Nightcap and espresso martini

Very chill, low key, intimate speakeasy. Go to the back of the building and open the metal gates and you're in. We went on a quiet Monday night. Great service and an eclectic place to hang out in peace.

Dealers choice !!

Amazing secret find!! Our bartender provided such a creative mix of her Dealer Choice cocktails. Talented in her mastery of mixed flavors. I'm excited to spread the word to our @msubaseball parents spending time at Flour Field. Can't wait to come back!!

This hidden gem serves up mouthwatering concoctions in a seductive lounge-like setting. Expert mixologists use a rainbow of fresh ingredients & delightful garnishes in their delicious renditions of old favorites and original taste teasers. The muted lighting, indulgent textures, cozy booths & centerpiece bar are a welcome break from the typical. Watching them craft the drinks is half the fun, but sipping them is even better. Great place to begin or end the night, have a romantic toast, get into a deep conversation, flirt shamelessly, or sip an amazing cocktail.

Good cocktails - not as extensive of a list as I expected though and they were out of some things when we went. It's supposed to be the speakeasy style but it's more just a cozy and quaint bar vibe with a vintage feel. The main thing that makes it feel like speakeasy is that the entrance is in the back and hard to find. Apps options were limited. Not the BEST cocktail bar especially around downtown but definitely good for a couple drinks!!

My sister and I were in Greenville for a conference and found this place on Yelp. Amazing drinks and great snacks. We've talked about going back again tonight even after trying many of their incredible cocktails. Ryan took great care of us as he masterfully made cocktails based on our requests. Loved this place

Cute hidden class and bathrooms with Edgar Allen Poe just my style. Classy and classic.

A true hidden gem. The entrance to the speakeasy bar is around the back of the building in the parking lot. It's an intimate, dimly lit place. They let us choose where we wanted to sit. The server brought us waters and gave us a chance to look over the menu. We asked for straws for the water and the server brought the straws but put them in our water with her bare hands. Even aside from COVID, I do not think that was best practice. We ordered a charcuterie board and the Smokey old fashioned and Bonnie & Clyde to start. The drinks were pretty good and the presentation was cool. For the second round we ordered the Lavender Fields and Quint's Revenge. The second round wasn't as good as the first. This is a spot I will definitely return to.

This was my first time going. It does give off a speakeasy vibe, it's around back and if there wasn't a visible doorman I don't know if I would have known it was even a bar. The doorman that night was Kenny, he was lovely, I love making conversations with people and he was funny and enjoyable. I screamed his name on the way out and probably terrified him, lol but I love him will go back to chat with him for sure. The drinks were incredible!!! We did the dealer's choice because why not have a little fun, right? I did fruity and herbal, no idea what was in it but I loved it. My friend did fruity and sweet, which was also very very good. This place is definitely low key and chill, they monitor the crowd well so you won't be let in if there aren't seats available. You won't find any riff-raff, we did go early but it was a very calm/relaxed vibe, there was a line quite long when we got out, which Kenny was handling well as people waited for an open seat. I will be going back! I can't wait for my next dealer's choice to see what I get. If y'all go on a Friday or Saturday say hi to my boy Kenny at the door :)

The Anchorage - Clem's Organic Beetroot Salad

Outside of one issue, our meal at The Anchorage was fantastic. The food is delicious and presented…read moreartfully, the service is prompt, the atmosphere is casual yet smart. Let me get to the issue first. We were a table of 6 and any party of 6 or more is required to do the tasting menu at $85 per person. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, so it was not an issue, but this really should be stated up front when taking reservations, when confirming reservations and upon arrival. I'm sure this has resulted in some awkward exchanges for those not prepared. That being said, The Anchorage deserves the accolades it has been given. Every dish was spectacular, from the beet salad to start the meal to the apple pie to finish. We had crispy arancini that was the nights favorite, and the short ribs melted in our mouths. The portions are modest, yet we all left satisfied. There were three vegetable forward dishes, the beet salad, an Asian leaning cabbage dish and a carrot dish with a delicious sauce. In all we sampled 8 dishes and three desserts, as well as a bread service that came with an unctuous bourbon liver mousse. You will have a magnificent meal and experience there.

The tasting menu is everything you see on the menu. It's really fun for the indecisive. They…read moreportion it pretty well so you can eat everything and still be full. All of the salads are amazing. I think the only misses are the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Seared Black Cod. The "Doublecream" Arancini was phenomenal. The bourbon liver mousse was astounding. The hamachi tiradito was great. The Braised Chatel Farms Beef Shortribs are fork tender. All of the desserts were really sweet. I didn't like any of them, far too indulgent. The service was great. We got low on water in the end. The restaurant is a bit cramped but there's seating on the outside and upstairs.
