Great service, Mary was so warm and welcoming as we arrived and she took us to our table. Our server immediately approached our table with a nice greeting and asked for our drink orders. Very busy restaurant; definitely a popular establishment!!! Delicious foods, omelette, salads, bbq chicken sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant for its food quality, presentation, staff, lively atmosphere and fun place to have lunch!!!

So we come here a lot. There were a few months earlier this year...of disruption and inconsistency with the food. However... things appear to have been rectified. MOST --if not all the food- has been consistently tasty fresh and great flavors. Service has always been great.. friendly and accommodating. We will continue to go! Keep.up the good work!

**Food:** The drink was delicious and light, not overly sweet. The deviled eggs had great flavor throughout and I would consider them among my top three in Upstate restaurants. The shrimp and grits came with a tomato-based gravy. It was good, though not my favorite dish, but you could definitely tell that the tomatoes were fresh. **Service:** My server was attentive and managed the room well. She made some excellent suggestions from the menu. **Ambiance:** This is a lovely spot; it functions as both a restaurant and a market. You can also purchase wine to go. Brunch is available on Saturday & Sunday.

We went to Fork and Plough for the valentine's day weekend, it did have a speciality menu. We got the french onion soup, house brioche with strawberry jam, apple butter and honey butter, braised short rib, beef wellington. For drinks - I asked for a mocktail and then an old fashioned. Overall the appetizers were my favorite - the bread was perfectly soft and fluffy - combined with the jam it was delicious. We did only receive strawberry and apple so we were unsure if the bread had the honey butter on it or it was just missed. The soup was also a perfect temperature and had the right amount of cheese and bread - absolutely lovely. I wasn't too impressed with the braised short rib - the flavors were there - it was very earthy and the ravioli seemed a little overdone. My favorite part of the dish was actually the tomatoes and the veggies - the meat itself was fatty and overall just seemed like everything was placed on the plate all together. My husband enjoyed the beef wellington - and said it was delicious! Overall would go back as it seems like a place that focuses on local ingredients and had a great vibe - so maybe just needed to choose different menu items.

We had a party of 2 for breakfast at 10 am on Sunday, 3/23/25. Free parking lot with good amount of spots. We got there 5 minutes before doors open and were lucky enough to snag a table! There were a lot of reservations, so I recommend going early if you don't have one! We ordered before the large parties near us ordered, so our food came out pretty quickly. Here's what we got: - Banana Bread ($6.5): Subpar. Didn't taste like bananas. Wasn't very moist. We wouldn't get this again. - Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit ($16): Super good! The sausage was homemade and very tasty. The actual biscuit was fine. The hashbrown casserole was amaaazing. - F&P Quiche ($18): This was the biggest slice of quiche I've ever seen! Such a generous portion! And it was delicious! The salad it came with was so fresh and amazing! Loved this dish! Besides the banana bread, everything was amazing! Love that their menu changes daily. We would definitely go back!

I always love a restaurant with a farm to table concept. Great atmosphere, clean interiors, phenomenal staff. My favorites from the menu today were the potato and leek soup and the brussel sprouts. The beef carpaccio was a unique twist on the traditional version with capers and parm. Different but delicious. The vegetable plate, aside from the brussel sprouts, was not good. It needed more time to roast and way more seasoning. The fish and chips were okay. I'd come back to try more menu items and eat some more brussel sprouts.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Quick service and a diner like atmosphere. They have local goods you can purchase, which is a fun perk to eating here!

Visiting Greenville and wanted to find a good spot for brunch and Fork and Plough was definitely the spot! We started with the mimosas which were absolutely divine-best I have ever had! I love the frozen cube of orange juice. (And the refill is cheaper without the cube) that cube makes it feel like a really special occasion and makes you feel special even if it's just a regular Saturday brunch. The mushroom omelet was perfectly cooked (though it looked dry but wasn't )and the cheese grits were out of this world!!! The Brussels were outstanding and I would highly recommend having them as a starter. The restaurant itself is neat-there is wine and other goodies for sale, including tee-shirts. I would highly recommend trying out this spot if you live in Greenville or are visiting!

The food is always fresh and well presented! We had great service from beginning to end. This is always our go to place to eat when we are in Greenville or just passing through from Atlanta onto other destinations. We bought pies for thanksgiving! It was busy today, but the atmosphere is always so nice.

We often visit when in the Greenville area, and Fork & Plough has become one of our favorites. The food is reliably good, and service is usually friendly and prompt. Sometimes we sit in the enclosed porch area. This area is great most of the time, but in the in-between seasons, it can be a little too cool. For instance, right now (mid-October), it's 57 degrees outside, and there's no heat in the porch. Brrr! Thankfully, our server quickly adjusted the temp when asked. Today, we ordered the Grilled Pork Chops and a lovely Salad with arugula, goat cheese, dried apricots, blueberries -- yeah! Get one! We were tempted with the creme brûlée and GF cookies, but fought off the urge. Parking is difficult, so go early or later!

