    Ham & Gruyère omelette
    William M.

Server and service was great but the food left a lot to be asked for. Got a ham and Gruyère omelet and it was literally just low quality sandwich meat on the inside and melted sandwich cheese on the outside... also, the potatoes seem like they're cooked from frozen diced potatoes... mushy and not well seasoned. Also, the butter on the toast isn't real butter, but that's minor. Good atmosphere. Expected a lotttt better from First Watch. Don't think I'll come back.

We checked into the hostess stand and waited almost an hour and never got seated after being told initially that the wait was 15 minutes. I went in and asked about it after waiting 35 minutes. Then when we checked in again after 45 minutes we were told we ignored their text and had to go back to the bottom of the list - which we never received! I understand it was busy, but after checking in personally twice it is very frustrating to end up waiting for an hour and never actually being seated. Another patron also said they had been randomly removed from the waiting list, as well.

I'm from the North but in the south I seek out First Watch, all day breakfast is my jam. My favs are the skillet dishes and the mocktails are creative. All the servers I've had were great and although it's try crowded you get seated pretty fast.

A MUST GO, if you're in South Carolina. Really embodies the spirit of southern food with a fresh and delicious modern take. The staff were incredibly friendly and the other patrons felt like eating with family. Everyone and everything was warm and welcoming. We went in and asked the waitress for her recommendations and got them all. 100% delivered on all fronts. Make sure to stop here, say hello, and grab some coffee

My daughter loves going here. It's very aesthetically pleasing. Anytime we wait, it's not that long and it's worth it. My kids both get some purple drink. I don't know what it's called but it's delicious. The food is always good!

I've had three visits so far and am looking forward to the fourth. What You Need to Know: Only open 7AM-2:30PM What I've eaten: Tangerine Dream ($5.29) - Made with all natural ingredients - tangerine, pineapple, organic ginger, cane sugar, and topped with vanilla coconut milk - Fresh and sweet - ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. MANDATORY. Million Dollar Bacon ($5.99) - Four slices of signature hardwood smoked bacon glazed with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and a maple syrup drizzle - The perfect blend of savory and sweet. The bacon is crisp and the taste is out of this world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Power Wrap ($10.99) - egg whites, turkey , spinach, house-roasted Cremini mushrooms, and mozzarella in a sun-dried tomato basil tortilla. Served with fresh fruit and a side of housemade pico de gallo. - I have a love/hate relationship with mushrooms. There are times I love 'em (especially fried mushrooms and in pasta dishes) and there are times where I eat 'em and it ruins everything. I didn't like the mushrooms in this wrap, but once I picked 'em out, this wrap became ABSOLUTE FIRE. Let me clarify and say there wasn't anything wrong with the mushrooms, it's just sometimes I love the taste and sometimes I don't. I would definitely get this wrap again as the taste is PERFECTION, but without the mushrooms. Morning Meditation ($5.29, with Boost Your Juice - +0.99) - Orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave, nectar and beet - I wanted to try this because it was on the citrus side. I was a little hesitant when I saw beet in the ingredient list, but it paired perfectly with the rest of the flavors. Great taste, perfect amount of sweetness, and it's good for you! The Boost Your Juice is a wellness shot of antioxidant rich vitamins. Tri-Fecta ($11.79)- Two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake. Includes your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link (I went with scrambled eggs, a Banana Granola Almond Crunch pancake, and a chicken sausage patty). - PERFECTION. No other description needed. Loved every bite. Other Recommendations Beverage (s): Purple Haze Entrée (s): Trifecta Pancakes: Carrot Cake Pecan Sides: Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy See a visual experience of this review on IG: MissBlackFoodie

This area needed a breakfast spot, and we got a good one! I usually drive to the one in Fort Mill, but this new location (about 1 week old by the time of my visit) is right by the Premium Outlets off 485. They have ample parking and even more dining room space. It's a well laid out venue with great lighting and an open kitchen setup. I joked with the sever that the cooks looking very happy in the kitchen, and she said "yea we just opened so everything is exciting and fun right now". I didn't have any drinks, but they had a decent assortment of adult beverages and non alcoholic fruit/lemonade concoctions. I decided on the "Parma Hash" scrambled* and it was delicious. The potatoes were cooked to perfection, the eggs were nice and fluffy. Even the toast, which you have 3 choices of : rye/white/wheat added the perfect balance with the sweet creamy butter spread on top. Service was a pleasure, everyone was kind and greeted me with a smile. Our server Zyiara was very detailed and knowledgeable, I appreciate that given they just opened that week. Pro Tip: If you ever get there on the weekend and it's packed, don't shy away from the community table. Have a drink and meet some new people, plus you'll be enjoying your meal while everyone is still standing outside waiting to be called :)

Excellent visit with First Watch. Our waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your kind service. Trifecta is my all time fav. The waffle is the absolute best. Bacon was cooked to perfection. What more can you ask for!!

