I suggest they keep a bowl with fries ready and when they are ordered you have them or you can double fry it to reheat and crisp them. When we did get the fries it was a massive portion with no season like the photo suggested and you guessed it greasy from sitting in the oil too long. They couldn't offer a refund, replace it with rice and it should not have been offered. Just say the fryer isn't working can we suggest rice? How hard is that?
