I enjoyed everything about Nic and Norman's, the decor the set up, everything and yes that encludes the food too. We had the friendliest service at the bar, there were several people making sure our dining experience went well. I wish I had gotten there names before I left. I ordered the sticky ribs and the Classic Burger which was worth walking to Hilltop from Alexandria with the zombies, in other words it is to die for. This will definitely be my spot to eat Everytime I'm in Greenville.

Brisket topped Mac n cheese drizzled with bbq is truly irresistible and my favorite I've ever had!

This place is really neat owned by the famous actor from walking dead. Has a fancy yet dark zombie decor , wish there were more booths but a cool ambiance overall. The menu isn't huge but has a lot of great burger options but I actually come for one specific entree. The BEST Mac n cheese ever with a brisket topping. The mix of delicious melty and creamy cheeses are so mouth watering. The corkscrew pasta is cooked perfectly and then topped with some of the best juicy brisket topped off with a decent drizzle of bbq. This place is my favorite for Mac n cheese. Got me hooked, I wish it wasn't $24 but nonetheless I've gotten it every time I dine here bc it's just too good to pass up. Definitely stop in, amazing food, chill vibe and good staff.

Spiked raspberry lemonade

I wanted to dislike this place since it seemed like the Bubba Gump of Greenville when I walked in, but the food ended up being very good! Food: I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, cornbread, and subbed my green beans for the Cajun creamed corn. The creamed corn was the highlight of the meal- absolutely fantastic with a little kick. Meatloaf was pretty decent (sauce was the best), good mashed potatoes. Alcoholic drink of choice was a spiked raspberry lemonade- wasn't a big fan. It only tasted sour, not much like raspberry or even alcohol. Service: Our waiter was ON IT. Super quick for food to come out, constant refills, attentive. He rocked. Ambiance: Here's where Nic & Norman's loses points- the interior was...interesting. Inside is just pictures of the owners in odd situations paired with chandeliers and a nice bar in a different location from the former Smoke on the Water. For the price and fare, I'd expect it to be a little nicer. Might be good for a fan of the Walking Dead.

Chicken flatbread.

Jasmine F. made our first visit a pleasant experience. She gave recommendations that we enjoyed. My husband had the haddock and I had the chicken flatbread. Jasmine gave impressive table service throughout the evening. The space is artsy with a nostalgic vibe. We loved the exposed brick and high ceilings.

Fantastic food and service and love the atmosphere! We have the meatloaf, sliders and the pimento burger, as well as scallops and grits. Everything was good. And our server was so quick and amazing!

Didn't want to like this place as much as I did just because they replaced smoke in the water which we absolutely loved. But I have to say, even outside on the patio for lunch, we got great service and even better food. My mom and I split a burger and salad and both were fantastic. The nic and Norman's small salad was enough for us to split with great, fresh flavors. The classic burger which we ordered medium rare was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and the service was great and fast. Will definitely be back to try more items off the menu. Thank you!!

Came here tonight with my husband after friends who live downtown recommended it. I ordered the meatloaf. The sauce on the meatloaf is wonderful, not your traditional meatloaf--it reminded me of HP sauce. Ambiance is great. Our waitress Char was very attentive!

10/10. Absolutely a MUST TRY! the food was flavorful, the service was top notch, the ambiance is absolutely beautiful! There isn't one complaint I could think of. The hype on FB is REAL. this is one of those places where I'm almost positive nothing on the menu is bad. THATS how good the food was. Definitely mentioned if anyone came up to visit us, we'd bring them here.

We went to Nic & Norman's after church on Sunday. We were excited to try something new. I made reservations on line and we arrived a little early. Despite that...we were seared immediately. I knew the hostess and she came and gave me a big hug! The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how spacious and beautifully decorated the restaurant was. There was a lengthy bar, booth and table seating. And from what it looked like, they have private dining space available for groups or special occasions. We had a very nice time and my husband REALLY enjoyed the food! He ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread and a side of Cajun corn. I had the Cobb salad with blackened chicken and my son ordered the salmon. Our server Phillip was knowledgeable and made suggestions...which turned out very well. We will definitely be back!

Meatloaf Sliders

Nic & Norman's Restaurant is definitely worth coming to. I ordered the meatloaf sliders and a side of fries. The prices aren't too bad. The seating with the pictures of famous Norman Reedus on the walls definitely makes this place feel like a sports bar. I definitely will be coming back. The staff are super friendly, and whomever owns this restaurant should be proud. My advice is bring the family, your friends, heck ever bring a stranger to enjoy a nice meal together.

Classic burger with a branded bun wow kazow

This is not it. Ordered a burger and it retained the frozen patty shape... Red Flag... This food is just ok. The service was just ok. But an ok experience shouldn't cost near $100 Do something I didn't RESPECT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS Also, they have apple blossoms on the menu.... Hmmmmmm same ones from Trader Joe's but those are 2.49 another red flag.. PREPACKAGED FOOD do yourself a favor and go try one of the many farm to table restaurants Greenville has to offer... UNLESS you are not a foodie and are satisfied with ok experiences

Re-imagined chicken pot pie

Convenient location by foot or by car in west Greenville and above Falls Park, this double width storefront feels like a neighborhood pub with an attractive bar and small busy dining alcoves. A deck doubles the dining space in good weather and overlooks the back entrance and Falls Park. I had the chicken pot pie which was re-imagined as fried chicken tenders with a biscuit covered in a gravy with peas and carrots. Creative and tasty. It was quiet midday but I expect this is a popular place in the evening.

First off, walking through the lobby and checking out the art is worth a visit on it's own. We also checked out a holiday market outside before warming up inside with a cocktail. I don't normally go for holiday drinks because they're often so sweet, but I ordered the crimson hearth which was similar to a negroni with bourbon and it was excellent. It was served in an ornament on top of of a garnished glass that I then poured over the giant ice cube... great presentation. It was rainy, cold, and foggy so we couldn't really take in the views, but I hear they're spectacular. I can confidently say that a trip to Greenville in the future won't be complete without a trip to the Grand Bo or at least the bar dwonstairs.
