The menu is fine and engaging, but the output was not up to the price point. And the crab cake appetizer mostly forgot the crab and was well obscured by the sauce and creamed spinach topping. Second, the service was solidly -ish. I reserved a regular table online and noted a special occasion and was put in the bar area at a high top with no reflection of the occasion at all. Third, the ambiance. Being in the bar area it was very loud, not at all an intimate gathering and it made flagging down the server a challenge. Plus the high-top tables were so closely packed we had to hurdle the other patrons to get in and out of the seat. Finally, the service. Good, but by no means sophisticated. Pasta without a pasta spoon, chilled white wine without a cooling charger, and generally disinterested service. For the $150 I spent for two for dinner, I was disappointed and won't likely be back. Shame really.
