We checked into the hostess stand and waited almost an hour and never got seated after being told initially that the wait was 15 minutes. I went in and asked about it after waiting 35 minutes. Then when we checked in again after 45 minutes we were told we ignored their text and had to go back to the bottom of the list - which we never received! I understand it was busy, but after checking in personally twice it is very frustrating to end up waiting for an hour and never actually being seated. Another patron also said they had been randomly removed from the waiting list, as well.

I'm from the North but in the south I seek out First Watch, all day breakfast is my jam. My favs are the skillet dishes and the mocktails are creative. All the servers I've had were great and although it's try crowded you get seated pretty fast.

A MUST GO, if you're in South Carolina. Really embodies the spirit of southern food with a fresh and delicious modern take. The staff were incredibly friendly and the other patrons felt like eating with family. Everyone and everything was warm and welcoming. We went in and asked the waitress for her recommendations and got them all. 100% delivered on all fronts. Make sure to stop here, say hello, and grab some coffee

My daughter loves going here. It's very aesthetically pleasing. Anytime we wait, it's not that long and it's worth it. My kids both get some purple drink. I don't know what it's called but it's delicious. The food is always good!

I've had three visits so far and am looking forward to the fourth. What You Need to Know: Only open 7AM-2:30PM What I've eaten: Tangerine Dream ($5.29) - Made with all natural ingredients - tangerine, pineapple, organic ginger, cane sugar, and topped with vanilla coconut milk - Fresh and sweet - ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. MANDATORY. Million Dollar Bacon ($5.99) - Four slices of signature hardwood smoked bacon glazed with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and a maple syrup drizzle - The perfect blend of savory and sweet. The bacon is crisp and the taste is out of this world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Power Wrap ($10.99) - egg whites, turkey , spinach, house-roasted Cremini mushrooms, and mozzarella in a sun-dried tomato basil tortilla. Served with fresh fruit and a side of housemade pico de gallo. - I have a love/hate relationship with mushrooms. There are times I love 'em (especially fried mushrooms and in pasta dishes) and there are times where I eat 'em and it ruins everything. I didn't like the mushrooms in this wrap, but once I picked 'em out, this wrap became ABSOLUTE FIRE. Let me clarify and say there wasn't anything wrong with the mushrooms, it's just sometimes I love the taste and sometimes I don't. I would definitely get this wrap again as the taste is PERFECTION, but without the mushrooms. Morning Meditation ($5.29, with Boost Your Juice - +0.99) - Orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave, nectar and beet - I wanted to try this because it was on the citrus side. I was a little hesitant when I saw beet in the ingredient list, but it paired perfectly with the rest of the flavors. Great taste, perfect amount of sweetness, and it's good for you! The Boost Your Juice is a wellness shot of antioxidant rich vitamins. Tri-Fecta ($11.79)- Two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake. Includes your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link (I went with scrambled eggs, a Banana Granola Almond Crunch pancake, and a chicken sausage patty). - PERFECTION. No other description needed. Loved every bite. This area needed a breakfast spot, and we got a good one! I usually drive to the one in Fort Mill, but this new location (about 1 week old by the time of my visit) is right by the Premium Outlets off 485. They have ample parking and even more dining room space. It's a well laid out venue with great lighting and an open kitchen setup. I joked with the sever that the cooks looking very happy in the kitchen, and she said "yea we just opened so everything is exciting and fun right now". I didn't have any drinks, but they had a decent assortment of adult beverages and non alcoholic fruit/lemonade concoctions. I decided on the "Parma Hash" scrambled* and it was delicious. The potatoes were cooked to perfection, the eggs were nice and fluffy. Even the toast, which you have 3 choices of : rye/white/wheat added the perfect balance with the sweet creamy butter spread on top. Service was a pleasure, everyone was kind and greeted me with a smile. Our server Zyiara was very detailed and knowledgeable, I appreciate that given they just opened that week. Pro Tip: If you ever get there on the weekend and it's packed, don't shy away from the community table. Have a drink and meet some new people, plus you'll be enjoying your meal while everyone is still standing outside waiting to be called :)

Excellent visit with First Watch. Our waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your kind service. Trifecta is my all time fav. The waffle is the absolute best. Bacon was cooked to perfection. What more can you ask for!!

