I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

It took us about 30 minutes to get all 3 loads done (not enough time to get the work I thought I would get done on my laptop - which is a good thing!). They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. After the wash cycle finished, I returned, removed my clothes from the washer, and proceeded to place them in the dryer. At that point, the male attendant approached me and rudely stated that the dryers were only for customers who washed their clothes there. I explained to him that I had just used one of the washers, but he repeatedly insisted that I had not and told me I could not use the dryers. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration and another customer nearby confirmed that I had indeed washed my clothes there that he walked away. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This situation was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As someone who has been a loyal customer for nearly six years, I expected to be treated with more respect. A simple conversation or clarification would have been far more appropriate than the way this was handled. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning and would rather drive the extra distance to another laundromat.

Price wise: $4.75 for speed wash dryer, $3.75 for the Maytag commercial washer, and then $0.25/5mins for dryer. Dryers are big and washers are ok size. The speed queen washers are very fast only took like about 20 mins to finish. I'd come back here again!

I gave her my clothes over a week ago and she said to come back the following Saturday, not specifying any time. Due to the situation, I requested all of my items back before any work was done.
