Had a good dinner with my grandmother overall. The music was wayy too loud and mixed with everyone talking, it was very hard to make conversation. If the music could be turned down a little bit, that would be better. We had a little mix up at the front before getting seated though. I think a bus boy? (Idk i saw him cleaning tables later on) greeted us, took how many was in our party and said it was going to be 20 minutes but didn't take our name down and left so there was some minor misunderstanding of who we were and how long we'd been there with the actual hostess. Tuesday at 1 pm is a great time to go to this restaurant. We avoided the lunchtime crowd. Hannah was our server. She was awesome. We ordered the mushrooms stuffed with cheese-one of our favorite Longhorn appetizers. I had the shrimp and lobster chowder. It was ok. The mother-in-law chose the chicken tenders (6pc) with a side of macaroni and cheese. She had to send the mac-n-cheese back to be reheated. The hubby had the ribs and added a side of shrimp along with a loaded sweet potatoes. I had the ribeye and the sweet potato. The steak was a little tough; it was actually better reheated that night. We all had enough leftovers to have it for dinner. Lots of room with choice of booths or tables. Overall good experience. read more

Came on a Sunday around 8:45pm Was sat right when we came. Our server was excellent! We ordered chicken fingers and broccoli with side salad and sirloin steak (medium) with broccoli. All of our food was cooked to perfection. We went right when they opened and it was not great but it's been a few months and now they got it good! read more

The service was fast and very kind. The atmosphere was low key and chill. The food was good. The steak was cooked well but had a surprisingly thick crust for the cook of the steak, making it hard to cut. It was very juicy and flavorful, but under salted. The sea salt grinder on the table helped a lot though. The broccoli was a disappointment. It was unseasoned and tough. The sweet potato sounded good and was very easy to eat, but it was a pool of butter and brown sugar. It still tasted great though! The blooming onion knockoff appetizer was delicious! Very light dough with delicious onions underneath. The sauce was close to that of a blooming onion. We did have to get an extra cup of sauce, but that shows how good it was! The bathroom was clean but ran out of paper towels. The initial wait was 45 minutes, but they skipped over all of the people that didn't show up so we got in in ten minutes. We were shopping while our wait was going on, but then got cut short by our table being ready. Even though a few people in our party came in late, the waitress was very kind. read more

I was very pleased to have gone out after a long time to one of my old reliable restaurants and being served by a new face in Abi. Her service exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied how professional and friendly she was. I was never missing anything and I was very impressed in finding out she just got hired and already had me fooled that she could have been there for months! I was more than happy that I decided to go out, received outstanding service, and had my favorite Parm crusted chicken. Great job! Looking forward to coming out more to LongHorn. read more

I've given the Clemson Longhorn 4-5 chances so far and have regretted every visit. Tonight they delivered a "rare" hamburger steak to my table which was ordered to be well-done. They took it back and a few minutes later served me another "mostly "raw" hamburger steak. Eating undercooked hamburger is a real and serious food safety issue. Tonight was my last visit to this establishment. Never again will I visit ANY Longhorn Steakhouse. The Outlaw Ribeye might be of the most flavor packed steaks I've had from a commercial steakhouse that cost around 30 dollars. Fries were meh but that Mac and cheese is really good. Also had the Chocolate Stampede which was also a mouthful of different chocolates that worked so well together. The service both times I've been has just been fine nothing exceptional. Other than one time where they were closing up and they hadn't sent someone to give us the check when we had been done eating for twenty or so minutes. I have ate here multiple times for lunch. All during the week. The service is usually good and the cleanliness of the restaurant is pretty good as well. It's not really expensive to eat the lunch menu. It's actually petty good for a lunch menu. The strawberry lemonade is really good. The location is really Clemson. Second visit in a row with issues on food. First visit I had a steak and ordered medium well. It was bloody rare and the server said it looked like it was cooked as ordered. Did not send it back since re-cooked steak is never good and I didn't want to make a scene. Ordered the half rack of baby back ribs on the second visit, same as my buddy. When they brought out the ribs it was very obvious that my buddy got a very nice portion of ribs. Mine were about 2/3 rds the portion of ribs compared to my buddy. The bones were as big as my thumb with little meat that was very dry. Worst ribs I have ever gotten at a restaurant. $20+ for bad food. Yes, I maybe should have sent them back, but making a scene makes for a bad experience for everyone at the table having to wait on me to try to get my food issue resolved. I encourage everone to place complaints as I fully intend to make a scene in the future, if, I ever decide to go there again. I have eaten at many Longhorn locations, especially in Atlanta, and never had a meal like the one I had at the Clemson location. I ordered the small filet mignon w/ asparagus (which I paid extra for). When the food was brought out, I noticed how thick the asparagus was; which usually means tough ends. I ended up not eating about half of the asparagus because it was so tough. The steak was good and cooked the way I like, but one corner had gristle, or fat, so there was a large chunk I could not eat. I did tell the bartender. She said she was sorry. read more

We have eaten at this steakhouse twice now and each time was a wonderful experience. The service is great, the food is excellent and the facility is impeccably clean. Plus you can checkin on line and get into the cue for seating especially at their busy times. We will most definitely make this a weekly event for our family. read more

I really had high hopes for this place. My family and I have eaten here twice. The appetizers are really good. For my main courses I ordered wings the first time and tenders the second visit. The wings were just ok. The tenders had a weird taste and texture. I have also noticed that on both visits the silverware was dirty. You get 2 forks and a knife and on both visits we all had at least one or two dirty utensils. The staff here is very nice but I will not be back. read more

We visited last Sunday for a late lunch. We were seated at a high top in the bar area. We ordered our meal and waited, and waited. Finally got the servers attention and asked for tea refills and for her to check on our food after sitting there 30 minutes. She brought out our salad and teas. And HOUR later we had her check on our meal. It finally came out, she never checked back while we were eating to see if everything was satisfactory. Finally brought the check. The entire time we were sitting there listening to the kitchen staff talk loudly, two servers arguing in the kitchen and wait staff getting themselves drinks. Very disappointed. read more

Service was great. Ambiance was as expected. We sat at the bar and had very attentive service from all the bartenders. I had the salmon and shrimp combo. Salmon was good but shrimp was so salty I could eat all of them. Nice flavor I think but seriously needed less salt. Brussels sprouts were a bit sweet but nicely cooked. Food was great. No complaints there. Seating hostesses are disorganized and will prematurely message you when your table is nowhere near ready. This lead to a pooling of people checking in and waiting to be seated. The manager who finally walked up to "help" was no help at all. I waited almost 10 minutes with young children in my arms before being seated. I wasn't given kids menus or a high chair even after asking for them. While we were waiting to be seated, 3 other tables were seated before I was. No reason was given. No apologies were made. read more