So when you first go in you stand in line with a bunch of menus available so you can look it over while you wait. Also, as you near the cash registers there is a window that allows you to see them making the dough and cutting the biscuits. I allowed my parents to place their order as I was gonna order separate. After placing my order I didn't get a number to take to our table like my parents. I was told it was put under my parents number. ok whatever. So there is a pretty good amount of benches and chairs in store and there is a covered outside area to sit as well. By the time we made our own drinks and took our seats it wasn't long before my parents food came out. I ordered my food after so I wasn't too worried that mine didn't come out with theirs but I was watching the kitchen door and I saw the runner with my order looking around for a number I wasn't given. As she approached I told her it was mine and she just gave it to me. Glad I'm honest or anyone probably could have gotten my breakfast. So I ordered the pancake corndog with a maple mayo sauce? I hate mayo so regular syrup would have been better for me. The sausage on a stick wrapped in pancake batter was very good, especially when dipped in regular maple syrup. I'm not sure I was getting "corn" in the pancake but maybe it was more in name only. Either way it was very tasty. My main breakfast item was the Chicken N Ditch the Waffle. So basically a nice piece of fried chicken and a biscuit but with a twist as the biscuit was "French Toasted". I felt that the biscuit was dense and even though it was "French Toasted" I wasn't getting a lot of that flavor coming thru. I think I would have preferred the waffle. Overall the food was good. It came out hot and quickly. Will I be back, probably not because for me the price was a bit high. The $10 for the pancakes and sausage wasn't bad but the $15 for what was basically a chicken biscuit? No thanks. Please check them out for yourself because they have lots of variations to try and like my mom, this might be your new favorite breakfast place!

We got there for an early lunch as we needed patio seating since we had our dog with us, which is dog friendly! What we got: *Veggie pimento wrap: I'm not sure why I thought it would be grilled since it didn't notate that it was, but I still expected it since it sounds better than essentially just a vegetable salad in a wrap with a tiny bit of pimento cheese. It was a fine wrap for a warm day, and a a healthy alternative, but a tad boring flavor wise. *Greek chicken pita: This had a lot of chicken and full of flavor! I know people and places have their off days and am very understanding. With that said, I'm actually appalled with the way my parents were treated at Napa today on their anniversary. Back story- I ate at Napa 6 years ago for my prom dinner in a large group and everything was great, so i recommended they go there. Unfortunately for them, there's been major changes and apparently for the worse. They came in and were offered a toast for their anniversary. They were the only table in there and service already seemed pretty slow. After receiving the complimentary wine and bread, they asked about the mussels. The server came back a while later (again no one else to be served in there) and told them the mussels needed to be shucked and couldn't be served... I feel like I don't even have to explain why that seems like a blatant lie, when specifically Napa's mussels are served in the shell (steamed) and not shucked. I could be wrong about that, I don't work in Napa's kitchen, but the real problem was after that. The server then never came back after 20-30 minutes. My parents sat there debating "should we leave, should we stay?"... Ultimately deciding to leave, they ran into the server on the way out. To keep the peace, they told him that something came up and they had to go. This server, knowing it was their anniversary, and knowing he just blatantly ignored them, responded with "yeah we already heard y'all talking about it" ?????? I'm sorry, what? You knew they were wondering where you were at, overheard them talking about it, and never went back over to do your job? Absolutely unacceptable and I am so truly embarrassed to have recommended Napa to them. This was their 2nd anniversary and they wanted to try something new. They originally had reservations at The Pump House, and those were canceled because of the weather. I told them they could try Napa, it's owned by the same people, and I had a great experience. Like I said, I know people and places have off days, but there is no fixing this experience for them. They never want to go back after being treated like they weren't wanted. Feels like a problem from the top down. I hope no one else's anniversaries are ruined because of managers who aren't paying attention to the floor they're supposed to be running. Edited - They are not still owned by the same people, but that is what I had thought originally when recommending.

