The cutest interior when you walk in!!

Juniper is a must visit anytime I'm in Greenville for the evening! The first time I came here with friends for drinks and had a magical time. The second time I took my boyfriend to dinner and the food blew us away! Interior is also so fun and vibey. This place is definitely worth the hype imo! Great service as well.

Absolutely flawless dining experience from start to finish. Beautiful restaurant with great decor and view of Greenville. Laura took wonderful care of us. A glass of wine and some good bourbon started the evening, then we opened with the Ahi Tuna Tartare appetizer. Perfect. Woke up our tastebuds without overwhelming us or filling us up too soon. Laurie had the Herb Crusted Salmon and I had the Coconut Crusted Snapper (probably have the official menu names wrong, lol). Both were outstanding. Very tasty, beautifully presented, and nice portions. For dessert she has the Strawberry Mousse Parfait and I had the Dark Chocolate offering with salted caramel ice cream. The perfect sweet treat to end a great meal. We will surely be back.

Beets and berries

3 stars: 4 for ambience and 2 for food. I don't know what everyone else ordered but the beets and berries salad was disappointing. Sounded so fresh on paper came out so stale in person. Strawberries taste good fresh from the grocery store but the 'pickled' thing they did here made them taste bad. Food aside, drinks and vibes were great! Beautiful view, decor and fun social energy at the tables. I'd return for the vibe and stay away from the salad I got with chunky beets, fermented strawberries and rye ... cry. Service was cool, no complaints there.

Attended a post white coat dinner party here on a Sunday afternoon. It's a rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the city, very spacious and really good food and desserts. Great option for a private party in downtown Greenville.

First, let me say that this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. I love the decor. It is very whimsical yet trendy and modern the food presentation and drink presentation were lovely. Very instragramable! The service we got was good and the manager even came to say hello. There was a tomato drink that reminded me of bruschetta (not like a Bloody Mary) and it was soooooo good -I've never had a drink like it before. I do recommend Junipers !

The decor for this place is extravagant Eye catching aesthetics everywhere Ladies, you looking for those instagram perfect picture moments? Juniper delivers them They had a live dj Upbeat mid-upscale vibes Great venue for entertaining a crowd While visiting on a Saturday night Greenville South Carolina I hand picked this spot to check out The menu isn't that big But they have something for everyone Seafood, steaks, and I believe a chicken dish too Juniper struck me more as a beautifully - pieced together rooftop bar Featured seated areas for lounge vibes Comfy couch like spaces facing windows With views of downtown Other places that place people at bar settings And restaurant seated occupancy I tried the thick "sliced bacon" In every sense of the flavor world Perfect The sweet and salty combination of blueberry bbq And the slight nuttiness of the pecans A must try! I believe I ordered a few old fashioned (alcohol) But don't really remember The green tea chocolate lava cake was surprisingly good. And I'm not even a chocolate lover The green tea flavor paired well with it.

Rooftop restaurant at the Marriott hotel right in downtown Greenville, this charming location has some of the most unique decor I have seen in a restaurant in a long time. No matter where you sit in the restaurant it very much seemslike you are attending a posh garden party. The staff is friendly and efficient. We spent Easter brunch there and while the ambience was on point, the food was only average. Part of the problem with buffets is that nothing ever stays hot but in this instance, it wasn't even lukewarm. But the omelette station was good, the cheese blitzes were tasty, and what we lacked in a wow factor with food we made up for by enjoying the overall atmosphere. Definitely interested in trying it again for a more standard meal next time I'm in town.

We brought my in-laws here and they were obsessed with the ambiance. The place is completely decked out in what I would describe as a magical land. They change decor seasonly and it is worth checking out each decoration change. Winter is truly a wonderland and summer is truly a haven for an Italian retreat. I didn't take pictures of the appetizers we shared but we tried the focaccia which was amazing (must get) and the ahi tuna tartar, which was yummy but was not served with any chips or anything. That was odd to me as I have never eaten tartare with a fork. Thankfully we had the focaccia which we ended up using. We initially went so my in-laws could experience their amazing lemon cheesecake dessert, but I did not realize their menu changes seasonly, so we opted for the pistachio dessert instead. It was also incredibly delicious but the lemon cheesecake was SO neat. It looked like a real lemon, you can probably find it in a previous review I left. I totally get changing your menu seasonly but certain iconic menu items should stay the same (like that one)! Overall this place is a must see for the decor and vibe alone. It's truly a gem. It's a rooftop bar/restaurant in camperdown plaza with indoor and outdoor seating. They have heating elements for outdoors. Our server was great. I highly recommend making reservations.

