Bohemian Lobster Omelette

Our server could have been more attentive, but everything else was great! Lobster Omelet and Blueberry Pancakes were the best in my opinion. Prices are slightly high but expected with the location and ambiance (Grand Bohemian Lodge). I would love to return to try their brunch!

What an amazing day, the kids took me to brunch at Between the trees. The Resturant was clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was lovely and quiet. The food was amazing our server Jess was so nice , friendly and happy! Everything was great , the service was outstanding the food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing! I definitely have to say this place is amazing, everything about it. I couldn't have asked for a better day! I definitely will be back in the future and definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. FYI : if you do a walk in to be seated you have to sit at the bar or outside. If you want indoor seating you have to make a reservation.

This place is hard to get reservations. I was able to snag a brunch reservation for 2:15 pm. I had no idea they closed at 2:30 pm. I asked the server why did we get a 2:15 reservation when we only had 15 minutes to decide. They were busy so the server didn't come back right away. My friend went to the bathroom and the line was long and had to tell her the restaurant was closing soon. My other friend was late and had to call her to make sure she had time to order. My friend and I shared a fried chicken sandwich and fries which was delicious. My other friend had the avocado toast and was good too. The restaurant is pretty but wasn't able to enjoy the ambiance.

Located at the Grand Bohemian Lodge. Between the Trees makes you feel like you're in the mountains literally between the trees. We lucked out and scored a table outside with a view of the falls. It was a beautiful October night to sit outside and enjoy dinner. Our server, Logan, was so kind and attentive. We started off with the Kessler margarita and the lime and coconut to drink. For appetizers, we ordered the bison tartare and the elk carpaccio. Both were good but the bison tartare was our favorite. The bison tartare was paired with chips which was the perfect balance with the bison. For dinner, we both ordered the crispy local mushroom salad served with Bibb lettuce. Oversight on my part, my husband and I didn't think twice about crispy since we were getting a salad. The mushrooms were fried! Still good, but we both thought we were being healthy. Still good we were eating local mushrooms, right?! That's what I tell myself! Did I want dessert?! Yes. We decided not to get it. Next time I getting the carrot spike cake or the espresso ice cream with chocolate brownie. Delicious!

I'll start off by saying this is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. From the decor to the setting of being right by the river and hearing that. To the service and the outstanding food. We came here a couple months ago on our honeymoon and just now getting to a review but the staff were so kind and the manager even provided us with a free dessert which was very kind. Our food was outstanding. Personally the best steak I have had in a long time. With flavor that you rarely can get even at other top notch steak places. The drinks and appetizers and well everything just exceeded expectations and we highly recommend coming here for any special occasion. We will be coming back in the future to celebrate!

Gorgeous scenic lunch spot. I had a Cobb salad which had great fried green tomato croutons (I wish there were more!). And a Hugo spritz. Hubby had the skirt steak with eggs and potatoes. Lots of steak perfectly done and he had an Italian wine that was refreshing. Very scenic views. One tip---if you're eating outside don't go on the railing/-the sun came and made the experience warm!

The service was great, the ambiance is awesome great view and awesome for families. The food one item was very good and everything else was just fine. Overall a bland menu but it was satisfactory, would not regret a visit. The tuna poke - was overall like wet because of the collard greens this was still good just odd with th textures and moisture. Would recommend a try I think the chips they give are great and the tuna was awesome which was why I ordered to begin with The grouper sandwich - feel like this alone is worth coming here for, portion great and prepared both ways was awesome strongly recommend Salad- great place to order a salad the ingredients are taste very fresh She crab soup - is a no for me, maybe for dinner is better tasted like it needed more time to cook out the wine and there was not much crab in it and was very runny Bacon deviled eggs- solid would get again, bland for me but think still a great appetizer

Delicious food! Absolutely beautiful decor. Perfect for a date night, celebration- you name it. Everything we ate was an explosion of flavors and sensations in our mouths. Only criticism is I wish they had an onion/vinegar mix for the oysters. The pasta and trout were top notch. The service was friendly, concise. Would definitely return and recommend to a family/friend.

It was HAPPY BRUNCHING and LUNCHING here! Affordable menu at this time of day. Great river views. Excellent service. High quality cuisine that's hot and fresh. Make a reservation today to get your special treat. Take a pre and post dining stroll afterwards. It does a body, soul, and spirit good

**UPDATE** My husband and I came here to celebrate his promotion at work and based off of our first experience (about a year ago), we assumed we would be getting the same quality of food. We got the lump crab cake, beef tartare, and elk shortloin with Mac and cheese and roasted carrots. Crab cake was ok, the lemon was fairly overwhelming. The beef tartare was too sweet and a small portion. The elk was the worst part of the meal unfortunately. We ordered it med rare and it was overdone and very tough with little flavor. The Mac and cheese was ok but kind of dry. The carrots were very good. Our server was the highlight of our experience. He was very attentive and pleasant. Not sure what happened to this place but probably will not be back.

Great bar with great service. It's a beautiful restaurant inside the Grand Bohemian Hotel. I had a great breakfast experience and then went back for cocktails that night. You will be glad you tried this place.

Whipped Goat Cheese

Such a beautiful restaurant! So unique and the setting and views are beautiful. All of the food was excellent. The shrimp and grits and whipped goat cheese were my favorites. Grits were a little corn flavor forward than I prefer but still delicious. The deviled egg people at the table were fans of that option. The slice of duck and mustard seed was very unique. Service was lovely and extremely attentive. Really lovely spot to experience while visiting.

