We ordered two meals. The fries spilled on the tray and were cold. I took 1 fry to be replaced. The worker took the fries and poured them back into the heating fry station (the lamp not the oil). I was startled. I said "you can't serve those fries, some touched the tray and I touched some of them". They didn't care. I emailed Wendy's corporate over a month ago. Breakfast for first time. How bad can it be? Well one biscuit with honey chicken ordered, quick fix. But the biscuit fell apart while trying to eat it. Hubby liked the chicken, but would rather have had it in the biscuit. Mine was egg & bacon ,no cheese, on biscuit. One thing when you order no cheese,that normally means the food will be fresh, not under a lamp. Ok, nope one piece bacon burnt, other piece barely cooked and the egg was over cooked. Now onto my biscuit, it was doughy and tough on outer rims, could not continue trying to eat that. No more breakfast! We enjoy Wendy's chili and baked potatoes. What I got for a burger was two buns, a beef patty, a singular slice of cheese, and mayonnaise. But the past 3 times I've been there, they've forgotten something in my order. This time it was the 6 piece nugget. I get it, it's fast food. But we order on the app to make sure it's very easy and straightforward on what we want and pay for. It's not like we're getting huge orders either. Literally a meal combo add a 6 piece nugget. And they just forget. Never write reviews because 1) I've worked in fast food, i know how it is, and 2) one mess up doesn't bother me that much. My family and I go to Wendy's quite often. Tonight I went in by myself. I went in the door near the drink dispensers that is also on the side of the drive thru. I walked in, and nearly fell due to the puddle of water on the floor. Thankfully I caught myself. I told one of the workers, and she told someone else, who then told someone else. The whole time I was there the water on the floor was NEVER cleaned up. I needed to order three meals. I proceed with the first and she tells me the total. Since when do we order three meals that are going to the same place in THREE SEPARATE ORDERS. I was patient and went onto the second order. She STILL separated the orders. I even told the cashier they would be going to the same place and that it would fine to put in all in one bag. Apparently she didn't understand that. I had to pay for all three meals separately. I get home and one of the sandwiches I ordered had everything I did not want on it. I am going back tonight to see if the water has been cleaned up AND to get my order corrected. Also, the food was not very good. Small dry cheeseburgers with the skinniest of bacon. I guess I shouldn't have expected much after the experience anyways. They don't know how to take orders well at all. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with them. I really hope they never are in healthcare bc they will probably kill someone if they don't listen to orders well. The fries were good and hot but once again got part of my order wrong. I went in to pick up a mobile order I placed on Monday, and when I got into the restaurant a 50 year old white man who looked like the manager of the store said something to me that i didn't understand, as I was across the entire store. When I asked him to repeat himself he screamed at me that my order was in a blue cubby near the door. He shouted so loud that even his coworkers laughed and asked him what he was doing. This Wendy's is pathetic. Their employees are extremely slow. After waiting a half hour for my food, when I got home, I sadly realized they gave me a BACON-ator with NO BACON. How do you forget the bacon? It's in the name. I called back looking to get the sandwich refunded on to my card. At first, I was asked to hold and then after a few minutes I was hung up on with no explanation. I called multiple times and they let the phone go to voicemail. On the fifth call someone finally answered, and they told me I had to go back to the store for them to be able to refund my burger. I decided to go back and get my refund because of how ridiculous it is to get a baconator with no bacon. When I got there, the so called "manager" Shane seemed extremely clueless of anything going on in the restaurant. When he started handing me cash for my refund, I asked why it wasn't going back on my card, since I paid with my card. I am absolutely astonished at the incredibly low quality of service at this Wendy's location. Not only the employees, but the manager of this location have an incredibly poor attitude. Not only do they treat the customers poorly, but they also have minimal interest in maximizing profits. After visiting this location, I was told that they were out of all chicken and beef products, listing their only available item as the Jr. cheeseburger. After placing my limited order, I waited in line, and pulled around to the window- just to be told that I wouldn't be served. If you have the time or energy, I would highly recommend visiting a different Wendy's location, or to try a different restaurant. Stay away! read more