Dinner with my Son. He took me out for an early Mother's Day dinner. The cocktails were fantastic! And the meals were delicious too. The service was excellent. Will have to bring the rest of the family.

Cool restaurant with unique decor inside and out!! Highly recommend making a reservation and putting this place on your list for grabbing a cocktail, eating an appetizer and taking some photos with the beautiful decor covering the entire space, including the ceilings! Oysters, Rock Shrimp and focaccia were top notch and had flavors that are one of a kind!

Food was amazing. Drinks were on point. Had the kissy face drink. Delicious!! Bruschetta appetizer. Service was great. Our bartender was so nice and gave suggestions for other spots in Greenville to continue the evening. Roof top bar. Perfect sunset

Im going to give this a three based on looks. The atmosphere is gorgeous. Looking for a place to hang out, talk. Romantic evening of drinks maybe dessert and just some peaceful area to breath. This is it. It's very calming and cool in this place. As soon as I walked in it was like walking into a whole different world. The staff seemed very friends. Our waitress seemed a little ran out of energy I wanted to hug her but overall very attentive. The bread was really good. As well as the oil. The chicken for me was lacking, dry, very little flavor as a plate collectively which was disappointing because the presentation was on point. I will go back next time and try the salmon or a good dessert but for me never the chicken again. I did not get any alcohol so I can't mention that however many drinks looked good.

The service was bad, and the food tasted like cigarettes. It's aesthetically pleasing, sure, but it's overpriced and over-hyped.

Let me get to the issue first. We were a table of 6 and any party of 6 or more is required to do the tasting menu at $85 per person. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, so it was not an issue, but this really should be stated up front when taking reservations, when confirming reservations and upon arrival. I'm sure this has resulted in some awkward exchanges for those not prepared. That being said, The Anchorage deserves the accolades it has been given. Every dish was spectacular, from the beet salad to start the meal to the apple pie to finish. We had crispy arancini that was the nights favorite, and the short ribs melted in our mouths. The portions are modest, yet we all left satisfied. There were three vegetable forward dishes, the beet salad, an Asian leaning cabbage dish and a carrot dish with a delicious sauce. In all we sampled 8 dishes and three desserts, as well as a bread service that came with an unctuous bourbon liver mousse. You will have a magnificent meal and experience there.

My first time was better (pun intended!). The dessert was so-so. I got the Naughty by Nature and the lime was WAY too tart. I wish they had more variation for those who don't want a lot of chocolate or peanut butter. My guy had the Peanut Butter Perversion and said it was too creamy. We may try again one day, but not too soon. I do love the menu process and ease to view options.

That kind of service is appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else? Pretty underwhelming. First impressions? Chaos. The entrance area is a logistical mess. People trying to enter, others trying to leave, a cramped waiting area, and no host in sight to direct traffic or check people in. Add dim lighting that makes it hard to see people moving around, and you've got elbows bumping and bodies brushing. Ironically, the most "intimate" part of the whole night was navigating the front door. The concept? Great. The execution? Not so much. I actually love the idea behind this place -- seductive storytelling by your server, iPads with flirtatious menus, and provocative questions to ask your partner. That's all fun... if that's what you're coming for. I came for the desserts. And as someone who takes sweets seriously, this place didn't deliver. Let's talk drinks: Tiny, overpriced, and flavor-wise -- basic. Nothing memorable. The chocolate-rimmed glasses are a nice touch in theory, but licking the rim doesn't elevate the drink. If I want to rim a glass with something sweet at home, I can. That alone doesn't justify the price. Now, the real heartbreak -- the desserts. My fiancé had the Prince Charming red velvet cheesecake, and I don't think I've ever encountered a cheesecake so dry, so devoid of flavor. Even the crust tasted off -- weirdly savory, and not in a creative way. I ordered the Blueberry Birthday -- it sounded like heaven: buttered cinnamon-sugar toast, Belgian white chocolate, spiked blueberry compote, brie cheese, and a strawberry champagne dip. Sadly, it was more like culinary whiplash. Dry. Disconnected flavors. The only thing that saved it from being inedible was the champagne dip -- without it, I probably would've choked. Three drinks and three desserts came out to around $90. For that price, I expected to be wowed -- or at least pleasantly full. I left confused, slightly annoyed, and still craving dessert. Maybe we came on an off night. Maybe we chose the wrong menu items. Either way, I won't be back to find out.
