Miles was our most gracious professional server tonight. This restaurant has a very cozy interior with a very inviting atmosphere. Superb wine, food, and impeccable service!!!! We will be back and try their brunch soon. I highly recommend this establishment! You will definitely enjoy a very positive experience!!!

Went to Augusta Grill for another outstanding dinner. The bone-in pork chop with sides of rice, green beans and squash casserole were all excellent. Service by Dawn was exceptional as usual!

Old-school Greenville place that's been around a long time but it is still solid and hasn't lost the quality. Definitely Upscale but not too fancy; no frills to the decor, looks basically as it always has so it's a bit dated but that's part of the charm in a way. The service was awesome. The steak was good and tender - sides weren't standout but they were good.

A delightful dinner for the lunch bunch (we stepped out of our comfort zone). Seating begins at 6:00. Reservations are NOT taken for groups of less than six. We arrived about 5:45 and our name was first on the arrival/wait list so we were seated as soon as it was allowed. The menu is devided into 3 main categories, a la carte: Appetizers, Small Plates, and Entrees. We had one member who was on a soft diet due to some dental work so she ordered mashed potatoes and shrimp and grits without the shrimp! A simple request which was courteously accommodated. There were two other members who selected the same thing but WITH the shrimp. I chose the Grilled Flank Streak on a bed of greens and I shall return for that deliciousness. We shared an excellent creme brulee. The wine list is extensive and there is a "by the glass" option for each of the main selections: white, rose, champagne, and red. The pinot grigio I selected was excellent. And yes, I had white with beef--tannins in reds do not like me, nor I them. The facility is subdued--both lighting and noise level. A very elegant restaurant. There is ample free parking. And Dawn, our server was fun, helpful and excellent. Additionally, managers stopped by occasionally just to be certain all was well but they were not intrusive. Be aware that the prices are rather steep:$34 for the salmon; around $18 for my flank steak (4 slices) but the overall ambience and the excellence of the food is well worth it!

Wanted to spend some time with my brother and sister-in-law this weekend while I'm the in South and decided to take them out for dinner and a movie. Searched online for fine dining and found this place. We arrived early as we wanted a drink and discovered it doesn't open til 6pm. But the hostess let us come i f or cocktails. The place automatically had a cozy warm vibe that I absolutely love when it comes to dining out. Great ambiance lighting and welcoming bartender that made us spectacular cocktails and even though they didn't have stuffed blue cheese olives on the menu for my dirty martini, he made them for me anyway - is that's satisfying your customers. About a half hour in, our hostess cane and sat us in the main dining room. I'm glad we got there early - it was immediately packed. All the tables started to fill and were filled the entire time we were doing. Our server was gracious and attentive. He could have been a little warmer, but he did his job well that made up for small talk. Always attentive to our table ensuring it was cleared, water glasses full and that we were enjoying our meal throughout the evening. Appetizers came - we had the breaded scallops and spinach/artichoke dip. Wow!! For our entrees, My sister-in-law had the filet mignon, my brother the pork tenderloin, my husband had the duck and I had the NY Strip. It was accompanied by the required sides and I have to say the food was amazing and were hearty portions. Everyone raves about how great their meal was and how great all the meats were cooked. After our filling and delicious meals, we were offered an extensive dessert menu. My brother shared the coconut cream pie with his wife and I shared the raspberry chocolate cake with my husband accompanied by some great robust coffee that was a perfect end to a perfect meal and a true dining experience. If you are ever in Greenville, SC - this place is a must!! They don't accept reservations for parties under 5, so if that's your case, get there early or you'll be waiting for a long time for your table. But still would be worth the wait!

Very good experience. The service was top notch. The food was very good. Traveling from St. Louis (2019 Stanley Cup Champions), we were excited to try this highly rated restaurant in the area and were not disappointed. The lobster and filet mignon were delicious. It's apparent that this place is a local favorite as it was busy on a Thursday evening. The Bourbon Bread pudding for dessert was also excellent.

Right by Fluor Field with a fun, lively vibe. We sat outside, which was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to hang out before an event. Service was fantastic. David, our server, was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, and really helped elevate the experience. For food, we started with the wings (dry rub and Jamaican jerk). The flavors were decent, but the wings themselves were rubbery and a bit underwhelming, especially considering the price point. One standout though... the ranch dressing. Easily some of the best I've had. The breakfast tacos were good overall, and the chimichurri was fresh and flavorful. I think adding a creamy component would have taken them up another level. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. The chicken and biscuit was decent. The Nashville-style chicken had good flavor, but the tenders were on the smaller side, making the portion feel a bit lacking. The biscuit itself was solid. The tallow fries were also well done, and the Lefty's sauce was a nice addition. One unique touch at the end. You're given the option to send a postcard, and they handle the postage and mailing for you. A really fun and memorable detail. Overall, a good spot with great service and atmosphere, though some of the food execution and portion sizes could be improved.

It was a beautiful day, so we chose to sit outside. It is a gorgeous view and the umbrellas provide plenty of shade. Not wanting leftovers, we chose to share the she crab soup and ribeye steak sandwich. Our waitress, Keera, was very bubbly and friendly. She suggested many different add ons and I chose the creamed corn. My only suggestion would be offering a smaller portion of this dish at lunch. It was delicious and I am glad we tried it. The ribeye sandwich and truffle fries were both exceptional. Having had she crab soups at different NC and SC restaurants, I thought theirs was just ok. Not bad, but nothing to make me want to come back just to order that specific item. Mike, the manager, was very visible throughout our whole lunch and stopped by our table to introduce himself. Overall a very positive first dining experience.

I plan for a big budget meal and am never disappointed. I must say that this experience was totally different, but just as amazing in its own way. My friend was having a work luncheon upstairs and we showed up at the end for her coworkers to meet her baby that we had in tow. We hadn't eaten yet so while they continued on to the next part of their gettogether, we snagged a table at the bar for a quick lunch. We shared the prime rib sliders and a bowl of the French onion soup. The soup was loaded with crispy onion strings on top and tons of caramelized onions down below. The prime rib sliders something I didn't realize I'd be dreaming about later. They were like the tastiest mini cheesesteaks and I could eat a platter of them if given the opportunity. It's great to see Halls from a different perspective and not as only a $500 dinner. This was the least I've ever spent at Halls but I still had an amazing experience. I need to get them on my regular lunch rotation in Charleston so I can try more of the menu.

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. I had the yuzu/truffle wings as am entree, the table shared the duck empanadas. My husband had oysters Rockefeller, my cousins had the quinoa fried chicken and the pork chop. The wings were a huge let down , there was no yuzu flavor and the wings were drenched in truffle oil which barely had flavor. It literally tasted like plain oily wings. The waitress recommended this dish and it made me question if she had tastebuds. My husband thought the grilled oysters were just okay. My cousin with the quinoa fried chicken said it was kind of weird- I tried a bite and agreed- quinoa needs to stay off fried chicken....great idea but it was a swing and a miss for us. They gain one star because my other cousins pork chop was really good and she couldn't stop raving about it.
