We enjoy coming here to this Ruby Tuesday's in Clemson. We have been coming here for about 6 yrs. travelling 26 miles just to get their Delicious Bourbon Glaze Salmon and the awesome Salad Bar . The Salmon is always cook to perfection and the Salad bar always Fresh and fully stocked . We always go home full and Satisfied. The Restaurant and Rest Rooms are always clean !!! Had lunch there today and for the second time got a terrible steak. T-Bone was so tough that couldn't hardly cut it. Sent it back and the next one brought out was worse. Didn't even look like a T-Bone. Looked like it had been boiled and fried in a pan. They don't do steak well. I would advise you go somewhere else if you want steak. I was treated to lunch with my brother and niece at Ruby Tuesday in Clemson. I had not dined at a Ruby Tuesday, since the one in Easley closed. It wasn't too crowded at 12:00. The special was soup and the salad bar for $10.99. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup and salad bar, my brother ordered the potato soup and salad bar. My niece decided to do only the salad bar. There were several types of lettuces, including spinach. The toppings were plentiful as well chopped eggs, olives, ham, pasta salads, beets, chickpeas, bacon and those pumpernickel crouton that I love. Kamilla seated and waited on me. Very nice young lady. Attentive and friendly. The salad bar was great but I did not see potato salad, sad. I had the New Orleans seafood. Creole-seasoned blackened tilapia & sautéed shrimp smothered in Parmesan cream. Served with grilled zucchini and rice pilaf. This meal was tender and yummy. Updating my review from years ago. We came about a month ago and I ordered a burger that had a random sauce on it I asked if it was spicy they said no so I said ok I'll take that it came out super spicy I couldn't eat it I apologized and asked for another and the waiter basically argued with me that I was wrong? Until the event brought me a new Patty not a new burger but a patty without the sauce. Now we went yesterday because I had a bogo for an adult entree, two kids meals and one adult entree was $65. That's insane. It also took 30 minutes to bring the ticket after we asked for it so I took our kids and sat in the car while my husband paid, he brought a visa gift card he received for Christmas and the manager said he could only take 20% from it and he'd better use it somewhere else which makes no sense so we paid another way. I'd like to mention the couple beside me got their meal free and ate nothing they left a steak plate and fries and a chicken plate with 2 sides and left after the manager apologized and offered free dessert they declined and left which only leads me to believe something nasty was in their food. So overall this place has went down hill and the the prices have went up. I can't imagine if I had to pay $19 more for the chicken and fries I ordered. 2 stars because the food was fine I ate it. We had a reservation for thirty for our late family Christmas gathering. The three waitresses were phenomenal. You wouldn't have known they were serving our large group as they were so attentive to what we needed. I am quadriplegic and where they placed me was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Playing it safe this time, I got chicken tendies. For dessert I got the S'more's Skillet and WOW! Perfection on both. It took maybe 15 minutes for the steak to come, and when it did, the steak was medium well done, it smelled and tasted like hamburger, except that it was a bit tough. I am a weekly visitor to this location. I have the app. I used my rewards on my dinner. I ordered New Orleans Seafood plate. I was served brunt fish and shrimp. I was shocked that they would serve this to me. I return my plate and waited 20 minutes on my return plate. The manger joked that what happens at home sometimes and we are family. I had to eat by myself since my husband had eaten his dinner. We suggested to the manager that for the inconvenience he should offer us a slice of cheesecake, We received our cheesecake. When the bill came the cheesecake was on our bill. When we questioned it, we were told that the meal was discounted because of my rewards app and no other discount could be done. When she told him he wanted to bring it as we were leaving. We had already waited for the check and our dessert for at least 20 minutes . The dirty dishes sat on out table for so long I finally got up and moved them to another dirty table. Also, I had ice water to drink and asked 3 different times for a refill. He would always say "of course"! but he would never bring it. I had a glass of luke warm water to wash down my dinner. My husband was never offered more tea and he is a big tea drinker. Our table had a plastic tablecloth that had some dried food on it. Had to get the server to wipe off the tablecloth and tool a bit of effort to get it off. Not very appetizing. We have eaten here three times in the last month and each time was very different. First time we was mid week for lunch and we were seated in a booth and the upholstery was split and worn out. Spend some money on refurbishment. The all you can eat salad bar was good. The second time we were there on a Sunday after church with a party of six. It was crowded and we were seated at a round table on the left side of the dining area towards the store front. This table top is broken with an area that hangs down and is not level with the rest of the table. One of the chairs was broken, too, so if you were to lean back there was no support. We all ordered and several had the salad bar. There was a long wait and the waiter came by and said the kitchen had run out of fish. So we had to order something else. By the time our food arrived the others were through eating. Third visit was also on a Sunday. Just the two of us. It was not crowded, We knew not to order off the menu and chose the salad bar. Service was excellent but I overheard the waiter telling the customer behind me that he was sorry, that they were out of baked potatoes. Here are my thoughts: Fix the broken table or get a new one. Remove the broken chair. If someone falls backwards, you could be sued. Plan ahead and order enough food so you won't be running out and if that is not the problem, get enough cooks so you can keep up with orders. Whatever the problem is, you need to fix it. Running out of food at 12:30 on a Sunday is inexcusable. This needs to be under control by the time football season starts or you will have some very unhappy customers. read more

I quit dining in years ago. Sometimes if just pop in and fix a to go salad off of the bar, though. It always seemed to be hit or miss. I tried 3rd party delivery twice. Both times I ordered the lava cake for dessert. I live only 11 minutes away. BOTH TIMES, you put the ice cream on top of the hot food that I ordered, so it was completely melted! Visited here recently for lunch. We have a family of 4 including a 14 year old and a 2 year old. Our total was $40 including tip. We all ate and two of us had drinks as well so I think it's a fair value. The restaurant was clean and pretty empty, but service was terribly slow for as empty as it was. Table that were there when we arrived didn't get their entrees until we did, which was about 40 minutes after ordering. That is a long time to wait for two burgers and a sandwich. The salad bar was clean and well stocked, I really enjoyed the fresh blue cheese for my salad and the fresh made potato salad.