I savor through my eyes.MORNING MEDITATION FRESH JUICE -Orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet.

So when you first go in you stand in line with a bunch of menus available so you can look it over while you wait. Also, as you near the cash registers there is a window that allows you to see them making the dough and cutting the biscuits. I allowed my parents to place their order as I was gonna order separate. After placing my order I didn't get a number to take to our table like my parents. I was told it was put under my parents number. ok whatever. So there is a pretty good amount of benches and chairs in store and there is a covered outside area to sit as well. By the time we made our own drinks and took our seats it wasn't long before my parents food came out. I ordered my food after so I wasn't too worried that mine didn't come out with theirs but I was watching the kitchen door and I saw the runner with my order looking around for a number I wasn't given. As she approached I told her it was mine and she just gave it to me. Glad I'm honest or anyone probably could have gotten my breakfast. So I ordered the pancake corndog with a maple mayo sauce? I hate mayo so regular syrup would have been better for me. The sausage on a stick wrapped in pancake batter was very good, especially when dipped in regular maple syrup. I'm not sure I was getting "corn" in the pancake but maybe it was more in name only. Either way it was very tasty. My main breakfast item was the Chicken N Ditch the Waffle. So basically a nice piece of fried chicken and a biscuit but with a twist as the biscuit was "French Toasted". I felt that the biscuit was dense and even though it was "French Toasted" I wasn't getting a lot of that flavor coming thru. I think I would have preferred the waffle. Overall the food was good. It came out hot and quickly. Will I be back, probably not because for me the price was a bit high. The $10 for the pancakes and sausage wasn't bad but the $15 for what was basically a chicken biscuit? No thanks. Please check them out for yourself because they have lots of variations to try and like my mom, this might be your new favorite breakfast place!

I know people and places have their off days and am very understanding. With that said, I'm actually appalled with the way my parents were treated at Napa today on their anniversary. Back story- I ate at Napa 6 years ago for my prom dinner in a large group and everything was great, so i recommended they go there. Unfortunately for them, there's been major changes and apparently for the worse. They came in and were offered a toast for their anniversary. They were the only table in there and service already seemed pretty slow. After receiving the complimentary wine and bread, they asked about the mussels. The server came back a while later (again no one else to be served in there) and told them the mussels needed to be shucked and couldn't be served... I feel like I don't even have to explain why that seems like a blatant lie, when specifically Napa's mussels are served in the shell (steamed) and not shucked. I could be wrong about that, I don't work in Napa's kitchen, but the real problem was after that. The server then never came back after 20-30 minutes. My parents sat there debating "should we leave, should we stay?"... Ultimately deciding to leave, they ran into the server on the way out. To keep the peace, they told him that something came up and they had to go. This server, knowing it was their anniversary, and knowing he just blatantly ignored them, responded with "yeah we already heard y'all talking about it" ?????? I'm sorry, what? You knew they were wondering where you were at, overheard them talking about it, and never went back over to do your job? Absolutely unacceptable and I am so truly embarrassed to have recommended Napa to them. This was their 2nd anniversary and they wanted to try something new. They originally had reservations at The Pump House, and those were canceled because of the weather. I told them they could try Napa, it's owned by the same people, and I had a great experience. Like I said, I know people and places have off days, but there is no fixing this experience for them. They never want to go back after being treated like they weren't wanted. Feels like a problem from the top down. I hope no one else's anniversaries are ruined because of managers who aren't paying attention to the floor they're supposed to be running. Edited - They are not still owned by the same people, but that is what I had thought originally when recommending.

Another thing I noticed is that while we are eating, the table was not reset properly, it was missing silverware and the customers have to ask for it after their food came out. As a big group that owes many restaurants, they didn't seem to care to reply any reviews on here. Also the staff at the restaurant is not bad, just seems to have issues with communication. It is sad that food was good but service brought it down.