We came here for Sunday brunch as part of a spontaneous day trip and made a reservation the night before. Just a heads up: our reservation we made the night prior didn't show up in their system, so it might be worth double-checking if you're booking last-minute! Luckily, the staff was accommodating and seated us right away on their front patio, which is covered and heated, and ended up being a great spot even on a cold winter day. The ambiance here feels warm and inviting. Even from the patio, you get a sense of the cozy, neighborhood-restaurant vibe as it is casual with a comfortable pace and lots of natural lighting. You can enjoy a nice meal without anything feeling stiff or overly polished, and it's the kind of place where you settle in and don't feel rushed! For appetizers, we ordered the brussel sprouts and the sausage roll, and both were excellent. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly (crisp on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor without being overly dressed!). The sausage roll was the standout for me. It was wrapped in a flaky, buttery pastry that crumbled just right. For entrées, I ordered the lobster omelet, and my partner got the quiche Lorraine. Both came in generous portions and tasted incredibly fresh. The lobster omelet had tender pieces of lobster, a rich, smooth sauce, and a nice balance from the greens on top. The quiche was creamy and well-seasoned with a perfectly baked crust. Even the fries were great, crispy and not greasy. Service was consistently good, and the food came out at a nice pace. Prices were very VERY reasonable for the great quality. Overall, Fork & Plough ended up being the perfect favorite brunch stop for our day in Greenville. Would definitely recommend, especially the sausage rolls!

The brownie... enough said. The warm brownie with coffee ice cream was the best dessert I have had in years. I would come here and have that as a meal. Wish I would've taken a before pic but sadly there's only an after picture of the worlds best brownie. I had the chicken curry very yummy. My family members had the mushroom burger and brisket French dip and everything was amazing. Megan was a great waitress with wonderful recommendations.

Really good food that we enjoyed thoroughly. Very interesting menu-fusion of many cuisines featuring many ingredients that found their way into places one would not expect. With happy results! I had the salmon moussaka. The salmon was delicious-slightly blackened. Great quality salmon. Paired nicely with the lovely tzatziki and accompanied by salad heavy with toasted garbanzos and mucho quinoa, 'cukes, endive-heavy greens and a spot on bright dressing. Sister had black bean burger on dressed bun that was accompanied by perfectly prepared steak fries with house made ketchup that had a slight heat to it. Really good as well. Kitchen staff nailed the preparation and everything came out perfectly. First meal out in Greenville (as we cook). I could not have been more pleased. Great value for the price. Certainly not inexpensive, but not outrageous. I will definitely be "stealing" this moussaka dish and presentation for my wife the minute I return home! Menu is in transition per our wait person, and one interesting dish was not available. And a croquette dish had been substituted the croquettes for a latke-like pancake (I presume)-not a croquette. Extremely friendly to the veg crowd! Seems like a great kitchen and well run restaurant. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. Our daughter had the Brussel sprouts, which she said were delicious. Serving sizes are good!!

An amazing patio overlooking one of the main streets of downtown Greenville, with a cozy interior ambiance as well. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable of the local food, drinks and their amazing wine selection. Soby's just won the Wine Spectator Grand Award (highest possible) and a Michelin recommended restaurant for 2025. And it shows. We didn't get any wine this evening, but the menu is as thick as a long novel. Anything and everything is in this puppy. Wines from all over the world, ranging from a few bucks to over $13,000 a bottle. Take your pick. We opted for some beer and cocktails, all of which were perfect. The food. This southern inspired menu with local ingredients was fantastic. We had a spicy pimento cheese app with crispy pita and pickled okra...delish! The beet and goat cheese salad was one of the best we've had. The pic speaks for itself there. The Soby's fried chicken is something you HAVE to get if you go. The best fried chicken, with the best bacon mac n cheese to complement it. Tender and juicy, crispy and flavorful...these words don't even scratch the surface of how good this dish was. Top notch experience all around. Make it a point to try it out if you haven't yet, or if you're in town for a visit. And definitely get that chicken dish, yo won't regret it.

Verdict: Come for the ambience and the white chocolate banana cream pie, stay for the gravy, and…read morehope your eggs don't spend too long in the "spotlight." Soby's serves Southern charm before the food even hits the table. (And if your experience is anything like mine, you will be waiting awhile for the food to hit the table.) Weathered wood beams stretch overhead, brick walls hold decades of character, and the warm lighting makes the whole room glow like butter on a hot biscuit. The kitchen hums with the kind of energy that says brunch is serious business. If you sit upstairs at the loft, there are some seats that overlook the kitchen so it's like brunch and a show. The pecan sticky bun is sweet enough to make you reconsider sharing though I wouldn't know because they ran out of it before 11:00a. Service was friendly and quick on the front end, though the kitchen's food expeditors seemed a little short-handed. The result? A slight wait that left some eggs spending a bit too much quality time under the heat lamps. My Shakshuka dish had an egg-istential crisis. Instead of that luscious over-easy river of yolk, the eggs arrived closer to hard-boiled territory--less "runny brunch bliss" and more "deviled egg audition." Thankfully, our waiter expedited another over easy egg to replace the one that came with my dish. The Providence Farm Country Fried Steak was the undeniable headliner--about 1.5 inches thick and fried to golden perfection. Smothered in sausage gravy, it was the kind of dish that makes cardiologists nervously flip through their calendars. The flavor? Steak-ing its claim as one of the better country fried steaks around. The sunny-side egg, however, had clearly spent a little too long basking beneath the warming lights alongside my shakshuka. But, if you come for one thing only, let it be the white chocolate banana cream pie. As I've heard Southern Belles say in gest, "it'll make you wanna slap your mama." In short: rustic atmosphere, an energetic kitchen, and Southern food that doesn't just butter you up--it grits straight to the point.

I was hungry and didn't know what or where to eat, not like there is a lack of options, but did I want ramen or something more local in regional flare? I picked the second one. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive and they answered all of my questions about the food. The restaurant was super clean. I ended up ordering the half bird with original seasoning on it. The seasoning the put on it is a crystallized honey power and something else in it, it gives the chicken a nice sweet flavor but not overpowering. They also have a spicy version for you spice lovers. The half bird came with 4 pieces as one would expect, the crust was crispy and the chicken was awesome. I was eating the dark meat and couldn't get over how juicy it was.
