Wow! What an amazing rainy day with my wife at the local breakfast joint. Where Mickey and Mallory Knox would make an appearance. Great food and wonderful drink. Outstanding service and happy employees all exist here. Stop by for bottomless Mimosas.

Food was pretty good, although eggs were overcooked. Our server did a good job, but the manager who greeted us seemed angry to be there. One of the workers came by our table and dumped extra butter and creamers on the table, telling us he planned to refill the table after we left. It would have been nice if he had waited until we finished our breakfast. The restaurant is fairly clean, but tired-looking and the vibe is not friendly at all. Greenville has much better options so do your research and go there instead.

Delicious breakfast at Eggs Up in downtown Greenville. Service and food was great and highly recommend if you're in the area. (Get here early on the weekend- it fills up quickly and understandable why)!

Non assuming little place with excellent food. I had the classic Benedict with grits. It was delicious. Eggs poached perfectly. Grits were ok, but let's face it, and I am southern, grits need love. I added bacon and it was perfectly cooked. I had the latte, it was heaven in a cup. This place makes me wish I lived closer.

This place was amazing and delicious. This was the best way to end a fun girls trip to Greenville. You will not be sorry if you give this place a try. Our waitress was awesome too - I wish I could remember her name . Oh and the biscuit and gravy .... OMG. Yummy

It was SO good I devoured it.

I was CRAVING grits, bacon and buttered toast after a gastro procedure. Eggs Up Grill provided that in short order. Although is was cool and windy, we chose to dine outside. Christine was our server and was friendly, helpful and delightful. She kept our coffee and water topped off! We learned that the less than attractive interior is about to undergo INTENSE remodeling--and not a minute too soon, I must add.

Sorry the steak is gone lol and it was excellent

Rather it's savory or sweet, this place has your biscuit desires covered. I have been here four times and always left happy. Their biscuits are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Only complaint is that they are slightly dry. Probably just need a bit more butter right? Lol. Though the biscuits are not the best I have had, the overall experience is very good. Though no longer on the menu, you can still order the Biscuit w/ Gravy Flight, which is one of my favorite things here. They're all pretty delicious, but that sausage gravy really enhances the biscuit since it takes away some of that dryness. Of the sandwiches, I love the Fried Bologna Benedict the most. My least favorite is the extra salty Country Ham Biscuit. The Mimosa Fried Chicken Sandwich is not bad either, but order it without that sweet sauce on top. And if you like simple, just get a biscuit with some sausage and eggs. Don't forget, they have a whole jams and spreads station. Make sure to take advantage of that for a sweet finish. I personally enjoy the Peach Rosemary, Strawberry, and Sweet Potato Chai. Btw, extremely sweet and kind service. I had a cappuccino that was a bit too light. I offered to pay for an extra espresso shot. Instead of charging me, the server sent me back with a brand new cup of cappuccino with the extra shot. Then she stopped by to ask if it was made properly three minutes later. Every time I have been to Greenville, I have made a pitstop here. This factory of biscuits may not be the best around, but I just appreciate the atmosphere and friendly service. By no means am I saying their biscuits are not good because I would be extremely ecstatic if we had something similar in NYC.

North St. based on the 4.5 Yelp rating. What's going on here? Are these reviews being artificially boosted? I genuinely had to look at my phone to make sure I'd come to the right place based on expectations vs. reality. We ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and chicken. The chicken was a had an odd mushy/spongy texture -- a couple of tenders unceremoniously dropped on the plate and nothing like in any of the marketing photos -- and the gravy was not very flavorful at all. Someone else in my party got the chicken and waffles -- their chicken was better than mine, but still completely unimpressive. I also have to say, unfortunately, that the staff is not on their game. We had communication problems with the person taking our order, and the self-bussing area was overflowing with dirty forks and plates. This is a corporate slop establishment, and Greenville has at least a dozen breakfast spots, especially locally-owned ones, that are miles better than this. I regret not looking a bit harder for a better local spot.

This time, I ordered on the phone as take out. No one mentioned any substitutions, but there were no brussel sprouts with aioli (the star) on the plate and instead replaced with awful, overly spicy jicama (which were thrown away). I picked up my order within 30 minutes, so I should have been made aware of the discrepancies in advance. The okra was overdone, but ok; the string beans should have been left off entirely as they went straight into the garbage. The squash and asparagus were pretty good, (but few), however anyone can make these. This plate of very mediocre vegetables was way overpriced at $24.00! I've learned my lesson. I won't order it again. I added a small salad which was decent, so I had something to eat. I'll also mention it was late afternoon, so hardly anyone was in the restaurant. I'm sorry, but there is just no excuse! F&P needs to up its game to survive in Greenville.

Unfortunately, the service did not quite match the experience. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed for the number of guests, which seemed to leave the servers overwhelmed. One waitress, in particular, came across as less than friendly, possibly due to the stress of managing such a busy evening. On a positive note, the salad was once again delicious and did not disappoint. Overall, the atmosphere was enjoyable, but additional staffing and better organization during peak hours would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
