It's meh. Usually come here for lunch but my order today was definitely not worth $13 when it doesn't even cover the bottom of the to-go box. Barely any noodles and extra greasy.

I guess they struggle a lot, portion gets much smaller for every visit while the food tastes at par at best. Not coming back...

Everything was delicious, especially the red curry! I also want to shout-out the take-out person who made our order, they did a great job and got all of our adjustments right. (We wanted some things omitted/on the side) I was nervous there would be a mistake but it was perfect so shout out to whoever that is. And I could see on the receipt they checked everything off so I appreciate that. The one thing I do not like about this place is that you have to pay for the rice separately when you buy curry. I knew this before ordering so I just made some at home, but I find that very odd. Who is going to eat curry just as is? It's like serving a bowl of alfredo and charging extra for the fettucine. It seems to me like a random way to get more money out of guests; I don't know why else it would be that way. Rice costs barely anything; they should consider including it and maybe adding a dollar or something to the entree. Nonetheless, we would order from this spot again; we really enjoyed the food, the portions were really good sized too.

We had a party of six but it was no problem getting reservations for 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Good thing we had a reservation because the place was packed on this Sunday early afternoon. Servers were friendly and efficient, always a plus. I had the PraRam and I was very pleased with it. Best PraRam I've had since losing Ginger's Thai restaurant in Martinez. Definitely worthy of a return visit!

But you know me, food is what it is all about in my reviews! Lol! Cajun calamari 5/5 not too spicy at least I didn't notice but it was excellent and very crunchy. With a honey mustard style sauce which complimented the calamari. Chicken satay 5/5 excellent and smooth with yummy peanut sauce and tiny cup of cucumber salad. Garlic wings 4/5 ( some family members liked this the best). Garlicky and flavorful but for me, these were dry type of fried wings and I like mine with a glaze or sauce. Samosa- 4/5 a kind of sweet mashed potato type of filling. Fresh spring rolls 4/5 ok I am used to big kind where you can taste shrimp. These were small, and cut up. Fried veg rolls 4/5 kind of like small lumpia- ok Eggplant with chicken and basil 5/5 Pumpkin curry with chicken 5/5 one of my favorites Grilled lamb chops 5/5 my favorite of all. Grilled perfectly. Taste was excellent and served with special rice( forbidden rice or purple rice on top?). Drunken noodles with beef-5/5 ( some of my family's favorites). Pad Thai I paid extra for chicken and shrimp together. 5/5 I don't usually like shrimp but the prawns alone were amazing! Whole dish was perfect. Pad See Ew- 4/5 good but if I had to pick the other two pad Thai (#2) and drunken noodles (#1)were better. Laos sausage wrapped in leaves with a mix of peanuts, red onions and fresh lime and garlic. 5/5 A spicy sausage cut into slices to be wrapped in lettuce leaves. Pineapple fried rice 5/5 Mango Lovers- 10/5 surprisingly a star showcase of varied mango desserts with macaron cookies. Thai iced tea ice cream( loved this one), mango ice cream, mango slices and sweet rice, and a fresh strawberry and mango slices and a mango mousse cake slice. All excellent! I was surprised how big this was, so don't need to order any other dessert if you order this!!! Then my favorite fried banana fried in like a eggroll type wrapper. Smooth and yummy! And coconut ice cream complimented it perfectly. 10/5 So here you have an idea of menu offerings. All of them delicious and service and ambiance wonderful! I had a group of 12 in our party. It was a nice place to have a party. They loved all the drinks from lychee martini, Thai iced tea spiked and regular Thai iced teas and one with a basket drink. I am glad they helped us celebrate my daughter's achievements and sent her a complimentary ice cream. Thank you Torsop Thai for making it memorable and delicious for our family! We started with the Laos-style Papaya Salad, a salty, spicy, pungent combination of shredded papaya, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, and Thai eggplant mixed with a chili garlic lime dressing and salted crab. From the specials menu, the Khao Soi was a noodle soup made of egg noodles in a creamy coconut curry broth, topped with crispy fried noodles, red onions, lime, and pickled mustard greens, served with a choice of protein (I got the tender boneless chicken thigh). Next, the Fried Chicken and Roti was a huge piece of fried chicken served on top of a thick, flaky, layered roti, along with a fried egg, yellow curry sauce, and cucumber salad. The most comical part of the dish was the fried chicken, which looked impressive, but was composed almost entirely of crunchy batter surrounding a thin layer of meat in the middle. Not sure whether I was disappointed or amused. The Grilled Coconut Salmon was a salmon fillet marinated in coconut milk, lemongrass, onion, curry paste, kaffir lime leaf, and basil, then wrapped and grilled in a banana leaf. The flavorful, aromatic, tender salmon was served with jasmine rice, steamed vegetables, and a strong chili garlic sauce on the side. Finally, the dish I was most excited about trying was the Khan Toke, a huge platter with a ton of different items for sharing. The vegan version came with hung lay curry with vegan meatballs, jackfruit salad (my favorite component), tofu stir-fried with pineapple, nam prik noom (green chili dip), deep-fried puffs filled with curry potato, puffs filled with taro paste, fried tofu, fried tofu skin, fried vegan meat, mixed vegetables with coconut milk (including greens, eggplant, pumpkin), and sticky rice. While the platter definitely looked colorful and impressive, most of the items were disappointingly bland or mediocre in flavor. This one dish was skippable, but everything else we ordered was delicious and came at a good value with friendly service too!

I also didn't like that it was basically deconstructed & not all tossed together. Crab Fried Rice - 2. Way too much soy sauce, that's all we could taste. My friend thought it could use more crab meat but I felt like I had crab in every bite. Maybe the Dungeness Crab Fried rice has a lot more crab meat. Service - 5 for sure. Thankfully, I called the restaurant and they were able to get everything situated and reinstate my reservation. That was a relief. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess who asked if we had a reservation and then directed us to our table. I really liked our table location it felt comfortable and perfect for a date night. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and set the tone for a great evening. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. For drinks, I got a Summer Breeze and my girl had the Tai Chi. For appetizers, we ordered the Lady Fingers which I never had before but were really good. I stepped out of my food comfort zone with the cashew chicken and Pad See Ew, but I made the right decision because both dishes were delicious.
