Edit: i see that the owner has responded yet nothings changed and i still wait over ten minutes What's the point of ordering online when ill still have to waste most of my break waiting for it still? I ordered at 10:25 and got there at 10:35 and still didn't get my food until 10:45. I literally ordered ahead so i would have it ready when i got there but waited just as long as if i had ordered inside. I would get it if you were busy but 3 cars doesn't count as busy ffs. You either need a new crew or you need to treat them right so they actually care about what they're doing. read more

My order number was 1217 . I came through and ordered and on the order was a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese no onions that they only gave me a single quarter pounder and a Double Quarter Pounder package and it was full of onions . All of the fries were cold and when the order was given for two bottles of water they brought out the food and didn't bring the water . So then they had to go back inside and it took him 5 to 8 minutes before they came back out with the bottles of water .! I went there last night and ordered 2 extra patties on my Big Mac, but they only put one extra patty. They have done that three times in a row now. i have never been inclined to want to write a negative review but I just had the worst experience. I order on the app, yes I did get confused with the guy I. the speaker... I'm really tired, my daddy passed away two days ago and my brain isn't functioning properly right now. he said 2nd window, so my d.a. saw #2 and misunderstood the instructions, my bad. But the lady came to the window with a crap attitude and said what do you want, informed me that the first window is actually the second window, then tells me i have to get back behind the car that was in front of me in line before I went to window. I asked her if I need to go back all the way around and she said no so I proceeded to back up to get back the line where I was but at this time more had line so I was confused. What me to do what I supposed to cut these other people off and get back in line and like I said before, my brain is not exactly working normally at the moment, I understand that probably look like a complete idiot. But regardless she was so rude and on top of that she was yelling at me and so i just left... now im too upset to even call the store to ask for a refund. They served my daughter an old burnt looking patty. When I was served I was told "next time it'll be easier to order a plain cheeseburger kids meal" all because when I ordered I said "a plain hamburger kids meal with cheese." Me and my 4 year old also had to wait ( FOR THIS) at one of their reserve spots about 10 minutes. I get a McFlurry with Oreo and ask them to add caramel. I can say without a doubt, they served me the best McFlurry I have ever had. Not only was it filled to the brim, but it also had LOADS of caramel AND Oreo! WOW! For my burger, I also danced with the devil, ordering a 1/4 lb with BACON. Their hours are a lie. Their website and all apps say that this is a 24 hour McDonald's. But I pull up at 2 am and there's nobody there and the doors are locked and drive thrus closed. They have no signage around to tell you otherwise. No idea when they close but it's evidently earlier than 2 am. Don't trust their posted hours! read more

Food was typical and alright. Service was just plain slow and they had half our order sitting open..not wrapped up and so that was cold by the time we got our fries. Also they blatantly exposed at least 20 people of all ages to a safety risk with a huge amount of pooling water by their coke machine. Absolutely NO wet floor sign anywhere in site and when I asked them to put one out they heard me and chose to do nothing. The so called maintenance man even ignored my warnings that if someone got hurt they could sue because there was no sign. I never leave bad reviews for fast food places... You get what little you pay for. However, On multiple occasions now I have had terrible service and completely wrong orders at this location. I am a sucker for sweet tea, which is usually the only reason I stop at any McDonald's. Tonight is the icing on the cake. On top of multiple wrong orders in the past, I've usually over looked, again it's McDonald's so not really judging. But I order only a sweet tea tonight and when I get home and take my first sip the tea tastes bad! Like it had been out all day and was sour. Something they advertise for they can't even do right.
