While we have had dinner here several times, we've been wanting to make it out for brunch. As expected, the food was outstanding! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat outside on a cool overcast day and watched the golfers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was easy like Sunday morning! We will definitely be back! Make sure you get the mimosa flight and the trash bowl!

What a delightful and delicious gem of a restaurant! I'm not a county club, golf course type of gal, but you don't have to be to enjoy Core 450. We have had great servers every time and I really like the setup of this place! I watched the chef make our pizza from a distance and got all the feels watching it go into the brick oven! What can I say? I love food okay. We loved our Godfather pizza, Pimento Burger and Monte Cristo sandwich. The fries were really good too! We have only been for lunch a couple times, but I'm so looking forward to dinner here soon!

Great spit to visit. Calming and definitely not a 19th hole. We love doing Sunday brunch but visited for my wife's bday for dinner. She is def not an imbiber but really enjoyed the special Strawberry prosecco that was made for her. Y OG Old Fashion was delish. She had the Mommas Manicotti and I had the Crispy Beef Retolo. So good. Service is always the best. Just enough attention without being overwhelmed.

Birthday celebration was wonderful! Good food and great service!! We have been to Core 450 for brunch, which was delicious! And wanted to try their dinner options, we weren't disappointed. Will be back to try other options.

Brussels sprouts appetizer - 10/10 amazing!

First time visit tonight and Core 450 did not disappoint! The ambiance was pleasant, the server was attentive, and most importantly (in my opinion), the food was delicious! I didn't eat anything that wasn't fantastic - from the Brussels sprouts appetizer to my salmon and my date's braised beef rib, which of course I sampled This is what we would call a "date place" and you should expect to drop at minimum $30 per meal, plus any salads, appetizers, drinks, and tip. But for a special night out, this is a great option and one I would highly recommend!

Initial service good. Server poured water and $54 bottle of wine. No repeat pours of either. Had to go to bar for more water. Food was delicious. No prices of meats or pasta on menu sections - why? Left one empty plate on table after sever gave me the bill - why? Better service for strong prices would be appreciated. It's not that hard.

Things I liked were the great views, friendly service, and clean comfortable seating. My drink was lacking alcohol...definitely a weak drink. Brunch was ok, the grand marnier was undetectable in the French toast, which was also kinda dry. My husband has eggs Benedict which was served on a biscuit which made it messier too eat than the traditional English muffin. We might try it again for dinner....some places don't do great at breakfast foods.

Beautiful place with beautiful views to grab brunch or dinner. Tried a sampling of the French toast, chicken lollipops and Brussels sprouts. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken pope, but everything else was delish. And the drink was delish as well. The staff was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I just bought land in Cherokee Valley and decided to try Core 450 and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. We split the Pimento Burger and ow. It was terrific. Sweet potato fries were awesome as well. We look forward to moving here and making this place our new favorite spot!

I am not sure how I have went this long without having Core 450 in my life! I was completely blown away by everything this place had to offer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the amazing views of the golf course with the mountains as the back drop, the elegance of the restaurant to the wonderful server and the delicious food, this place really has it all![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything sounded great on the menu and I wanted to try everything. Well surprise surprise, you can pretty much do that! The server advised us of the chef's board and I what an awesome experience we had! I like my steak medium rare while everyone else wanted theirs medium to medium well and they brought out a melt in your mouth 60oz tomahawk steak medium rare and provided a hot salt block so the rest of the table could cook their steak more (yes I know it's heartbreaking). It came with a family size bowl of risotto, Gouda crab Mac and cheese, fried brussel sprouts and a juicy filet of fish. After our meal, they brought out a cast iron skillet with a baked cookie covered in ice cream and it was as delicious as it sounds. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything was incredible and I would highly recommend this restaurant for the foodies out there wanting a fine dining experience with southern hospitality, delicious food and beautiful scenery![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you Core 450 for giving us the best date night experience we have had in a long time and look forward to seeing you all again!

    Aftermath of a great meal!

Food was, and I mean this sincerely, the best food I've ever had at a golf course! Additionally the service was excellent and the ambiance was great! Really didn't know what to expect, but core 450 was such a good experience! Can't wait to come back!

I booked a table on the patio as I read that the restaurant was super pet friendly. And it was perfect! I was able to enjoy a glass of lebanese rose off of the extensive drink menu and my lunch was the lamb sandwich with truffle fries and a side of the brussel sprouts appetizer. Both were plentiful and absolutely delicious. The tzatziki was so yum I got more to dip my fries in (it came with chipotle ketchup that was also delicious.) The only downside was the parking. All of the lots were $10, but I was able to find free street parking after riding around for a bit. Overall worth a little hassle for a delicious experience!

Have you ever discovered that neighborhood gem worth the trip no matter where you're coming from? That's Ji-Roz. This Greek-inspired restaurant is located just a few minutes walk from NOMA on the quieter, residential stretch of Main Street. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance; intimate enough for a casual date night, relaxed enough for a long lunch with friends. And the food? It's guaranteed to spark conversation, with a symphony of distinct flavors that blend seamlessly into something truly greater than the sum of their parts. We order the spanakopita every single visit, and it never disappoints. The flaky crust gives way to a perfectly balanced blend of feta and spinach that sets the tone for the meal beautifully. The smoked octopus with capers is another standout appetizer. It's bold, flavorful, and absolutely worth exploring. For an entrée, don't overlook the fresh North Carolina trout served over a pea and mint purée, accompanied by Greek potatoes and roasted broccolini, and finished with a cucumber and caper relish. It's a masterclass in balance with every component complementing the fish rather than competing with it, resulting in a layered, memorable plate. The restaurant also offers a thoughtful selection of casual wines and beers to round out the experience. As we were leaving after a late lunch, we caught the chef making fresh pasta for the dinner menu. Safe to say, we'll be back and soon.

A friend has brought me here a couple times - once to dine in on the patio with her dog, and once for takeout - and it's been just delightful both times. The dining in experience was a Monday lunch and very quiet while the takeout was a Sunday evening and much busier. Despite the takeout situation, I opted for southern fried chicken most recently and was really delighted with the meal. The collards were well seasoned, the cornbread was huge, the slaw was slaw (though nothing to write home about, it's hard to make slaw that's worth writing about), and the chicken was well breaded, not overcooked, and still kinda crunchy despite its steam bath. I might have had the southern fried chicken plate the first time too, come to think of it... it's just impossible to find well done Southern food in the west, so I can't pass it up! The patio has nice seating options including a couple coveted tables in the shade. They are all pretty huge picnic tables so you may end up sharing if it's busy, but that's kinda the vibe here. There are dog water bowls and ice water for the pups in the summertime. Regarding vibes, it's right up my alley with servers rocking hairy armpits and tattoos all over the place. If you're a little more physically conservative you may be a bit put off, but I'd encourage you to try it out anyway.
