But the experience was a masterclass in how grease, no flavor, and zero effort can ruin even the simplest meal. The service didn't help. It was flat and uninterested, what was made worse by a language barrier that turned ordering into a challenge. Even asking for a clean ketchup bottle became a disconnect. The server offered no smile, no care or enthusiasm. And that ketchup bottle? The worn label and grime made it obvious they refill it endlessly. If they never reach the bottom, that ketchup is going to turn rancid. Nothing says "welcome" like questionable condiments. The patties appear to be pre‑cooked, and simply reheated or assembled when someone places an order. The Sheriff Burger was supposed to come with bacon; instead, I got one bacon bit. One. It all felt like an afterthought, not a meal. Then there's the price. Fast‑food quality at a premium price is insulting. You don't even get a printed check -- just a total spoken out loud, no transparency, no chance to verify anything. Whether mistakes happen accidentally or intentionally, you'll never know. With so many better options out there for less money, this place simply doesn't compete. Place was surprisingly good for only being 3 stars. I had the Flecha Burger. It was a thick burger and cooked perfectly. Only thing was it needed a little bit more BBQ sauce. The Grand Sheriff was what my fiancé got he said it was the best! It looked good. Fries and onion rings are nothing but frozen brought ones I'm guessing. The burgers seem small in comparison to other place we enjoy. Service was lack luster and there was somewhat of a language barrier. When we were headed here, I thought it was a burger place. When we walked in it felt like a Mexican restaurant. The menu was a cross between the two. I had the Mexican burger (but removed several of the sauces), and it was pretty good. The patties are smash burgers, and they were well caramelized and seasoned. The staff was friendly. We love Sheriff Burger! The food is fresh, and you can taste the love and heritage in every plate! Columbian food is interesting, and the owners are really nice people. The waiter was not at all friendly, didn't seem to understand us and left the off a key aspect of our meal after confirming that it was correct. The food was okay, but no t worth the price at all. Found this place while looking for somewhere different to eat. Pleasant atmosphere, fancy menu. Seated right away and IGNORED for 15 straight minutes. The burger is something special. It is seasoned well, and it has things that are atypical for burgers but work well with the meat. The fries were also better than typical fries.
