    Chili Dog

The food was awful, I ordered a chili cheese dog. The chili looked like canned dog food and the hot dog itself tasted like a Vienna sausage and had the texture of one as well. My drink was also sniffed to see if it was root beer or Pepsi by the lady in the front. I won't be back.

Make sure you try the corn nuggets (my mouth is watering just thinking about those) the coleslaw or the specials.

This event was held in the plaza outdoors so I didn't get a chance to check the inside of this joint. I tried a few bites of the chicken sandwich and the regular beef burger. Both were already very cold so they were definitely not able to cover a larger event without premaking everything early. The chicken was awfully dry & the burger spice was way too salty. The beef patty was tough and dense due to turning cold. Fries were average, but the dryness was why I couldn't take more than a few bites of each. I ended up just getting ice cream in the same plaza instead. Two stars for fast service of handing out the premade burgers & I guess for having enough food when we got there still ‍

We ordered a burger, chicken fingers, fries, and a grilled chicken sandwich. Our food took almost 25 mins and on top of that my grilled chicken sandwich was COLD. It was also so dry. The chicken finger breading was falling off and it was wet. The onion rings were ok and the fries were a stingy portion for what it was I have no desire to come back to this location.

The food was phenomenal though! We ended up getting the 3 for $10 fries, which was quite the steal! I also got the sliders which were all delicious, any my husband also really enjoyed his burger which I believe was the Beer Essentials burger. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back to try some other things in the menu!

There wasn't much BBQ sauce on the Hangover burger so asked for more ( we were charged 50 cents for it Waitress didn't mention that either! Lemonade is good and sharp! Bathroom was clean and tidy. Smelt like a bleach block. I was going to pay by scan on receipt but server insisted she did it on her machine. Minimum tip is 20% so I can see why . She asked twice if we were paying by cash but I didn't see a differential on the receipt . Usually it's lower if paying by cash! It was ok.

Right away, the service stands out. We were greeted and immediately offered a sample of brisket, which set the tone. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the ordering process has a really smooth, well thought out flow that keeps things moving without feeling rushed. We sat on the covered patio, which was clean, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy a meal. Now, the food. This is where it really shines. I'm a bit of a BBQ aficionado, so I'll be a little nitpicky, but none of this takes away from how great it was overall. The brisket was phenomenal. We tried both lean and fatty--both were excellent. If I had to critique anything, it leaned slightly salty, but the bark, smoke, and overall flavor were outstanding. The pulled pork was just as impressive. Tener, moist, and packed with flavor, with no wasted bits. The Texas sausage was incredibly flavorful, though slightly on the mealy side texturally. That said, the green chile cheddar sausage was an absolute standout. Loaded with flavor, chiles, and cheese. A must-order. The sides were the only area that didn't quite keep pace with the meats. The beans were a bit undercooked and lacking depth of flavor. The slaw was fresh and well-balanced, but not particularly memorable. The corn pudding was solid, but again, nothing that stood out. The sauces also deserve some recognition. All four were fantastic, each with its own unique profile. Honestly, I could've just sat there sampling them on their own. They paired perfectly with different meats and added another layer to the experience. Overall, this is an incredible BBQ spot. While it may not quite reach the level of some top tier Texas joints, it absolutely rivals them and stands out as one of the best you'll find outside of Texas.

When I came in, there was no line which was amazing! They let you sample the meats before you get it. You gotta get the brisket! Literally the best brisket I've ever had. I sampled a burnt end piece and fell in love lol The brisket was so juicy, tender and well seasoned. It had a nice crispy crust and just melts in your mouth. The pork ribs were also very good! The crust was so good. The meat didn't quite fall off the bone but was still delicious! The fries were also perfectly crispy, hot, and balanced out the bbq well. They have plenty of seating bunch of picnic tables outside and quite a few tables inside. They also have a bar inside. I wish I lived closer so I could come back more lol I'll definitely have to shop by again next time I'm in the area.

I start by placing an order for a chicken, alfredo, and penne and another one with chicken, red sauce, penne, and cheese... essentially a chicken parm, but they have it listed on the menu all as a build-your-own-pasta. They said no problem and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes... great! After 15 minutes I start walking over and arrive for my order. They seem a bit confused, but also have my name and order so I pay and someone tells me it will be right out. I then waited another 10-15 minutes so maybe they forgot and did it on the fly. They hand me a bag for Scott and I head out. Then I get back to my hotel only to find one of the entrees is missing. I proceed to call them back and let them know I'm missing the chicken parm. I asked if anyone could run it over to my hotel because I'm watching my friends baby and now I just lost my window to run out and grab dinner. They said that wasn't possible so I made my friend late to her event while I ran back out to grab the other half of the order. I get there and they have it ready so I can just grab it, go back out the door, and back again to the hotel. I get upstairs after walking a 5k back and forth a couple times only to find out that they still didn't give me the chicken parm, but yet another alfredo and penne (minus the chicken on this one). After all this, I had no time to go back so I didn't even bother to call and complain. We divied up the chicken between the two dishes and ate sad dinner. It's almost a bummer that it was so tasty because the service and attention to detail was so lacking. I'm guessing this is good for a decent late night pie or quick lunch, but I was disappointed with my experience.

Coming in, there were many tables available, so I just sat at a hi-top community table, since I was alone. The young lady taking care of me was very friendly and did a nice job giving me her feelings about the menu. I opted for one of the subs she liked, the STP Dipper. I asked for their pasta salad as a side. It was made pretty quickly and delivered to the table and looked pretty good. Unfortunately, it came with their potato salad instead of the pasta salad I asked for. I say "unfortunately" because they make a sweeter version and I think it might have pickles. So, I tried it - Didn't like it. So, when she came around to check on me I pointed out to her that I got potato salad and she quickly apologized and went and got me a side of pasta salad. The pasta salad was a little odd, it was sweet too, but had some interesting ingredients. I tried a few bites, but wasn't a fan. As for the sub - it was pretty good! The sauce they give with it, the Formula 45 was also on the sweet side, but the description seemed to make me think of fast food special sauce (A.K.A. Big Mac sauce) and this definitely was not that, it was much better. It works pretty nicely with this sub's ingredients and I really liked the bread and the pop of bacon bits on it really brought it together nicely. Overall, I would most definitely return and wished there was a location closer to me so I could try more of the menu, as I feel I missed out on other options that might have been better. I'm VERY disappointed in their horrible sides, as least the two I tried. I feel they could improve there. Service was very nice and made up for the poor sides.