Eggs Benedict*

What a beautiful hotel and restaurant space! My mom and I ate here twice for breakfast. Both times, we selected the same dishes. I had Eggs Benedict and added crab. I substituted Canadian bacon for regular and had it done extra crispy. It came with breakfast potatoes. My only complainant is yesterday, my meal had more paprika or seasoning on the eggs and today, there was none. Consistency is important to me when deciding if I want to eat somewhere again. My mom picked the blueberry pancakes. The space was relaxing, service was excellent, and the meals were delicious. Yes, it's higher end prices but this felt like a NYC experience so the prices were much less than we pay when eating there. Also, they validate the valet parking which made it very convenient.

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. Our daughter had the Brussel sprouts, which she said were delicious. Serving sizes are good!!

I had the yuzu/truffle wings as am entree, the table shared the duck empanadas. My husband had oysters Rockefeller, my cousins had the quinoa fried chicken and the pork chop. The wings were a huge let down , there was no yuzu flavor and the wings were drenched in truffle oil which barely had flavor. It literally tasted like plain oily wings. The waitress recommended this dish and it made me question if she had tastebuds. My husband thought the grilled oysters were just okay. My cousin with the quinoa fried chicken said it was kind of weird- I tried a bite and agreed- quinoa needs to stay off fried chicken....great idea but it was a swing and a miss for us. They gain one star because my other cousins pork chop was really good and she couldn't stop raving about it.

An amazing patio overlooking one of the main streets of downtown Greenville, with a cozy interior ambiance as well. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable of the local food, drinks and their amazing wine selection. Soby's just won the Wine Spectator Grand Award (highest possible) and a Michelin recommended restaurant for 2025. And it shows. We didn't get any wine this evening, but the menu is as thick as a long novel. Anything and everything is in this puppy. Wines from all over the world, ranging from a few bucks to over $13,000 a bottle. Take your pick. We opted for some beer and cocktails, all of which were perfect. The food. This southern inspired menu with local ingredients was fantastic. We had a spicy pimento cheese app with crispy pita and pickled okra...delish! The beet and goat cheese salad was one of the best we've had. The pic speaks for itself there. The Soby's fried chicken is something you HAVE to get if you go. The best fried chicken, with the best bacon mac n cheese to complement it. Tender and juicy, crispy and flavorful...these words don't even scratch the surface of how good this dish was. Top notch experience all around. Make it a point to try it out if you haven't yet, or if you're in town for a visit. And definitely get that chicken dish, yo won't regret it.

Soby's serves Southern charm before the food even hits the table. (And if your experience is anything like mine, you will be waiting awhile for the food to hit the table.) Weathered wood beams stretch overhead, brick walls hold decades of character, and the warm lighting makes the whole room glow like butter on a hot biscuit. The kitchen hums with the kind of energy that says brunch is serious business. If you sit upstairs at the loft, there are some seats that overlook the kitchen so it's like brunch and a show. The pecan sticky bun is sweet enough to make you reconsider sharing though I wouldn't know because they ran out of it before 11:00a. Service was friendly and quick on the front end, though the kitchen's food expeditors seemed a little short-handed. The result? A slight wait that left some eggs spending a bit too much quality time under the heat lamps. My Shakshuka dish had an egg-istential crisis. Instead of that luscious over-easy river of yolk, the eggs arrived closer to hard-boiled territory--less "runny brunch bliss" and more "deviled egg audition." Thankfully, our waiter expedited another over easy egg to replace the one that came with my dish. The Providence Farm Country Fried Steak was the undeniable headliner--about 1.5 inches thick and fried to golden perfection. Smothered in sausage gravy, it was the kind of dish that makes cardiologists nervously flip through their calendars. The flavor? Steak-ing its claim as one of the better country fried steaks around. The sunny-side egg, however, had clearly spent a little too long basking beneath the warming lights alongside my shakshuka. But, if you come for one thing only, let it be the white chocolate banana cream pie. As I've heard Southern Belles say in gest, "it'll make you wanna slap your mama." In short: rustic atmosphere, an energetic kitchen, and Southern food that doesn't just butter you up--it grits straight to the point.

We were seated on the terrace by the door, which was less than desirable but still good. The chair I was in was awfully uncomfortable, but the benches were suitable. For food, we ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts, Earl Grey tea bread, chicken tamales, berry French toast, mushroom bruschetta and fried oysters. The Brussels were good and perfectly cooked. The Earl Grey tea bread was good, but too sweet for me (not a sweets person). My friends ordered the chicken tamales and berry French toast, respectively, and enjoyed their meal. For me, the menu didn't have anything that caught my eye, so I made a meal of the small plates. I love mushrooms, but I felt that the mushrooms in the bruschetta needed to be chopped. Their meaty texture and large pieces made it less than desirable, even though the flavor was good. The oysters were well-cooked and served in an ample portion, but with cocktail sauce rather than aioli. When asked, she brought me the paprika aioli that's on the Brussels sprouts. Still, I think a lemon-and-herb aioli or a lemon-and-horseradish aioli would have been more appropriate for a fresh brightness to cut through the breading. It was almost a good meal, but oftentimes the devil is in the details.
