I came here for dinner with my family. Parking lot was easy and we got sat right away at a booth by a window. It was obvious that this place had a lot of regulars. We started off with fresh bread which was really good! We got a kids pizza, spaghetti with meat sauce and an added meatball, and the chicken marsala. The service could be better. They don't have a lot of servers which I get but it was pretty slow. One thing I also wasn't crazy about was that our food came in waves. The pizza came first and then several mins later the chicken and then lastly was the spaghetti. You would of thought the spaghetti would of came out first since it was all prob already made. By the time I got the spaghetti, my kids were already done eating their pizza. The food was pretty good. Overall it was a pretty good experience! read more

There were some things to like and some things not to like. When we arrived, all four of us (adults) commented on the pleasing decor. We were greeted warmly. When we asked for a booth instead of one of the open tables, they happily went and cleaned one off. The server took a while to get to us, but he was very pleasant too. However, he seemed to have a little language trouble understanding us. I ordered some garlic knots with cheese. They were a generous portion for us all to share. Delicious too. After we had placed our entree orders, the two of our group who ordered side salads got theirs quite quickly. Both said they were delicious, but our expectation was that a side salad is delivered with the entree, not as a separate course while the other two had nothing yet. All four entrees came out together. My Chicken Parmigiana was delicious and I would definitely have it again. There was enough to take home. My wife had Chicken Piccata and she liked hers too. Also enough to take home. One of our friends had the Chicken Marsala and he was not real pleased with it. However, he's generally not a big fan of Italian food. He said he'd choose the Eggplant Parmigiana next time. Our other friend had the Vegetable Lasagna. She was also a bit disappointed because there wasn't really any vegetables. Just pasta and sauce. She would not order it again. Will we go back. Probably. The pizza some other folks had looked jnc read more

Part 1: I literally called in at around 7:48pm for a Togo. Told em I wanted farfalle chicken Alfredo. She even repeated it back to me and corrected me on how to properly pronounce it. Which threw me completely off. I was so excited. Got home. Opened the my order. It was incorrect. Part 2: I called back advising the pasta selection was wrong. The young lady who I'm assuming was a just server kept having to put me on hold to speak to her manager. Per "management"I was given two options. Either they exchange my order or get my refund. I then spoke about who was going to pay for my gas having to go all the way back to the restaurant and pick up the correct order. I was put on hold once again. Per "management" she bargained either I can come back and get my correct order and also get 50% back or I can just get something for free another day. I told her I was gonna go with option number one and I also said deal. She then acknowledged and we both hung up. Part 3: Left my house. Got there. Turned in my incorrect order. Server takes it back. Her and the manager come back seconds later to meet me at the register. She then tells me that they can give me my money back. Or they can give me the right order. I advised her that that is not what we agreed on over the phone. I told her that if I was told to bring this order back that I will get my Wright order and also 50% back of my money to cover for the gas that I had to Waste to get back to the restaurant in order to get my order correct. She started to give me the runaround. I feel like she gave up really quick and offered me my money back immediately. And then proceeded to say that I came back for the order that I initially wanted in the first place. She made me wait five minutes. I got my order and went home. Food review: 7.5 out of 10. The farfalle was cooked to perfection. Could've provided more pasta concerning it's a pasta dish. Chicken could've used a little bit more time on the grill. Sauce was good, but I feel like it was too much sauce. Or not enough pasta the balance was not there. This is not authentic Italian food. This is Latino Italian style food. I was definitely getting a Mexican style ambience as I entered the building. Staff review: 3 out of 10. Servers need to pay more attention to details over the phone. Just slow down. Management needs to communicate more with what's being said and agreed with pawn over the phone with customers with incorrect orders. Price review: 4 out of 10. $21.60 is a little over priced. For $18/19 I could understand. You have different pastas and meats. I just so happen to get Farfelle and chicken Alfredo. Also In a bag came 3 garlic breads (6/10). I would just add more pasta on the smaller pastas that take up less space in a dish. String pasta plates get filled up to the top (hint: my initial incorrect order observation). My 2nd final and correct order seemed to only be filled up 45% of the dish. Add more food to your customers plates. I also did not receive napkins and silverware. Overall: 2 stars. read more

Fratellos is seriously my new go-to spot! The fried zucchini sticks? *Chef's kiss*--so crispy and full of flavor! The lasagna and pasta ala vodka? WOW. I've already been back once since my last visit because it's THAT good. The pizza was just okay, but with everything else being top-notch, I'm not even mad. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out! read more

This place has tons of options and everything is very affordable. I absolutely loved the garlic knots - we had the option to add cheese and it is a MUST. Im not one to normally review, but I had to on this one....we've eaten here many times, food is always great, but the service here and the wait staff is absolutely pathetic...this last time we went in, put our names on a wait list, said it would be 15-20 minutes, no big deal...another family came in after us, same size group, and they were seated before us (and we have 3 children ages 2,10,11) and they sat them before us, and we even told them that...they still sat the other family and laughed at us....it took everything I had not to burn the place to the ground....love their food, but we will never go again, absolute trash for service, FUCK YOU FRATELLO WAIT STAFF!!!!!!! read more

Excellent food and service! I've been twice. The first time I had chicken Marsala best I've had since I left NY and today I had the shrimp scampi over linguine. I liked the Marsala better but that's just my preference. If you want shrimp scampi this is a good dish! Ask for Melissa, she's really sweet and knowledgeable about the menu! read more

This restaurant is so affordable and the food is unreal! I will keep going back!! I would recommend going here to anyone.

