This location is constantly pulling people up. Even when no one is in line behind the cars. The drive-time they report is NOT accurate, I'm sure. The customer service is .... slack but not because they are rude. They clearly don't have enough employees on each shift. During a dinner rush they have two employees! If you like this chain, don't go to this location. To be so close to a major University ... it's sad. I have worked fast food and understand the struggle the workers face. They can't control how many people are on the schedule and management needs to do something about this location ASAP!! Now, I'm not basing this off of one experience. On April 7, I ordered a 12-tender meal for pickup that night and paid $27.03. When I arrived to pick up my food, a young woman rudely told me that they haven't had tenders all day and that I need to cancel the order. I asked for my money back, but she said she didn't know how, couldn't do it and told me to figure it out myself. I still have not received a refund, and when contacting Popeyes Help, they offered me a $20 coupon and nothing else "given the circumstances." How does that make any sense? I will never give anything to this establishment or company again, and I plan on shooing others away. read more

This is the absolute worst Popeye's around. The dining room is never open. It doesn't matter what time of day you go or when you decide to go by there it's just not open. They only have a drive-through open in certain times and sometimes that's closed as well. You never know what you're going to get so don't bother going bother by there. Also, if you go to Drive thru most of the time, your food will be incorrect as well. I don't think I've ever had a good experience here at this location. read more

Typical greasy fast food but it's cooked fresh and has seasoning/flavor!! Which is typically hard to find around here. The fried chicken is hot and fresh with a crunchy (not soggy) breading. Fries are good, mashed potatoes are like every other fast food place (instant) and their cole slaw is very good. Wait time is average. Drive thru is available and it's always been clean when I've stopped in. I'm really not a fan of fast food but if I'm in a rush and looking for a chicken sandwich or fried chicken, I'll always come here first. read more

I have been there twice in the past year. Takeout only service. Both times the order was incorrect - missing a side, chicken fingers instead of pieces, two pieces rather than ten, etc. The first time I found a manager and after 30 minutes received the correct order. Today I decided my time was better spent elsewhere. The person taking the order called me "Babe" and "Honey". I corrected her both times. I am 77 years old, raised in the Deep South.
