The food itself is cooked to perfection every time and the ingredients are excellent. I would highly recommend the wedge salad and the filet. Great dressing on the wedge and all of the veggies are crispy. The filet is so tender, it's like eating butter! The black and bleu addition (balsamic and bleu cheese) makes for a really nice flavor and tanginess. The mashed potatoes (and really all the sides) are family style, so there are large portions that you can share. We love Rick Erwin's and will definitely keep coming back again and again.

She just came over and introduced herself to me and was so professional. It was such a nice refreshing change for most the restaurants in town. She was be happy to be here as I was with my professional server/bartender Patrick. Great overall experience and service. Overall, i'm very pleased with the staff change and service that I have received from Patrick as well as Kayla, who is one of the other bartenders. Quite frankly this a fair value for all of the extras and extra service that I have received. I'm very happy that I have started frequently this place again and Holly recommend it!
