Smokehouse Burger with a side salad

Came here with some friends for a lunch. They were busy but we were lucky enough to find a table. The food is good and pretty unique imo. It wasn't just regular burgers. They were well made with fresh toppings. Our server was great! I wish the parking situation was better! We had to park across the street behind another business.

The atmosphere is awesome. Who wouldn't want to eat in an indoor/outdoor garage style place with dogs hanging about! Kids are also welcome! The food was so fresh and delicious. Drinks were equally as tasty. We are not local but glad we passed and decided to stop here!

Our food was delicious, amazing wait staff, self seating, great vibe there, awesome for a date night or just a quick bite!

Exposed brick and old wood booth seating. The large GULF sign is homage to the former garage the establishment once was.

Atmosphere is everything, and this place has it. Exposed brick with industrial elements make this former garage super trendy and fun. They have outdoor seating as well as old wood booths and even a bar to sit and watch a game. Our server, Michael, was very attentive and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the menu and answered every question we had. We wandered in on a Sunday around 2, and he told us we still had time to order off the Brunch Menu. The AVACADO TOAST IS TO DIE FOR! Just get it! My husband ordered a beer and I had a Firefly Lemon Drop Martini with sugared rim. I had the Brunch Burger, served with bacon and egg on top with tater tots. My husband had the Brisket Hash. We left thoroughly happy and full and bid farewell with intentions to come back and often!

There's something for everyone at Universal Joint. There's nachos & quesadillas to wings & burgers and plenty of vegetarian options. For their burgers, you choose between a classic beef patty, chicken breast, turkey burger or veggie patty. Then you choose what you want on it from their "variations" section. Tons of options from just cheese to the Firecracker with jalapeños and jalapeño aioli to the California with bacon and avocado. They have a full bar with more than a dozen beers on tap, different wines and their specialty cocktail menu. - California Chicken Sandwich: Sooo good! 6 oz grilled chicken breast with the California toppings of cheddar, grilled onions, bacon and avocado. Hmm hmm! - Buffalo chicken sandwich: Definitely has a kick to it! - Shrimp & Grits: This may have been a special since I didn't see this on the menu when I went back. But this was amazing!!

Honey Garlic Fried Chicken Wrap - Weekly Special

LOVE. THIS. PLACE. We go here multiple times a week sometimes, and this restaurant is easily one of the best places to go if you want a great patio and atmosphere. They have delicious and creative weekly specials, but my usual go-to is either the Turkey Pita Club or Steinbeck Burger.

Disclaimer: I think a 3.5/5 stars is a more accurate reflection of my review for this restaurant. I've heard a lot about this place and heard people rave about it for awhile so I wanted to come check it out for burgers. We ordered the wings, which ended up having to be smoked instead of the normal wings. They were actually pretty good for smoked! Usually they're super salty but these were cooked well. The seasoning, I was not a fan of but we had a side of Buffalo sauce so it worked out well. The wings were pretty good and I would get them again. I thought the texture and how they fell off the bone was amazing. I ordered the Steinbeck burger and my boyfriend got the mushroom and Swiss. The Steinbeck was ok but I felt that the burger could have used more sauciness or condiments to make it more juicy without defaulting to ketchup. My boyfriend didn't really taste the mushroom or Swiss. Overall, an underwhelming experience, although the atmosphere was perfect for getting a couple beers. I don't think I'd come here for the food, but rather for the drinks and atmosphere.

Used to be good but very disappointing, food was over priced and mediocre. Great place to get a beer but avoid the food.

The food was ok, nothing wowed me. I'd definitely go there for drinks as the atmosphere is great.

Dennis & Logan are two of the dopest bartenders out there who also know how to make a killer drink. I love coming here for Dennis' expert take on an old fashioned, which he has spent a lot of time and effort refining. And I don't kid when I say that this is Greenville's best old fashioned. The attitude behind the bar is very laidback, which will likely offput people expecting a pretentious, posh atmosphere. But if you want a drink made by people who care about what goes in your glass, trust me, pay Rey's a visit.

One bartender (with a nose piercing) yelled at my brother-in-law for placing a small piece of paper behind the bar because there was no trash can near the dart area. When my brother asked if he would have preferred it be thrown on the floor, the bartender replied, "Actually, yes." It was a clear no-win situation. The overall tone from the staff felt aggressive and confrontational. Another bartender (with longer hair) made a comment to our group saying, "If that bitch blows her whistle again," using derogatory language toward women in our party. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. Because of the staff's behavior, we took our entire group, and our business, elsewhere and will not be returning. This experience left a very bad impression, and management should be aware of how their bartenders are representing the establishment.

There is a large outdoor seating area with plenty of TVs for all the sports needs! The beers with Yee-Haw are always a great selection with something for everyone. If beers are not your taste they also have additional wines and mixed drinks. I tried a Bloody Mary with a moonshine pickle and it hit the spot but was definitely spicy (just how I prefer). The food was good but you don't come here for the food. We started with buffalo chicken dip which is a classic yum. The loaded chicken fries hit my craving and the chicken was juicy and delicious. The 864 was a THICK sandwich and flavorful with the perfect outside crisp/crunch with juicy moist meat internally. No complaints at all. We will be back!

The inside of the brewery was nice as well, although it didn't have as much seating as most of the other comparable breweries that I've been to. They did have one drink that I really liked, which was a Gatorade-flavored seltzer, which tasted great and canceled out the taste of alcohol excellently. On the other hand, I was slightly disappointed at their selection of beers, as they didn't have a particularly strong selection of IPAs, and the IPA that I did get was nothing special. Overall, I'd rate Yee-Haw as being a slightly above-average brewery, which was "good," but lacked anything that really blew me in comparison to the many other breweries that I've patronized.
