Menu is the same as the truck. Make your order and watch them put it together and proceed down the line to the cashier. There are framed posters/photos of each of the items offered. Pick the type of item, like taco or burrito or whatever, and then the protein and condiments. You can see what is available. Portions are generous. You self-serve fountain drinks or order a couple of specialty beverages (horchata, jamaica) before you hit the cashier. Tables are cleaned quickly, as lunch is really busy. You take your waste to the disposal area. Friendly and a great place to experience Mexican-style food and hospitality. First select tacos, sandwich, fries or wonton nachos. Then select your protein. Today it was chicken, beef, shrimp or mushroom. Then select your style. I forget the names but there was a jerk, Mexican, Asian, french and one other style. I like this concept and it's similar to another truck I like. I ordered tacos with chicken Asian Style. The Asian Style had a sweet sauce, pickled veggies, a siracha aloli and cilantro. One serving came with three very filling tacos. My co-workers also got Asian beef wonton nachos and Asian shrimp fries. I saw my friend's nachos first and I started to have regrets because it looked so good. Then I saw my tacos and was completely satisfied once I took a bite. The flavors were a perfect combination: savory and sweet chicken, a crisp slaw and fresh cilantro, spice and creaminess from the aloli, and the sour from the pickled veggies. I'm a fan. We paid $17+ for a chicken sandwich plate and a chicken tender basket. We ended up throwing the chicken away and only eating the chips. The chicken was fried floured fat and grease! Out of 3 or 4 tenders I was able to get enough meat off all of them to have maybe one tender. The deserts appeared to be brownies, cookies, and a couple of cup cakes that looked almost melted as they sit in the container basking in the sun. This was our first experience with a food truck and it was a very disappointing one!
