Our server was Michael, and he made us feel welcome and took great care of us while also connecting with us personally. The dining room is quiet and dimly lit, so perfect for close dinners and special occassions. The bar and special occasion rooms are in separate rooms, so the noise and TV screens are minimal and out of the way. If you are looking for a place to go on a date, celebrate Valentine's Day, or take out your significant other, you CANNOT go wrong with Rick Erwin's. The food itself is cooked to perfection every time and the ingredients are excellent. I would highly recommend the wedge salad and the filet. Great dressing on the wedge and all of the veggies are crispy. The filet is so tender, it's like eating butter! The black and bleu addition (balsamic and bleu cheese) makes for a really nice flavor and tanginess. The mashed potatoes (and really all the sides) are family style, so there are large portions that you can share. We love Rick Erwin's and will definitely keep coming back again and again.

She just came over and introduced herself to me and was so professional. It was such a nice refreshing change for most the restaurants in town. She was be happy to be here as I was with my professional server/bartender Patrick. Great overall experience and service. Overall, i'm very pleased with the staff change and service that I have received from Patrick as well as Kayla, who is one of the other bartenders. Quite frankly this a fair value for all of the extras and extra service that I have received. I'm very happy that I have started frequently this place again and Holly recommend it! The food bear is amazing here, and as I indicated, obviously the service is above anybody's expected level and the ambience is clean, crisp and desirable!