The pizza was ok. Not bad, but nothing special. It was very light on sauce(almost none), so we asked for a little to dip the pizza in - $4 for two little cups. The waitress didn't bother to mention extra costs (for their lack of sauce). As the waiter offered to refill my coke, only the second time, he returned to the table to tell me they were out of regular Coke. This was an early supper (6:30) to be running out of a main supper drink people would choose. Sorry, but I'll say it plainly; I've been to plenty of restaurants run by Latinos (not Italians) where they refuse to give you refills on something like regular drinks. Service was ok. Waiter/waitress was nice enough. Atmosphere was the same it used to be when it was a Mexican restaurant. Would I go back? Nope. read more

This place is garbage. Got 3 small pizzas from Uber eats. Pizza was still hot. Crust and sauce is trash. Mind blowing that this place has 4.3 star rating out of 5. Taste like you got it off the cruise ship top deck at 11:30 pm after 15 light beers..... still bad read more

We love Fratello's!!! Chill atmosphere and you can tell the food is made with so much love. Vodka pasta and Buffalo Pizza are our favorites but honestly everything is so good. read more

Delicious bread rolls, buttery! Perfect portions for the kids, their spaghetti meat sauce and marinara were delicious! Chicken Masala was good as well as the chicken piccata. Food excellent, service is great, nice atmosphere. There is another in Spartanburg. Highly recommend!

Food is delicious, very easy to get into and service is great. Love the pizza:) we continue to come back time after time!

great food after a very looooong wait. I guess the upside is everything must have been made fresh but we waited over an hour for the food.

I'm still going to give them a four-star but, for me the pizza was sweet and wasn't really a true New York style pizza like I am used to in this area. I'm sure they'll do well as the place is clean and a new exciting concept for this location. I also tasted piece of their homemade tiramisu and I have to say it was very good... Five star on that for sure! Just wanted everyone to know that the dough was different, like pastry dough & I know some of y'all are going to Love it! read more

My party of 8 waited an hour and a half for appetizer salads and 2 hours for our main food. Our server with pink highlights was rude, she rolled her eyes and had an attitude when she spoke. She would disappear, only checked on us only a couple of times, and forgot to put our order in and our drinks. If it was super busy I would excuse this behavior but it was only moderate. read more

Ordered food to go! Absolutely perfect, accurate, delicious. The staff thought I was from Doordash as that is who I made the pickup order through. They were still very nice and professional even though they thought I was working. Everything was amazing. Will definitely be back. read more

Every time I move to a new city I have to find a great calzone and I definitely found the place in Greenville!! Fresh ingredients, a perfect blend of ricotta and mozzarella cheese, my signature add-ons of pepperoni and sausage, and an amazing marinara sauce on the side. Nice relaxed atmosphere with a great staff and cool music made for a wonderful experience!! read more

I saw this place was high rated during my search for dinner while working out of town. The ratings were telling the truth, the food is delicious! I ordered the chicken calzone and it was super tasty! Everything was well flavored and the marinara sauce we delish! The inside of the place is clean and fun. The gentlemen (Jason, I believe) who took my take out order was super kind and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend, I will definitely revisit! read more

We drive past this place frequently & finally decided to try it out... it did not disappoint!! The kids were happy and enjoyed coloring their menus while we waited for our food. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean with a fun atmosphere & the food is good. I highly recommend the eggplant parmigiana (which is breaded in house.) We will be back. read more

My first time stopping in for lunch & there was definitely some pros & cons. PROS: Fresh bread Large side salad Lot of meat in sandwich CONS: 30 minute wait for sandwich (no fault of waitress) Sandwich was dry (just a small amount of mayonnaise) No lunch specials, so a little expensive Definitely will go back & try the pizza or lasagna. read more

This restaurant is very dishonest they took an order over the phone and someone was using my card fraudulently and ordered $128.43 of food and when it popped up on my phone that someone was using my card I called the restaurant immediately and told them that it was fraudulent and they are unwilling to help and cancel the order or anything like that they said that was on my bank to take care of it. and it's still pending and it has not went through but still unwilling to help so they are very dishonest if they run the card through knowing its fraudulent that should be illegal. They were strait up dishonest and told me I would have to take it up with my bank to me that is a very dishonest business so. I would advise to to go there. No telling how many times this has happened. Be ause they said this happens a lot. Dont trust them. read more

Service was very slow due to call outs with staff. The amazing pizza made up for it. The fried zucchini was some of the best I've had.

The food is good, but the service is very disappointing. 2nd time I have been there to pick up an order. 1st time had to wait way longer than expected. 2nd time food was ready but I could not get the lady working the counter to acknowledge I was there. She took care of the man in front of me then walked away. I waited until a dine in man came up beside me to pay for his meal. She ignored me to take care of him and walked away again! I asked for the manager who took care of me while he and the lady spoke to each other in another language laughing. I will not be back and that's a shame. read more

It's alright! I've only been there once but there was good service! They have good food as well!!

We enjoyed our dinner at Fratello's the food was very good, and the server did a great job.

The food is great! My wife and I would eat there at least twice a week. Plus we would bring business associates and groups of friends. One day we brought a group of friends. The food was great. However my friend had a misunderstanding about the price of his meal. The area he was looking in showed the price of another meal, but his wasn't listed. He assumed it was the same as the other. When the bill came he asked if a consideration could be made due to the misunderstanding. The manager treated him as though he was a cheapskate trying to get a deal. I was embarrassed! The restaurant could have offered a small discount in view of my loyal patronage. They could have offered to comp his drink or even given him a dessert. Even the smallest gesture would have been appreciated. All of my friends that day walked away from the restaurant saying they would never return. That is four families. I also stopped going. read more
