinks just didn't stand out. I found myself sipping more for the caffeine than the flavor, and by the end, I couldn't really remember the taste. I've been to several of their locations around the Charlotte area and they all share the same strengths: consistently great coffee, friendly baristas, and a calm, grounded atmosphere that makes even a quick stop feel like a small reset in the day. This particular shop isn't large, and the laptop crowd has definitely discovered it. There are only a handful of tables, so I felt genuinely lucky to land the last open one and settle in with my cortado. The drink was exactly what I expect from Summit every time, rich and balanced and served with the kind of quiet confidence that comes from a place that knows what it's doing. I opened the laptop, got a bit of work done, and enjoyed the rhythm of the room as people drifted in and out. And when the cortado was gone, so was I. It's the kind of space where I felt a gentle responsibility to make room for the next person once I've had your moment, especially on a busy morning. Even with its small footprint, it remains one of the most dependable coffee experiences in the area, and I always leave feeling like the stop was worth it. If you've tried their other locations, this one will feel familiar in the best way. If you haven't, it's a great introduction to what Summit does so well. As a transplant to Charlotte for work, I'm always searching for the ingredients and flavors I grew up with, and this place delivers. From the fresh seafood counter -- where you'll find beautiful tiger prawns -- to the endless rows of fish sauce, oyster sauce, and every variety of soy sauce imaginable (sweet, dark, mushroom, Japanese), the selection is impressive. The aisles are thoughtfully organized by cuisine and region, which makes navigating the store surprisingly easy, even if you're new to Asian markets. The frozen section alone is worth the trip. If you're looking for dumplings -- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, even Nepalese -- they've got you covered. And don't sleep on the handmade crepe cakes in the freezer. Yes, they're about $25, but they're stunning and absolutely delicious. Honestly, they rival the famous crepe cakes from Lady M in the San Francisco Bay Area, where those cakes can easily run over $100. At this price point, it feels like a steal -- and you'll definitely impress your guests. The produce section is another highlight. The ginger is incredibly fresh, and the variety is fantastic -- from gai lan and sweet chives to cebollitas (Mexican green onions) and crisp green beans. It's a true sensory experience for anyone who loves to cook. This isn't a trendy, boutique grocery store, and that's exactly the charm. It's old-school, practical, and stocked with the essentials. Toward the back right corner, you'll find pallets of noodles in every style -- Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean -- everything you could possibly need for home cooking. The butcher and fishmonger are also available to help, which adds a nice personal touch to the shopping experience. There's also a bakery inside with beautiful fruit-and-cream cakes -- the kind you'll recognize if you've ever celebrated in an Asian household. Light, fresh, and not overly sweet. And if you're a coffee lover, keep an eye out for Café du Monde coffee -- it's usually several dollars cheaper here than at typical grocery stores. A few friendly tips: * Go with a plan -- this place can be overwhelming in the best way. * Don't bring a big entourage unless they're ready to explore. * And if you visit the Pineville location, go hungry -- the food court alone is worth the trip. Both locations are fantastic, but the Pineville store is newer, larger, and especially fun to explore. Shop curious, cook boldly, and enjoy the adventure.
