Burgers were very good. Fries were quite bad. Tasteless. Not crispy. Noodle-like. Pretty slow service also. I get that they cook to order making the burger fresh and good...but again the fries. The service sucks and it has been a record time for how long I have waited for a burger and fries. 47 minutes. There are only 3 people actively working despite the name "5 Guys". I was about to climb behind the counter and make my own burger. Dog shit establishment. Never had a problem with Five Guys except for this experience. Very dirty dining area. Almost every table needed cleaning & the floor was very dirty. Have eaten at Five Guys in numerous locations & they're usually squeaky clean. The burger was good, but the fries were the worst I've had @ Five Guys. The oil needed changing in the fryers. I was very disappointed. read more

today I went to five guys Seneca around 2:40 I had been CRAVING a burger sense around 11 am this morning I wanted a burger so bad I got up out of bed and took a shower and was very happy I was going to get a burger I got there and places a order to go y'all were mild busy ( steady ) I orderd it and it was ready in 15 minutes . I get my burger and someone in the kitchen put CHEESE on my hamburger I didn't ask for that !!!!!!!! I hate cheese I'm an alegic . it's very greasy which throws off ph balence and makes me break out idk why you have the audacity to add so much greese but it needs to stop . and I don't know if y'all can't count but every burger I got had THREE paddy's instead of two college students should know how to count it's not hard !!! 1+1 =2 not three . stupid . igrorencr and once again my burger had cheese. never again . hope y'all all get fired read more

We went as a family for supper. I wanted to order something small because I had eaten lunch.. So I ordered a hot dog, and I specifically told the man that I wanted chili on hot dog. When the food came I opened up the hot dog there was no chili. I took the hot dog back up to the counter and I told him it was not right. This young man told me we do not have chili. I said what?... The cashier at the counter didn't tell me you did not have chili. I Would not have ordered a hot dog if he had told me. Do not order hot dogs there. They do not have chili. Ordered curbside food and called when I got to the parking lot. They told me I had to come in and pick it up myself. I said I had no mask and have health conditions. They said I still had to come inside to pick it up. After I picked up my food I asked if I could get a refund on the curbside tip I included on my order and they told me to go stand in line for the register - which I did not do because there was a long line of college students not social distancing. I'm sitting in the restaurant now!!! I like music, but it is sooo loud and the cooks are screaming over it. Not talking, singing and clapping their hands, while hooping and holleringI have been in here 30+ minutes and no one has come out to wipe off one table. The floors are filthy...probably haven't been cleaned in a couple of days! The soft drink dispensers need attention as well. 4 are standing around behind the counter and one just came out to clean "window sills," he was the sweeper behind the counter and took orders too. His name is Christopher C. He's the only one cleaning and it's not the tables and floors. I guess the manager wears a black shirt, he's too busy playing around and talking to do anything. WELP! The window sills are done!!! I came in at 1:09 and it's now 1:55 still no cleaning being done! Same guy Christopher is now emptying garbage cans. Still no help from the other "5". Won't be back!
