I was drawn to this place because they say they import their flour, tomatos for pizza sauce, and pizza cheese from Italy. I'm a health nut and avoiding pesticides/clean eating is very important to me. My lunch special 2 topping pizza was huge and AMAZING! I even felt good after eating it, which almost never happens at restaurants. Service was outstanding. The hostess and waitresses were younger gals, but they were very attentive and the hospitality was great. I think Hannah was my waitress. She gave me the wiii fii password so I could work on my laptop, the correct drink order, and was quick. The kitchen completely botched my order. I ordered a lunch pizza with extra sauce, onions, and pineapple. I was served a sausage pizza. The waitress and management made it right by remaking my order and giving me a 50% discount on my check. The thin crust pizza was very, very good. It was baked slightly more than we prefer but it was still delicious. Our waiter was nice and attentive. He kept our drinks full and provided lots of smiles. We went here based on a recommendation from friends. We were impressed from the moment we entered. Brittany greeted us at the door, told us to sit wherever we wanted and she followed with menus and tableware. She informed us that the dough, tomatoes and cheese are imported from Italy. She suggested a couple of appetizers, we choose the cheesey garlic sticks, she took our drink orders and appetizer order. Drinks and appetizer arrived and she took our food order. Pizzas came out hot and quickly and we're absolutely delicious. The decor is very becoming and fitting for an Italian restaurant. Brittany was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in till we walked out the door with all our leftovers. Pricing is very reasonable, pizza is good and buffalo wings are great. When you order a side of sauce for dipping it's a huge side which I really appreciate. Servers are all friendly. I walked into this place just shy of 6 pm on Friday. After eating the food- I'm SHOCKED that it wasn't completely full of patrons. First of all- the ambience is great. Clean, well decorated, and staff was incredibly friendly. Kaitlyn, my server, was amazing! Onto the food- it was just me. I ordered the wings with mild Buffalo and Carolina Gold on the side. The wings were cooked to perfection in my opinion! Nice, crispy, but not over cooked. The blue cheese was delectable! Most of the times blue cheese dressing is super thick and sometimes too much, but this blue cheese was similar to the consistency of a good ranch. I loved it! Then I got the Bianca pizza (10"), which was also delicious! Really wonderful crispy crust, but not too thin, not too thick. And the mix of the ricotta with the other cheeses was *chef's kiss* I got a cheesecake to go, and haven't tried that yet. I'm still so full from the meal! The great bite starts with the crust, which is a thin crust. The dough is imported from Italy and tastes like it.. It is then cooked in a Stone Hearth Oven. Thin crust is perfection. The sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes. Fresh .Mozzarella gives it a great texture. Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon,, Sausage , Ground Beef and Bacon Crumbles round out the pizza. My mom had the lunch size lasagna (she only ate half) and I had 1/2 cheesecake hoagie and both came with a side(we both got salads)....delicious! Lasagna meaty and cheesey, cheesesteak was meaty and 1/2 was plenty! I believe they were each $11 and the lunch menu had about 6 options which included pizza. They also have the full menu available. The garden salad pizza with cauliflower crust was so delicious with a nice balsamic in it. Management and/ or kitchen management visited our table to check on things. That always demonstrates to me genuine care and interest in building a base of repeat customers. Our server, Kaitlynn, was friendly, attentive, and obviously interested in doing her job well. This was so refreshing considering how many people these days reject the peace of mind, satisfaction, and pride that honest work for honest pay provides.
