Part 1: I literally called in at around 7:48pm for a Togo. Told em I wanted farfalle chicken Alfredo. She even repeated it back to me and corrected me on how to properly pronounce it. Which threw me completely off. I was so excited. Got home. Opened the my order. It was incorrect. Part 2: I called back advising the pasta selection was wrong. The young lady who I'm assuming was a just server kept having to put me on hold to speak to her manager. Per "management"I was given two options. Either they exchange my order or get my refund. I then spoke about who was going to pay for my gas having to go all the way back to the restaurant and pick up the correct order. I was put on hold once again. Per "management" she bargained either I can come back and get my correct order and also get 50% back or I can just get something for free another day. I told her I was gonna go with option number one and I also said deal. She then acknowledged and we both hung up. Part 3: Left my house. Got there. Turned in my incorrect order. Server takes it back. Her and the manager come back seconds later to meet me at the register. She then tells me that they can give me my money back. Or they can give me the right order. I advised her that that is not what we agreed on over the phone. I told her that if I was told to bring this order back that I will get my Wright order and also 50% back of my money to cover for the gas that I had to Waste to get back to the restaurant in order to get my order correct. She started to give me the runaround. I feel like she gave up really quick and offered me my money back immediately. And then proceeded to say that I came back for the order that I initially wanted in the first place. She made me wait five minutes. I got my order and went home. Food review: 7.5 out of 10. The farfalle was cooked to perfection. Could've provided more pasta concerning it's a pasta dish. Chicken could've used a little bit more time on the grill. Sauce was good, but I feel like it was too much sauce. Or not enough pasta the balance was not there. This is not authentic Italian food. This is Latino Italian style food. I was definitely getting a Mexican style ambience as I entered the building. Staff review: 3 out of 10. Servers need to pay more attention to details over the phone. Just slow down. Management needs to communicate more with what's being said and agreed with pawn over the phone with customers with incorrect orders. Price review: 4 out of 10. $21.60 is a little over priced. For $18/19 I could understand. You have different pastas and meats. I just so happen to get Farfelle and chicken Alfredo. Also In a bag came 3 garlic breads (6/10). I would just add more pasta on the smaller pastas that take up less space in a dish. String pasta plates get filled up to the top (hint: my initial incorrect order observation). My 2nd final and correct order seemed to only be filled up 45% of the dish. Add more food to your customers plates. I also did not receive napkins and silverware. Overall: 2 stars. read more

I came here for dinner with my family. Parking lot was easy and we got sat right away at a booth by a window. It was obvious that this place had a lot of regulars. We started off with fresh bread which was really good! We got a kids pizza, spaghetti with meat sauce and an added meatball, and the chicken marsala. The service could be better. They don't have a lot of servers which I get but it was pretty slow. One thing I also wasn't crazy about was that our food came in waves. The pizza came first and then several mins later the chicken and then lastly was the spaghetti. You would of thought the spaghetti would of came out first since it was all prob already made. By the time I got the spaghetti, my kids were already done eating their pizza. The food was pretty good. Overall it was a pretty good experience! read more

There were some things to like and some things not to like. When we arrived, all four of us (adults) commented on the pleasing decor. We were greeted warmly. When we asked for a booth instead of one of the open tables, they happily went and cleaned one off. The server took a while to get to us, but he was very pleasant too. However, he seemed to have a little language trouble understanding us. I ordered some garlic knots with cheese. They were a generous portion for us all to share. Delicious too. After we had placed our entree orders, the two of our group who ordered side salads got theirs quite quickly. Both said they were delicious, but our expectation was that a side salad is delivered with the entree, not as a separate course while the other two had nothing yet. All four entrees came out together. My Chicken Parmigiana was delicious and I would definitely have it again. There was enough to take home. My wife had Chicken Piccata and she liked hers too. Also enough to take home. One of our friends had the Chicken Marsala and he was not real pleased with it. However, he's generally not a big fan of Italian food. He said he'd choose the Eggplant Parmigiana next time. Our other friend had the Vegetable Lasagna. She was also a bit disappointed because there wasn't really any vegetables. Just pasta and sauce. This place has tons of options and everything is very affordable. I absolutely loved the garlic knots - we had the option to add cheese and it is a MUST. Im not one to normally review, but I had to on this one....we've eaten here many times, food is always great, but the service here and the wait staff is absolutely pathetic...this last time we went in, put our names on a wait list, said it would be 15-20 minutes, no big deal...another family came in after us, same size group, and they were seated before us (and we have 3 children ages 2,10,11) and they sat them before us, and we even told them that...they still sat the other family and laughed at us....it took everything I had not to burn the place to the ground....love their food, but we will never go again, absolute trash for service, FUCK YOU FRATELLO WAIT STAFF!!!!!!! read more

The pizza was ok. Not bad, but nothing special. It was very light on sauce(almost none), so we asked for a little to dip the pizza in - $4 for two little cups. The waitress didn't bother to mention extra costs (for their lack of sauce). As the waiter offered to refill my coke, only the second time, he returned to the table to tell me they were out of regular Coke. This was an early supper (6:30) to be running out of a main supper drink people would choose. Sorry, but I'll say it plainly; I've been to plenty of restaurants run by Latinos (not Italians) where they refuse to give you refills on something like regular drinks. Service was ok. My party of 8 waited an hour and a half for appetizer salads and 2 hours for our main food. Our server with pink highlights was rude, she rolled her eyes and had an attitude when she spoke. This restaurant is very dishonest they took an order over the phone and someone was using my card fraudulently and ordered $128.43 of food and when it popped up on my phone that someone was using my card I called the restaurant immediately and told them that it was fraudulent and they are unwilling to help and cancel the order or anything like that they said that was on my bank to take care of it. and it's still pending and it has not went through but still unwilling to help so they are very dishonest if they run the card through knowing its fraudulent that should be illegal. They were strait up dishonest and told me I would have to take it up with my bank to me that is a very dishonest business so. I would advise to to go there. The food is great! My wife and I would eat there at least twice a week. Plus we would bring business associates and groups of friends. One day we brought a group of friends. The food was great. However my friend had a misunderstanding about the price of his meal. The area he was looking in showed the price of another meal, but his wasn't listed. He assumed it was the same as the other. When the bill came he asked if a consideration could be made due to the misunderstanding. The manager treated him as though he was a cheapskate trying to get a deal. I was embarrassed! The restaurant could have offered a small discount in view of my loyal patronage. They could have offered to comp his drink or even given him a dessert.
