Tried the new chimichurri filet and ordered it medium rare fully expecting the meat to be over cooked. It was a nice surprise when the food came and it was cooked to perfection. Meat was tender and had a good flavor. The chimichurri sauce was also flavorful with a good spice level. Sat at the bar and I think I was in between bar tenders. Someone came and took my order, the food came, and I had no silverware to eat with! Asked someone for a fork and knife and he didn't come back. Flagged down my server and she brought some. Have not been to outback in years! Now i remember why we stopped going. The Steaks were tough. Got the filet mignon and it was not as tender as a sirloin at other places. The lobster was good but tiny. Little bigger than a jumbo shrimp. Very disappointed. May try again in 5 years. Doubt they will last that long. Go to longhorn. It is so much better. read more

My wife and I went in for Veteran's Day. I'm a Vet and I truly appreciate what restaurants do for us. The restaurant was moderately busy and you could sense that the hostess and employees were not ready for a rush whatsoever. We got seated and it took forty minutes before I wife finally flagged down the manager to get our drink order. It then took twenty minutes to get our salad. After finishing the salad, they brought out dessert. TWICE!! Before we got our steak. One and a half hours in, we finally got our food. My wife's steak was fine, but mind was seared on both sides and raw in the middle. Due to having to be at work soon, I had no choice but to box up the food and take it home. Terrible experience! The restaurant was not prepared for Veteran's Day, and on this day, nothing much more. Terrible service, food, and management. read more

This was my first time coming in to this location. I was quickly greeted as I walked through the door and promptly seated. My server was very friendly and took great care of me. I ordered the bloomin shrimp appetizer and it was huge. And so very good. I loved the sauce for the dipping. The manager, Kyndle, came over and spoke to me and we had a great conversation. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and wants her customers to have an amazing experience. I wish more managers were like her. Huge shout out to Kyndle. Walked in at 9:00pm. There were three other guests that were being served. Had to wait 12 minutes just to get a beer or even recognized that I was sitting at the bar. Bartender got me my drink and left for half an hour. I see them talking to guests over at a table this entire time. Finally came back and I told them I wanted to pay for my drink and leave. I worked 14 hours today and when I walk into an empty restaurant I expect at least a hello or maybe get to order my food within the first 45 minutes of me sitting there. I get some people have bad days but the amount of employees out weighed the amount of guests. Someone could have taken my order. Will not be coming back here. read more

We don't make it to Outback often, but we went yesterday for my Wife's birthday. First of all, the service was great! I ordered the perfectly grilled salmon and it lived up to its name. It had to be the best salmon I have ever had. I don't know who was working the grill yesterday, but they did an awesome job. My wife had a sirloin and it was cooked just right as well. I ate here tonight with my son and grandson. My waitress's name was Melissa K. First of all let me say it was outstanding service and food. My steak was cooked perfect just like I ordered it, medium well. The salad tasted fresh and really good. The baked potato was cooked to perfection. Not too overdone like I've had many times in the past from other restaurants. I ordered sirloin steak and grilled chicken. The chicken was very tasty too. The bread was delicious. I just enjoyed the whole meal and it was a very good experience. Our waitress kept checking on us and was very polite and she did outstanding. It's refreshing to go to a restaurant where good service and good food still exists. I wanted to write a review because I was very well impressed and pleased. Thank you to the management at Outback. Tried this location again. BIG mistake! I ordered 2 Blue Cheese Chopped Pecan side salads. There were no blue cheese crumbles on either salad. I called the location. Told the person who answered the phone what my issue was. "Ok hold on a second." 3 minutes later the same person came back on the phone. I told him I was the person he put on hold 3 minutes before. Awful food. Awful service. To start off our evening, our server comes up.. No name introduction, no "how are y'all", just "what to drink?" She brought the wrong drink and tried to argue with us that he ordered a blue moon instead of a Long Island. Then when food was brought out, lobster tail was missing and she argued we never ordered one.. This waitress tried to argue with us twice. Awful attitude. Wasn't attentive to us or any of her other tables. Her teammates were running her drinks/salads/entrees ... so she had no excuse. Shame.. we were excellent tippers. On top of the service, when the food finally came out after 50+ minutes, my ribeye was well done when I ordered rare. And my boyfriends filet was over cooked and had a spoiled meat smell. I normally would've been fine with a recook, but the awful attitude from the server ruined our night. Manager brought us both lobster tails out but both were hard and over cooked, we said nothing. All was good except for the fact that every 2 minutes someone interrupted our conversation in mid sentence to ask how we were doing. With a mouthful of food, or in mid sentence we were asked "everything all right?" or "how are you doing?" or "Is there anything I can get you?". I found it most annoying when I could not have a conversation with my husband because ANOTHER person interrupted us. The last person to ask, did not even bother to notice I had a mouthful of food before the question was asked, and then stood there like we were supposed to have a conversation. Our waitress was friendly, but very slow. When our appetizer was brought, the server asked "What? No drinks yet?" No. And that became the pattern of our waitress. When the food arrived, it was obvious the salmon plate had been sitting somewhere for too long and was cold. When we finished the meal and the waitress finally returned, we asked for a dessert menu. By the time the menu finally returned with the waitress, we had already decided we did not want to wait for any dessert.
