First of all, the food is great and Matt is a very personable. The portion size is much more than what I have expected. The sides, sauce and extras are awesome. It's fresh, it's right, it's delicious... that's more than what you can get from a food truck. We loved and enjoyed them at Birdsong Brewing.

I got the blacked shrimp tacos. I'm happy that it actually had a good portion of shrimp (some places will be very stingy) it was great for lunch, very filling without making me sleeping. The wait was a bit long considering there was only one person before me. I think it had a tad too much broccoli and needed more queso fresco, it only had a small sprinkle and could barely taste it. Overall not bad but nothing out of this world.

OMG where do I start!!!! Everything is ALWAYS so yummy!! I've had the burger which was sooooo good and also gave the Philly cheesesteak a try. But this CHICKEN PHILLY!!!!! Seriously I look forward to Friday's to order another one. The service was awesome and the food is definitely worth it all. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. And the potato salad is also great.

Best Philly Cheesesteak in Charlotte. My wife does not like beef but goes crazy over Sal's Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.

Ate at their food truck in Charlotte. Decent food but nothing special for the price. I probably won't eat from them again.

I asked they hold the onions/pico de gallo but when I got them...they forgot. He offered to re-make them and I said, no that's OK, I'll just pick the onions off. He said there was a miscommunication between him & the cook, so...it happens. He added a ground beef taco for free, so I was good with that. These are 'street tacos' which all that really means is they are on the small side. You have a choice of corn, flour or hard corn tortillas/shells. They will add taco sauce if you wish. The quality is very good, they are fresh and flavorful. Their prices are reasonable as well, $2.75 to $3.75 each. They also have cold beverages on ice, soda and water. The guy at the register told me that business has been good post COVID. They are committed to the location by the Fairway ABC store at the corner of Route 160 (Tom Hall) and Route 460 (Fort Mill Parkway). They plan to add an awning and picnic tables and begin to serve breakfast in the near future. They will also continue to be at the Walter Elisha Park for the summer concert series. He said they had considered a brick & mortar store in Fort Mill but have put that idea on hold. NOTE: NO CASH -credit cards only!

We absolutely love these tacos!…read more I'm taking away 1 star for way too much of wait time to get the food (we waited close to half an hour and only had 3-4 people ahead of us). Another minus this time was comparatively less shrimp on my tacos than the last time. It was super loaded last time.. Having said that - love their tacos... ! Give it

LaMancha Marbles ($9.00) - Deep Fried Chèvre Cheese Balls, Pineapple/Meyer Lemon Marmalade, Crumbled Bacon, Everything Bagel Honey, Jalapeño Dust - Goat cheese has a slightly different taste from traditional cheese, but different doesn't always have a negative connotation. In this case, it means magnificent. The cheese balls paired perfectly with the marmalade, which you can see from the video WOW'd me because of its sweetness. Chicken Griddle -($12.00, with bacon, +$2.00, with side of fries, +$2.50) - Chargrilled Marinated Chicken Breast, Creamy Herb Cheese, Pickled Red Onions, Dapper Duke's Sauce, Bibb Lettuce, Buttered Brioche - I wasn't surprised that this sandwich was FIRE.
