When I visit my aunt we always stop here for a mini blizzard. I am shocked to see such low scores for this place. I have been here at least two other times and have never been disappointed. Staff was polite. I got my cherry chocolate and my aunt got the turtle cluster. Cost for two mini's $7.83. We sat inside and ate our blizzards. Their food is nothing short of terrible. Burgers are edible, but don't order any of their chicken that is fried. Their chicken tenders are cooked too long, they're hard, and not much bigger than your pinky. The ONLY thing that they have going for themselves is their Blizzards, and most of the time there's not enough of the desired topping mix in them...even if you ask to pay extra for it! read more

Not cool, DQ, not cool. Load the family in the car, drive 20 minutes to get here, wait in line for 30 minutes. If you're not keeping track, I've invested almost an hour so far. I get to the speaker at 8:17 PM and was told that they took their last order the car before us. So they didn't close at 8 PM? They didn't close at 8:30? Or 9:00? They simply chose a random time? They even had a sign on the speaker that said last inside orders were taken at 8:30, soI said I would order inside. But they said that didn't apply to today. Another 20 minute drive back home. My friends and I went to get some blizzards and they were phenomenal. The service was spectacular. i have been waiting my whole life to see a blizzard be flipped in front of my eyes. i can now say my life is complete and even got a back story to why they flip the blizzard every time. would definitely recommend going to this DQ!! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! The owner is beyond rude and a liar and a THIEF. I stopped in for an ice cream and forgot my phone on the counter. When I came back to get it an hour later, the owner told me I had not left it here. I used my son's phone to call it and heard it ringing from behind the counter. When I confronted him about it he rudely said, Well, how does he know that's my phone?. Obviously I had just asked him for it back and I just called it! and he had lied to me about it. Then he said if I wanted it back I was going to have to pay him for it because he needed money! This was the owner of the DQ location! Perhaps it's just a single bad day, but coming to this place was a miserable experience. The air conditioning was broken and it was hotter inside than it was out. We ended up sitting outside and had to listen to a diesel truck our entire meal. The poor cashier was new and mostly abandoned by his coworkers. I could tell he was trying but lacked the knowledge to key in simple items. The line was long because of this. The food was made quickly, though our kids meals must have immediately been bagged out of the fryer. The chicken fingers burned MY fingers. Good thing I didn't let my kids touch them first. DOV: Mon., March 26 @ 4:50pm It had been a while since I had visited a DQ so a friend and I stopped in for a bite. About halfway through my Oreo Blizzard I remembered why I vow each time not to get another Blizzard...1) they are good for the first few bites and after that, they are just okay and 2) they are expensive. Mine was $4.40. Crazy high. In their defense they do put a lot of toppings in the Blizzard, but still... After dessert, I ordered supper (Life is short, eat dessert first...haha) I got the double cheeseburger combo which comes with fries and a medium drink. The meat was waaay overcooked, so much that it was crispy. It ruined the burger. The fries were excellent and the coke was good. I think it would have been a really good burger if the meat had been cooked properly. Frankly, I'm surprised they served it like that, and at $6.69, they should not have served it that way. The place was clean and the workers I encountered were all friendly and helpful. I think the cook was just not paying attention to his/her job. I would recommend this DQ because I think they are probably on their game more often than not. I just can't see more than 3-stars when they botched the main part of a $7 meal. read more

This DQ does not have a full menu but still a decent one. Food is sub par and almost over cooked and fries were under cooked and almost flavorless. My daughter got a banana with her meal and it was green because it hasn't even started to ripen; this means it maybe somewhat fresh but has a bad metallic taste that all unripe bananas has. When we ordered the cashier just gave us a dumb look instead of asking us if we wanted or help. They not only messed up the order the first time but we had to go back as well because the left the icecream off that came with the $7 meals. When we went to get the ice creams we just got a silent dumb look again. This place needs to work harder on training staff on how to deal and treat customers. read more

After we ordered we sat down and waited and could see the kitchen and no one even started cooking our meal until 30 minutes after we got there. Found some kind of hair or fuzz in my food and took a picture. The hair/fuzz was not just on my fries it was on the chicken and even in my drink cup. Very unsanitary. The cashier told us one price at the drive thru and a different at the window. We gave her a 20 as it was 6 dollars and she took both the 5 and 20 bills and gave us cents back. When we confronted her about the mistake she told us we were wrong and she did it right. She said we were holding up the line and needed to go. I went here to enjoy a nice brunch after my first period class. Me and my buddy walk in to a whole new country literally. The music was so beautiful and relaxing it was like a dying goat. Not to mention the hair my friend had found not only in his cup but also on his fries. Got the $5 chicken strip lunch which is a couple strips, fries, drink and a sundae. Chicken comes with gravy for dipping. I wanted honey mustard which is standard with strips. They charged $1 for the catsup sized pack!! I'd never been charged prior. This is a decent little lunch and was a good value. I ate there whenever I craved the chicken strips.. Ended up telling them they can charge for a normal blizzard and then it was okay. Asked for a large blizzard, got charged for a medium, and received a small cup which tasted freezer burned and didn't pass the blizzard test, it was runny. This is a terrific DW Grill. Extremely well run. My wife and I have to drive 20+ miles to go to this location but it is well worth it. I am so sick and tired of fast food restaurants that serve room temperature food that has been sitting under a warming light for 20 minutes i.e. McDonalds. All food orders are prepared when you place your order!!! Not ahead of time and placed in a warming drawer. Their chicken finger baskets are outstanding but be careful, the chicken and fries will be very, very hot!!! Isn't that unique for a fast food restaurant!!! This is probably why they usually have twice as many cars in their parking lot compared to the Burger King across the street!!!!! read more