They did not disappoint. I went on a Wednesday morning after a doctor's appointment, which I had to fast for so I was really hungry and thirsty. The outstanding servers at Flipside quickly remedied both of those! Being that it was late morning in the middle of the week seating was quick and easy. I've been there on the weekends though picking up for DoorDash when the line has been out the door so please plan accordingly. But if the rest of their items are as good as what I had I now know why there is a line. My server was quickly to my table moments after I sat and was ready to get me a drink. I choose a simple soda but as they have a full bar there are so many choices! But even the simple soda delighted me as it was brought in a cute glass shaped like a soda can with the restaurant's name on it. I'm not sure if they sell them but I would have been a buyer today. Having delivered this dish to many times to count I knew what I was getting before I entered. The chicken and waffles will always be my go to order at any place that offers it so it was a no brainer. I added a side of sausage links, I like sausage with my breakfast and I wanted something else to rate. :) As I was thirsty I sucked down that first drink very fast and was happy when a server swooped by and filled it up for me and took the paper wrapper from the straw with her to clear the table. In hardly no time at all my order was delivered to my table. I was also asked if i wanted butter for my waffle, um yes please! My dish - the waffle was quite large and thick. It had a great crust to the outside but the inside was warm and fluffy. After the butter I poured the syrup over the waffle. It held up in the little waffle cups never really absorbed by the waffle and therefore it never got soggy. I got four decent sized chicken tenders, one for each quadrant of the waffle. At least, that's how my brain sized it up. The tenders were seasoned and coated well and would be a tasty snack on their own. Cut and stacked with bits of waffle made the ultimate bite! The sausage links were just as delicious! They were hot and the outer casing had a nice snap to them when you bit into them. It was the perfect compliment to the chicken and waffles. Overall my meal was amazing. The service was exemplary. The place is very cheerful and friendly. Just typing up this review made me crave another order of chicken and waffles. If you haven't yet been there then I highly suggest you get over there soon! I know I will be back soon!

I arrived on a rainy Tuesday morning so as you can imagine the place was not crowded. All part of my plan. The restaurant has a shiny happy people vibe to it that makes you feel good just walking in. As it wasn't crowded I was allowed to pick my seat. There are several booths, a long cushy bench with tables and chairs, lots of regular chair seating and if you want to be close to the action, you can sit at the bar up close near the kitchen and get a good view of how hard the wait staff work! I chose a bench seat in the corner because I hate people. ;) Just kidding. The two waitress's on duty I remember from my DoorDash days and they me. I was presented with utensils and a menu. I was asked if I wanted to start with something to drink right away but I said I'd wait. They gave me a few minutes to look it over and returned. After reviewing the menu I decided to go with an Orange Juice and the Caramel Apple Pancakes. I was asked what size drink I wanted. I went with the small because sometimes you never know about OJ. Some places it can be strong or pulpy. The small was just right and if the large had turned out to be the size of the water cup it would have been too much for me. She also offered the cup of water which I thought was nice and accepted. Ordering the Caramel Apple Pancakes I got a choice of bacon or sausage. I chose sausage. I then got a choice of links or patties. I chose the patties. I liked that I had the options. I prefer sausage to bacon and patties to links. A very short wait later my order arrived. Two plate sized pancakes with hot apples and a caramel sauce drizzled over them. I tried the pancakes as they came thinking adding syrup to them with caramel sauce on them already might be too much sweet on sweet. But the pancake ate dry. They were hot and delicious but I just can't do pancakes without syrup. There was a whole bottle already on the table for me so lets try it! I only poured it out on the side of my plate so I could dip the pancakes in them. It helped make them even better than they were. One thing about the pancakes though, when I forked my bite the bottom layer of them kept peeling off making it a little difficult to eat. My two sausage patties looked yummy. They came with a package of whipped butter. The patties had a good flavor, not thick but not thin either. But I have to say compared to my hot hotcakes, they were a bit cold. Almost like they were premade and sitting under a warming light. If they hadn't hit the griddle with the pancakes I wish they did cause that was the only thing I could find fault with this entire meal. It even left me full but not stuffed. I will definitely be back as I have some waffles and french toast to try!
