It was 4 pm and few customers but still my we waited longer than necessary for a steak to be cook medium rare. When did show up, it was "dropped" at our table without an apology and still wasn't cooked as requested. The Deconstructed Shi-Ka-Ba barely had a taste, $14, no sides. The AUCE salad bar was only OK, but not worth $12. The serving plates were the smallest I've seen for a salad bar. The $13 burger a companion ordered was served with few fries and the burger was sloppily dressed and small. There was bread with none of dinners and none was offered. We were on a tight schedule, otherwise I would have walked out upon being served. My son had to catch a flight from Greenville to Seattle and needed to eat. Visited here recently for lunch. We have a family of 4 including a 14 year old and a 2 year old. Our total was $40 including tip. We all ate and two of us had drinks as well so I think it's a fair value. The restaurant was clean and pretty empty, but service was terribly slow for as empty as it was. Table that were there when we arrived didn't get their entrees until we did, which was about 40 minutes after ordering. That is a long time to wait for two burgers and a sandwich. The salad bar was clean and well stocked, I really enjoyed the fresh blue cheese for my salad and the fresh made potato salad. We would visit again, but it isn't somewhere to go if you are in any hurry or on a lunch break, unless you only ordered the salad bar. read more

I ordered the chicken tenders meal. My wife ordered the chicken asiago. Her chicken was very good. Had a good taste. My chicken tenders we're not so tender. Obviously they are some Frozen hard chunk chicken. These did not even come close to the picture on the menu. as you'll see in the pictures. Sent them back and ordered some baby back ribs.The ribs were over cooked. Our waitress has not been too friendly. Plus we were the only people in the restaurant. has very poor management skills and staffing skills you about 4/5 sevres if it wasn't for them I wouldn't go back Brianna for day shift and Angelia Jacklyn Lauren I was there on Sunday around 7-30 we had Angelia who was running her tail off she had a whole side by her self and was doing great and she also told us that the kitchen was very behind and she apologized to us before hand they were only two other on the floor they were very busy food taking forever to come out . I really felt sorry for Angelia everytime she turned around mgr was asking her to take another table . but she handled it well and with grace I was sad to hear she got fired for a bad review if mgr treat his people like that I won't be back again my fa eat there three times a week and you losted my business over a unfair review on this lady that was stuck in a mess that was not her fault I also heard that she had been working all day she opened to close for the company and you going to treat somebody like that it is a review on a very bad day short of help this company needs to focus on it people not it reviews I'm sorry that I won't be returning read more

I have probably eaten at this restaurant once a month for the past year. It seems that every time I go I tell myself that will be the last trip. I think the trip tonight is in fact my last time. I will be generous with the two star rating. For the first time I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer. It was absolutely abysmal. It was dry, overcooked, and had no flavor whatsoever. If I were to base the rating on this dish alone there would be negative stars. The server was kind enough to remove the charge from my ticket. I asked him if this dish was prepared fresh or was it frozen and he told me they use pre-prepared frozen shrimp. I told him they were horrible and surprisingly he agreed with me. I won't use his name because I don't want him to get in trouble. I also ordered the bacon cheeseburger with french fries. The burger was at Best OK. The french fries were lukewarm and there weren't many of them. I have to assume the fries are also frozen. The only reason I would give this establishment three stars is because the server was friendly and attentive. There are simply too many other choices in the area for me to waste my money at this restaurant again. read more

Add on salad bar with dinner is $1.99. Otherwise it's $3.99 if I'm accurate. The hostess was awful. Our food wasn't as good as it usually is. It could have been because it was 8:30pm but thats no excuse. The bartender was a really good waiter. The drink I ordered could have been stronger to where I could taste hint of liquor. Ordered a Togo full rack of ribs with baked potato specifically asked for sour cream and butter needless to say there wasn't any! I typically enjoy dining here, however we took my one of my parents for their birthday dinner. It is super busy on Sunday and if you are impatient you should probably explore other options. We waited for about a 15-20 mins to get our drink order then waited another 15-20 to be told that the birthday person's order was "over sold". Unrelated, during this dining experience one of the lamp shades fell and hit another patron on their head. The main draw for me at Ruby Tuesday has to be its salad bar. With so many different options to choose from I feel that you get a great value for $10+tip. The servers are very friendly and still pay close attention to your table even when you are just having the salad bar. The drinks are also quite good! I have started recently eating here as a monthly thing, I used to eat at Applebees at least 3 or 4 times a month. I like Rudy Tuesday for their steaks & seafood menu, plus the servers that attended to me were awesome like (Noah) at my last eats there. The manager attends to any problems that we have had in a very quick & professional manner. When we came into the restaurant we waited at the host stand while three servers were on the phone at the bar watching a video. We met eyes with two people and finally a server went to get another server from the kitchen to seat us. When we were sat we didn't have a drink order taken until about 5 minutes in. The server only had two tables and was exceptionally slow. The whole reason we went here was the salad bar and that's why i rated a one star because it was good. although the pumpernickel croutons were soft and rotted and had a smell to them. My salmon was okay but had no seasoning at all. We have been to many Ruby Tuesdays and this one we will never come back to. I used to think it was snobby for people to abandon chain restaurants, but it's honestly been a while since I've been to one less casual than Panera Bread. Then, while visiting friends in Seneca, we decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. I ordered the shrimp carbonara with English peas and bacon in an alfredo sauce. The shrimp actually tasted surprisingly fresh, but I could have done without the bacon and the superfluous sauce. My friends seemed to enjoy their meals, too, and I thought the staff were especially attentive. I only eat at Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar, so I don't usually review it. I order the same meal (Veggie Trio w Salad Bar) each time, no matter where I am. The zucchini in the Clemson location was terribly bland. So was the baked mac n cheese. There was no hint of flavor or seasoning in either dish. I really like Ruby Tuesday of Clemson. I go to Ruby Tuesday every other weekend and I have never been disappointed. The food and service is always great. The manager at this place is a nice man. He is nice to talk to. We once ordered pasta and forgot to mention not to include the meat on it. The manager was nice enough to replace our order entirely. We were able to order another completely different dish. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I absolutely love complimentary Garlic Biscuits at Ruby Tuesday and somedays it's just hard to get a few extras. Incredibly dated and not the cleanest Ruby Tuesday. We walked in and the hostess was combing her hair and had her backpack out and spread on the counter. She initially sat us at a table that had food on the ground and crumbs on the table. After we requested a change, we were seated at a cleaner table and we informed her of the reason for the change. No apologies were made. Our waitress Daisy was amazing!!! She was the bright spot for the evening. The kitchen prepared the food adequately and it was tasty, but Daisy was amazing. She had the best personality and energy! She seemed so out of place. My daughter kept commenting that Daisy was "too good for this place". We never saw a manager on the floor. The hostess was observed to "clean" the tables after they sat dirty for 20 minutes. Not a location that I am wanting to revisit. Hopefully Daisy can move onward and upward.
