Solid chicken pesto panini -- tasty and super filling. Friendly service. Clean, cute cafe. Looking forward to trying their other items.

Lafayette, California in early October is like an autumnal daydream. At high noon, the shaking tree leaves seem to sing in unison off Mt Diablo Valley Blvd. On the adjacent to BevMo off Mt Diablo Blvd, you will run into a rare parking lot with space ($2/hour metered parking) and this little cozy place. It's quiet and an excellent place to sit outdoors and eat a sandwich and relax for 30-45 minutes on your lunch break. I had the Turkey Avocado Turkey Pannini. The toasted bread is almost like a large cross-cut fry and this tasted decent. Not a ton of flavor but did the job. With a Pelligrino, it will cost you $20. Service is reliable and sincere.

Great basic turkey sandwich! I was surprised by how large the sandwich was. Added mustard!

Super yummy sandwiches and salads. Not only that their macchiatos are perfect, also they always ask if everything is okay so service is super good too !

Hidden behind a couple buildings, Oasis Cafe is a delightful little cafe serving Mediterranean with fairly decent prices for the area. Bowls, gyros, and the greek platter top the list on what looks the most appetizing. It's quite a small place with a few tables indoors and outside. It's a much more casual environment, and the employee here was pretty nice and friendly. It doesn't seem to get too crowded here which is pretty nice especially for the lunch hour. I ordered the chicken Shawarma bowl (~$9), and my coworkers tried out the lamb gyro and the greek platter. The bowl came with some pita, lots of good looking veggies, and of course some pretty good chicken. The bowl was pretty filling, and had plenty of variety to keep me interested. Great place if you're looking for a quick bite. The greek platter also looked really good too

There's plentiful inside seating and a comfortable shaded outdoor patio. There is a full bar that some folks were sitting at. We opted for the outside patio since we had our kids with us and they can be loud. Our server was kind and accommodating. She checked in often, but not in an invasive way. Everything here is farm to table, and tasted fresh. The oysters were delicious and so were the mussels which came with a delightful coconut broth and grilled bread. The kids enjoyed a fried chicken slider with fries. My favorite was the beet salad with goat cheese. It was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. This is definitely a spot to try with or without your kiddos. I would come back for dinner with the hubby.

My partner and I made a reservation for lunch and was seated right away. But by the end of lunch, it was pretty packed! The fried chicken sliders were the standout for me. At first, I thought it was funny that the biscuit was so tiny compared to the massive piece of chicken, but after eating it, I totally get it--and honestly prefer it that way now. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned so well that it didn't need anything extra. We also ordered the hanger steak, and it was cooked perfectly. Paired with the fresh, refreshing salad, it made for such a satisfying meal without feeling too heavy. Overall, great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. It's worth a stop by!

It's always such a relief when a server understands dietary restrictions and takes the time to make thoughtful recommendations. I ended up ordering the burger with gluten-free fries, since the chicken dishes contained garlic, and I'm so glad I did. The burger was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a cocktail made with Nolet's Gin, pineapple, and another ingredient I can't quite remember. It was garnished with a dehydrated pineapple slice and was light, refreshing, and full of flavor. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and said it was perfect. He made sure to saved room for dessert and thoroughly enjoyed the bread pudding. From the attentive service to the delicious food and relaxing patio atmosphere, everything about our visit was excellent. We will definitely be back and highly recommend dining here!

He said it was good. No complaints. I ordered a salmon sandwich that had cole slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. It was very messy to eat. I think they should have used a more crusty bread, one that will hold the sandwich together. The sandwich fell apart on me and I had to eat it with a knife and fork. We asked for some hot sauce, but the waitress failed to mention that it wasn't free. Who charges for hot sauce anyway? We don't mind paying $1 for it, but at least warn us. Overall, this place had good vibes, the waitstaff was great and attentive and we didn't wait long for the check.

All ordered salads, all different, all very nice, but hardly unique. Ordered cold lemonades too, but they were nothing but a squeeze of lemon in water- not impressed. Having not been here in years, I found it to be a different and disappointing experience. We had to flag down a person to clean the table, which was still sticky when we sat down. Not rude service but could hardly be considered friendly either. The one thing that annoyed me the most was clearing an individuals dishes while the others were still eating. Plenty of empty tables so what's the rush? Given the cost, plus tip, Sideboard was nothing special. Plenty of other solid choices in the Lamorinda area.

Well braised (not quite falling of the bone tender, probably because the secondary cook in sauce) and exploding with flavor! We got the fired eggplant that came topped wit this amazing pickled salad. The brightness of the salad perfectly complicated the fried flavor. We almost asked for a side of just the salad!! All this was combined with the garlic rice, because, of course one must eat garlic rice if you see garlic rice (it was delicious) We also had a cocktail each, both were perfectly made and went down easily!
